My old account needed updating and had to spend some time doing it, with a fiddly id photo check, but finally got there. In spite of this fiasco, the Paddy Power agent helped me through this hurdle and my account is active again, so job well done.

Zero stars. During the week if you wager £50 you get 25 free spinson a Monday. I got these spins the last 2 weeks. Last week I won £1.37 this week I won 21p yep 21 pence. I haven’t had a cashout on this site for months. Just stay away , so many other casino sites that you can actually win on.

Absolutely horrendous betting site. Have lost count the amount of times i have had a bet doing reasonably well, showing a cashout of upto £20/£30 with 4/6 of the selections winning. As soon as the bet gets any closer to a win, they suspend the cashout for the rest of the game for no reason atall, this is so you cant cash-out anything & then eventually your team usually end up conceding a goal. I just had a bet where on the game facts a player had scored and the play resumed, a player i had on my betslip to score. Yet i checked my betslip and they hadnt ticked it off and had suspended the bet showing no cashout, when none of the games were suspended or being checked in anyway, they were all in play. My cashout would have been well over £200 as i only needed one more scorer, an amount i would have certainly cashout out on. Within the 15/20 minutes that paddy still hadnt ticked off my bet even though 5 of the 6 selections had won, it was still showing no cashout. The last remaining team on my betslip then conceded, and as soon as they conceded, to no surprise, a cashout instantly comes up, but the cashout was almost £0.00 as it was almost the end of the game at this point. Paddy knows exactly what they are doing in scenarios like this, they know how to scam players, remove cashouts & twist rules to benefit themselves. I will never be using this site again, and highly advise anyone else to use a different site also.

Crooked cheating bastrds . Played slingo luck pants.Staked over £90 in 2 games and still didn’t get the 1 number for effing bloody full house.so obviously fixed, last game staked over £70,.this is a bloody 20p game, disgraceful.its got bloody worse since safe gambling weekpayouts are virtually nil, rigging reels yet again,if they admitted they did it once, that’s all you need to know.sooner they close these cheating bastrds down the better.Ps, don’t believe all the 5 stars reviews they getting all of a sudden.

Getting back about Paddy powers bookie .I knew who took my money at the time i hand in docket he photo copy it i say i go to other PP about .As i said before i say to my self i keep docket for Royal Ascot .The girl in bookies around the Royal Ascot first day on, she look at me if a trying a quick one like being rude .i said how come i still have docket.i should have saying one of your worker from other branch took my winning when he photo copy it got his friend to write same details on other docket. 100per cent sure head office where great not getting back to me i was foolish posting the docket for proof.If that employer rob for me he will do it in bookies .i don’t go near that bookies again ,no outside office for people to go to and so on. Its all start with a horse i did Saturday he won at 12/1 and they were only giving me 6/1 or 13/2 i cant remember .So i didn’t take the money sorry i didn’t he told me to go back to bookies which i did bet in. It was miles away so as i said before i knew Royal Ascot on soon . They did a screen shot of my docket that Sunday 2 bookies did. Great app for sports & especially horse racing & football betting with in-play best in the business. Cash outs always on point & great in app experience. The roulette is also great & games easy to navigate. Not had many problems with the app if at all.

Seeing all the offers, they offer made me sign up. They resticted my account, stopping any promotional offers after doing a few of them. And support stuff are not helpful as to why that has happened.

The only words I have for blackjack is it is absolutely fixed and crooked, there is definitely a familiar pattern going on, dealer had blackjack 4 times in a row, on 2 separate days, altogether over 4 days I played approx 80hands, I lost about 85% of these, loss of nearly £500, blatantly fixed stay away, rtp is 99.2% in theory mathematically impossible to lose this many hands, but this is paddypower, lose 12 hands in a row is common, same as dealer getting 21 when I have doubled up on £32 to get 21, I get 20 for £16 ,dealer getsx21 in 5 cards, you get the picture, I get 19, dealer gets 20, I am not complaining because I lost that’s the chance I take but when it happens like this every time I play, no one can be this unlucky unless there is collusion going on, the review a few days ago proves that paddypower does indeed rig the reels, so why wasn’t the licence removed by the gambling commission, it just shows that it is indeed on the side of the bookmakers not punters. Account limit losses not £1, won’t ever lose any more money on slots, or blackjack.you have been warned ,softly away.

