Hello. I have an account, where i deposited 25 eur. After 2 years of gambling, after beeing down thousans euros i have won around 1000. And ongoing balance also 750. After i requested the withdraw I got banned. They said because of multiaccount, but they cant prove it, as also i dont remember having one. After emailing a few they still dont want to pay my money.

I did quite well with my no deposit bonus. Completed the wagering requirements and had around £400 at that point. The balance then changed to £50 real money. I was able to withdraw it, it took a while. The main complaint is that the bonus withdrawal was capped at £100 and I was only credited with £50 despite having a bonus balance of £400.

Joined the site in order to take advantage of the Bet 10 Get 10 offer. My initial bet being voided as the match was postponed due to the Queen’s death. They duly returned my initial stake which I then bet on another match, bet lost. No sign of £10 free bet. Spoke to live chat who told me I was not eligible for the free bet as my ‘first’ bet was voided and voided bets do not count !

Recently I haven’t been able to win at all which is making me furious. I put in so much money but am unable to get anything. This makes me doubt the credibility of the website. First of all, awsome customer support. They get back to you immediatedly – also I feel very safe using LVbet. I have always recieved my payouts. I feel like there is alot of verification steps, like when I deposit from card I had to contact my bank for plenty of files, take a photo of front and backside of my card, hide some digits, sign my card, (which was very hard to write on,) but once it is done and is verified everything is smooth. Please note: Using your website on phone are really glitchy. But at the end of the day, I trust you guys!
