Froze my account because they needed proof of address, photographic ID and proof of funds! I uploaded these but it wasn’t good enough, eventually got through to an agent on online chat, and was told I needed to send a selfie holding ID, then they wouldn’t accept photographs and would only accept pdf files! Eventually after going back and fourth for over a week have now given up! Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!

I have placed a football bet, with Dortmund winning with absolute certaincy I chosen the right team as winner, resulting in having my bet settle with the opposite team as winner, the bet look strong seem, no way to prove i have selected the right team, went on customer service they told me to go on bet history, but there isnt a way to see what i bet, the cs guy written the winning team in a chat, to make sure i should record my self while placing the bet ??? so frustrating!

I made a deposit, gambled on sports, won, and wanted to withdraw the money, but no matter what I send—bank statements, IDs, etc.—they won’t process the withdrawal. Just a shocking company under the new owners. Such a shame, their customer service when they started out was so good and you were able to phone and speak to real people who were very helpful. Now, when you get past the web bot you get an online agent who will keep you waiting for an eternity and who seem to set out to be disingenuous and constantly ask you to wait for 10 minutes while they check something and will often after an hour or so of you waiting, drop off line so you have to start the process again or walk away in frustration. Paddy Power underpaid me on a bet. They seem to do this regularly looking at the reviews here. I will cancel my account with them which I have held for years but not before I have reported them to the Gambling Commission as Paddy Power really should not be allowed to treat people as they do. Avoid them like the plague!

As soon as I deposited money to bet, my account was locked. I uploaded all the verification asked for and was ignored. Contacted customer service who refused my request to be transferred to a supervisor or manager and then closed my account completely despite me resending all documentation- they also kept asking for selfies and “further proof”, none of these methods listed on their webpage. I’ve had to go through the gambling commission to recover my funds

I have spent years reporting bugs in the app that prevent users from seeing their balance on-screen due to close button occlusion. They wasted my time multiple times promising me it would be fixed. Bug is still there today from the moment I first used the app years ago. The lies from customer service is not on. The refusal to fix a basic and fundamental issue is not on.

Self excluded from betfair &sky betting yet paddy power have allowed me to continue playing weekly with no issues.. i didnt even realise betfair & sky are all the same company ‘flutter entertainment ‘so since i have realised this i have been contacting paddy power for the past couple of days via live chat to just be put through to safer gambling team where I’m told no one is available and then im cut off. Today I contacted flutter entertainment instead. Still awaiting a reply. How can this happen. & what can be done about this? Bet £50 on Scotland to beat Italy in rugby match today@ 5/4. I should have received £90 (£50 stake + £40 winnings), but no. Although Scotland won 25:13, Paddy Power insisted they had placed a 13 point handicap on Scotland. What!!! The teams were evenly matched from the start and who would ever place a bet on Scotland to win with such a handicap and at such low odds? Unless you use online gambling sites this may sound confusing. But if you do listen up. I placed a bet builder on a football match (England v Denmark to be precise). A few minutes later I placed a win bet on a greyhound. The dog won but the bet was not settled. When I checked my open bet it showed that I had placed a bet builder x 2 lol, how on earth can a single bet to win be classed as a bet builder along side a four leg football bet builder! I spent one hour on chat trying to explain to an agent but to no avail. Sometimes we just get turned over even though we are correct

I placed a bet on virtual racing 9/2 fav. It won the race, and straight after the screen behind the counter said, result pending, it took 48 hours to get a reaction from the staff, and I was told the horse that I had backed came last. I had stood in front of the screen and watched the race and it came on the screen the result. 1st number 6 , 9/2 fav. yet I never got a penny back for my 40 quid e/w bet. There must have been other people backed in this race that had the same problem. This paddy power bookmakers cheating people out of there good earned money.