I successfully answered all 15 questions on Beat the Drop, yes I carried over all £5,000 of it on each question, I have to say Paddy Power were excellent! Documents! documents! documents! Luckily I didn’t put in any money BUT! I used my free 100 spins won £1 and then won £10 so I thought I’d withdraw it just to see if it was legit. Surprise! surprise! I was unable to withdraw because my account was randomly suspended Because I needed to verify my account by email which I did but still couldn’t play any games unless i had sent a handful of documents over. So I ask for my account to be deleted as this was just plain foolishness only to be told it can not be deleted because my account has been suspended. Then I was ask to rate the site and I rated 0 then I had a msg back saying that my ratings can not be counted and had the cheek to send a smiley face emoji,so I thought I’d leave my review here :p

Having signing up, I was asked to provide my NI card and Birth Certificate. Having uploaded these on chat, I was then transfered to someone else to get my count unlocked as it was remained suspended till checks where done. No other gambling site has this issue with me, and they asked for even more details, with a photo of my holding up my birth certificate ? I expected them to ask for a blood sample next. I dont drive and i dont travel abroad, so i have no driving licence. However, for some reason. my bank statement, birth certificate and NI card wasnt good enough for them. I seem to have a rather snotty and unhelpful person dealing with it. Because no other gambling site gave me this hassle, this is the worst gambling site ever. Crooked thieving bastrds.Just played blackjack, played 15 hands won bloody 1 hand, drew 1 ,, lost 12 in a effing row, dealer had blackjack 4 times in a row when I had 20 or 21, I doubled up on 11 for £32 got a king. Dealer turns over a 10+ace ,this was the 4th blackjack in a row. This is so bloody crooked ,lost over £100.this site is so crooked, sooner they get investigated the better, this is by far the worst site for slots, games etc .payouts are virtually nil.i am not complaining because I lost, that’s the chance we take, but the unfairness of the payouts especially on this bloody game in particular, its bad enough to lose so many hands in a row, but to also have dealer blackjack 4 times in a bloody row just goes to show how crooked and fixed this site is. I did a bet with paddy power bookmarker .around May I won my bet and went to collect my winning day after in a different branch. They were only given me 13/2 the horse won at 9/1 they wouldn’t give me 9/1 sp price a rude person behind till .He took a photo copy of it and show me the price at the time was 6/1 that Saturday I told him I don’t care it won at 9/1 so with outcome I ask for my docket back to go back to the bookie branch I did it in .So Royal ascot was on I said to myself I keep it for Royal ascot. So I decided to go to Paddy power another branch to collect it .She said the money was collected already. I said that strange I still have docket. So I wrote to head office gave them my docket as well .So in my opinion he keep the money himself very strange. Or got someone in bookies that he knew to write it out .I also went to another branch on the same day of the rude person in other branch. He took a photo copy as well .one of them involved in my missing money its money on .it was about 2 weeks before Royal Ascot .It was May I did the bet .anyone that robbed my money will have bad karma. I keep away from that book markers if they have untrustworthy staff working for them .in my heart I know one of those 2 people I dealt with that day after I won my bet took my winning. Head office are worst they did nothing those people will do the same in paddy power once a robber always a robber.I advise people to keep away from them rules sp prices.i say the same thing happen to lots of people over the years in paddy power. As it turned out I had made a mistake on an account and I – wrongly- thought they had made a mistake in settling.. Deposit 3 times of £100 with them through apple pay, said error occurred but money taken from my bank, never been credited into my account, send their support bank statement in pdf file, took 3 weeks no response so far after several time contacting them. Probably a family business with nobody on customer service team since its take longer than 3 weeks to check a pdf file.
