I am a regular player and for the record I have never had problems with Getting paid out my issue is that as a regular player when you go to promotions and you opt-in they don't apply this has been happening all week I have sent emails to my casino host with absolutely no response. Do not offer things that you cannot ensure are applied like I said in my email I might not have one much but what if I did I guess I will never know now because you and your casino are not honoring your promotions and treating You are regular players with any kind of respect and honesty.

Joined the app in Ontario on January 24. Deposited 2K and won over 30K. Requested a withdrawal of 20K. My account was frozen soon after that request. Had to provide bank statements to validate my withdrawal but no issue with them receiving my deposits. Customer service is vague and now my account is frozen for 6 months and the email stated I need help. I was furious about this and now waiting for my withdrawals. I’m very nervous that I won’t get my money. No idea how the province of Ontario allows this company to do this to its customers. I’m on various apps and this is by far the worst one. UPDATE. They have now locked my wife out of her account so she has no access to anything to do with the withdrawl she is fighting for. It's disgusting and so easy for them to take your money and not question it but when it's time to get money back out. They treat you like your some sort of scam artist. I won't 7k 2 weeks ago on betty.ca and the minute I clicked withdrawl it was in my account. They have now literally stole 5000$ and the only thing saving us is that our aunt and uncle both have there own law firm together and are going to do this for us and let us pay later. This wouldn't even be any sort of issue except we did exactly what they asked and proved she was who she said she was and the money came from the card with her signature on it. And then they go ahead and deactivate your account because they would now have to pay.This is a true story coming from someone who has and still uses alot of.online casino apps. Worst experience of our life from a scam casino. My wife was playing on party casino as she does a few times a week. She has deposited and cashed out multiple times anywhere from 100-500$ and the withdrawals usually would take anywhere from 1hr for 4 hrs. 7 days ago my wife won 5700$ playing. Let me add she has already verified herself with party casino. She withdrew 5000$ and left 700 in and lost the 700 which was no big deal because 5000$ was coming. (Damn were we wrong) we waiting over the weekend into Monday and Tuesday and we're not contacted and review process was still underway. Wednesday my wife called and they said she needed to send in a selfie with the bank card that was used. She went ahead and did this along with her passport in the selfie so there was no confusion. 24 hrs later she called again and they said they did not receive the pictures so she sent again. We did not have any communication again. Today (November 1st 2024) she called and asked what is going on as there withdrawl times say they are 8hrs. They now requested that she go to the bank and get a form showing her name on the bank card used.( we have a joint account ). Ling story short. This website/app is the biggest cheaters/scam artists you will deal with out of all the online casinos. DO NOT USE or else you are just giving money away because if you win anything worth time they will not pay it even after you prove everything they ask for. Use betty.ca if your looking for a trustworthy site with instant and reliable withdrawls. Now we have to get our family lawyer involved to retrieve money from a scam casino.Play at your own will but I do hope you read this and take our advice before you go ahead and play om here. Guys please stay away from this scammers. I have never experienced in over 15 years of gambling a worst site to gamble on than this scammers. Absolutely everything on their site is a scam from the rng on the poker tables to the rng on the slots machines. I just couldn’t believe how is it possible to play big bass over £800 on 2£ bet and not get a single bonus . That should be impossible on that game, never have i ever seen something like that .
