I have been using Quinnbet a while now and they had been OK up until today.I placed a bet on under 11.5 corners in a foreign football match and as there were only 9 I expected the winnings to be in my account…Not for my bet to be changed somehow to over 11.5 corners!!Scam merchants folks….steer clear!!!You will lose even if your bet wins!!

Awful bookmaker , they are just looking after they own pocket , i have placed a bet of 30£ on over 8.5 goals returning 225£ , the bet was won but they voided the bet due to errors they say and refunded the stake , shortly after i had another bet placed as over 1.5 goals at ht in about 14th minute , shortly after my bet was lost. I am checking the score on other bookies and in reality it wasnt the 14th minute but 42th minute !!!! Contacted them again and explained and guess what , no refund , no free bet , no apologise. It felt like i was being robbed. They just couldnt care at all. Stay away of them. Terrible bookmaker !!!!

Had an account for a few years, then had a run of winners, then tried to withdraw £200 but it was in the “pending” file, so tried to withdraw all my money, £1200 but also in “pending”. Was asked to provide ID, bank card, picture of me holding ID and PDF of bank statement showing a deposit to Quinnbet! Took another two days to get my money and had email telling me l had been under investigation! And now my account closed! What was l under investigation for? Having a run of winning bets! Awful – holding my funds hostage on documents yet happy for me to deposit them to start with so know who I am! Playing through to bonus levels is impossible when the account is restricted. they literally just block you. Customer services refused to discuss then come back asking for everything under the sun. Firstly they said imwe will credit you tomorrow then next day they said sorry we will not credit you as it seems as duplicate account ip address! Thieves! Yes ! Pretty good really , site is fast , and fairly easy to use ! Good range of markets and some decent features and bonuses ! I’ve yet to have a problem with withdrawals , but can be a tad slower than some sites ! All in all though I’m impressed !

Have some OK sports promotions but stay away from their casino games. 1 star is still far to many, absolute thieves, if in the rare chance you do win anything, be sure when you play again it will take everything and some straight back off you and then will be an age until you remotely have a chance of winning again any time soon, last £100 I have put on, just spins through, even if you call their customer care, you are told a script of how they are “fair and honest” which is really not the case, if it gave you a game and let you have a little and took a little and you decided to gamble it and lose, then fair enough, but when your not even given a game and you just watch your money spin through….that is not fair and the script they give you just shows they are not honest, even if its their fault i.e a technical problem, I had spent £60..spun through, game kept crashing. WH is slowly, but surely on the decline. Over the past few weeks, I have experienced the following: 1. Interruptions during live streaming of dog/horse racing – effectively missing the race(s) I’ve wagered on2. Winning bets voided because they were placed after scheduled off time 3. Opting into daily promotions only to find that the “free bets” weren’t always applied automatically – meaning I had to waste more time chasing this up through live chat4. Extremely poor customer service when contacting WH through live chat. The initial Will robot is a joke and the service agents leave a lot to be desired. Very little compassion/sympathy on display and it’s almost as if they could’ve give a hoot. All in all, an extremely sad state of affairs. WH are a million miles behind some of the leading lights in the industry. Needless to say, although a loyal and frequent customer, I don’t feel valued and will be leaving for pastures new. If WH don’t care, why should I??? Their loss!!!

So… I have been playing at betfair now for about 8 months and this is what I have to say, at first you get a few okay wins to reel you in so you think your going to hit a decent win but that soon goes down the shitter!
