I changed my initial positive review. I had a few winners, some lucky doubles / trebles won & as soon as I withdrew my winnings, my stakes were reduced to ridiculously low limits.Ok bookie if you are happy with losing your money - as they will be happy with you.

Seems like a very decent casino and this will be the test to see if it’s legit! I won £3.5k and I’m waiting on it as we speak I can see it taking a day or 2 to process but I’m not seeing a big issue with the casino like other reviewers. I think some people lost or won and can’t show ID and are getting angry so they leave a bad review

Just like any other betting site. They are ok when you first join. But after a while it becomes annoying. It states withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. It's gone past 24 hours. Like many of the reviews before, I have withdrawn a 4 figure sum and Quinn are making up rules to delay the payment. All documents have been sent and I have not heard back from them for 72 hours despite numerous chases. No response to Resolver case and IBAS case raised.They say they abide by their licencing conditions to the letter, I assume they didn't read the bit about asking for additional ID checks for a withdrawal or delaying withdrawals.Be warned if you sign up, you will be made to wait and jump through hoops if you win big.

Happy to accept deposits, no issues about money laundering, then when you withdraw they want documents. Very slow in responding, I actually had to email them 24 hours later to be told documents no good, even though sent a clear pic of my bank card,.letter with address etc. Had enough, contacted IBAS and will hopefully see my funds returned, or next step will be report fraud to Visa directly and my bank. Frustrating experience and will be sticking to my regulars from now on, thought I would give them a try, but when they mess about gives you no faith if you would ever get ur money if you won big.

Absolute joke!!! No problem when you are losing but when you win they suddenly ask for further intrusive documents. They put all my withdrawals on hold until documents are given, even though my account is fully verified. If I don't give the documents they will not give me my withdrawals. I had an account Quinnbet for nearly a year. All giving ok and I was ahead and then out the blue they took a deposit and demanded bank statements, tax documents and proof of earnings. This is too intrusive so I said fine cancel the account and return my deposit. They have not done so. They won’t even answer an e mail I sent to their complaints department. They are a bunch of crooks and will eventually have to go through legal and the gambling commission as they cannot legally hold on to my deposit.

I placed bets to qualify for a free £50 bet. I qualified and got the bet in my account, but at the same time they restricted my betting size so I couldn’t place the £50 on even the minimum allowed (1/2).Live chat said I would receive an email from support. Support emailed the day after the bet expired to say I should bet on something 1/2 or higher.
