Ik speel hier al een paar jaar en alles is altijd netjes uitbetaald. Er zijn wel eens controles dat ik wat extra gegevens moet insturen maar dit is ook voor mijn eigen veiligheid. De betaling staat altijd binnen 15 min al op mijn rekening! De klantenservice is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. I have been playing here for a few years and everything has always been paid out nicely. There are sometimes checks that I have to send in some extra data, but this is also for my own safety. The payment is always on my account within 15 minutes! The customer service is friendly and helpful

This casino is a poor joke. They never give out bonuses back to customers. After my 1st few deposits I got a 10$ credit (ok that's decent). Since that bonus I must have made over 50 deposits over the course of a few months and each time I would ask for a bonus I would get the same garbage answer, sorry we don't have we can give to you, the bonus department doesn't have anything at this time. Over and over again no matter how loyal and how often you spend or play at this site you will never get anything back. Besides the never getting a freebie there are also never any good match bonuses for your deposits, never any bonuses for the casino part of the site, always just sports bets you'll get bonus notifications for. As far as the casino part of Leovegas goes it is nothing short of a very pathetic JOKE. I would turn around now. I wish I would have figured this out sooner. DON'T SPEND A DIME HERE

Website not to be trusted. First asked me to upload documents i.e. Bank Statement, Utility Bill & ID. Then asked me to download credit card screenshot. When i say this is something which i cannot share. Then they said to upload passport also. Then they said Scanned copy won’t work, send us physical photographs. I have screenshots also. Bizarre Website and Customer Support will just copy paste links.

I'm writing another review because this casino is the best out of all the 100s I've joined. Don't listen to the bad reviews they must be from sore losers or very unlucky people. I've won each time I've deposit. I withdrawn this morning and money in my account now. I wont use any other online casino now this one is a gem. You can't expect to win every time you play it's just luck but I'm telling you i tried a lot of there games out and they are fair and plenty of bonuses!

Lucky to get one star, no problems for a while, had some good wins but mainly losses for a year or so (no complaints) verified my account once or twice but otherwise fine, 5 weeks ago I made I withdrawal £2441 and they locked my account asking for proof of funding? Again not a problem, sent documents as requested same day, 5 weeks later and god knows how many chats and emails and they say there is no timeframe on when this 2 min check will be done, chats have promised replies and nothing!!! Also promised it will be done in a day lol 😂 disgusting treatment, blaming Covid-19 bust that doesn’t wash with me I’m afraid, don’t ask for the documents and hold peoples money if you cannot or don’t have the resources to do the admin.

Similar experience with other people. I made few deposits ,I lost .Once I made a win 4000 GBP .When I tried to withdraw hell gates opened .Account was blocked,more documents were asked (did not get anything while I was losing) .I sent all but after 30 or so emails and 14 chats with customer service I gave up ...Of course it is blamed on COVID and other nonsense.Not true .I sent the case to IBAS,City of Westminster Trading (actually surprisingly good) and to some lawyers .Not a question of money but this will perpetuate and a lot of other people will suffer I am sure .Let's see how it goes ,but if you think to join and play do not do it !

I have had a great experience with Leo Casino. They strive for the mobile format and yet have a fast and easy platform in both formats, mobile and desktop. Lots of choice and option and loads and page searches are fast, efficient and simple to use. I am however waiting for verifying to complete, I was disappointed that the first customer support person i spoke to their live chat did not mention I had to complete the verification process and that could of saved a lot of time. Im hoping the rest of the process and my withdrawal wont be much longer. A great range of options, but do lack in engaging promotions and don't offer comp points but deposits are super quick and easy. I will see how long it take for the rest of the verification takes and review my experience again then. But for now its been very well delivered.

I opened an account at the start of June My account has been fully verified - immediately and then by sending id (address and bank card) I have made 5 to 6 deposits and played using no bonuses- I lost money and did not withdraw I have then made 2 withdrawals - one was paid (£3.5K after deposit of £3k) I made a w/d for £4k this Tues 23 June after a deposit on the same day for £3k They have confirmed that this w/d has not been processed They have asked for additional docs which I sent immediately on wed and additional info which I have returned immediately on Saturday They have now said this may take 7-10 working days to review DUE TO COVID 19! I formally complained on live chat yesterday 25 June) but they said someone would email me - they could not give me a time my issue is not that they need to check on customers spend but the delay in doing this due to their issues with COVID - there is no communication on their site about this I am also complaining that they are holding onto my money and giving the delay reason as the Gambling Commission. There is no UK telephone to talk to someone. I am trying to get through to Mark Good their UK director and Alison Costello their CFO but it is proving very difficult

I want to make a complain about Max. My account is locked so started a chat. Max was the agent that was Talking to me. I sended a passport photo and asked me why I coverd my face. That's a irrelevant question to ask because my photo is not important. I hide my important details like dheads like Max. Then left the chat without saying Anything. What a bad casino.

I've seen bad bookies, but this one really deserves an oscar. Absolute disgrace. They will find any disgraceful way not to pay you, even when you win fair and square. Their customer support is the worse I've ever seen, rude, takes ages to have an answer, when they finally awake, they always try to avoid the question. Their casino is useless, never won a penny. Their website is crashing all the time...If you want to lose money and time, it's your paradise.

According to the Dutch Kansspel Autoriteiten also known as the NGA (the Netherlands Gambling Authority), the commercials and advertising are misleading and deceptive, making false statements about odds and suggesting gambling is a solution for financial problems.

Deposited over £150, biggest win was just under a tenner, in the full £150, got one bonus round which paid an entire 8p. The site will take your money like tax and pay nothing back, never had such bad luck with any other casino, absolute rip off merchants with the worst payout compared to any other casino. Definitely avoid!

To Declan Johnson If you were still registered to GameStop you wouldn’t have been able to access Leo Vegas as it blocks you. Leo Vegas are pulling a fast one and I think you should contact Gamstop and get them to confirm your ban had ended and then present your evidence to the UK gambling commission and you will get a reply and hopefully you will get your winnings and deposit payed to you by these bunch of crooks.

I would not give this site even a star do not use complete scam and you will not believe my story I set up account and deposited £150 wagered about 5k then withdrew £220 I then received an email saying I was registered to gamstop which I wasn’t as it had went out of date a month previous but hadn’t been updated yet due to covid So because of this Leo Vegas have said I shouldn’t of used there site if I was on gamstop ( which I wasnt ) so they have decided to not give me my withdrawl and to make this even worse they are keeping my deposit of £150 Is it just me or is that actually theft? No company should be allowed to do this and get away with it! In no other sector would you get away with this they have said this is there final decision on the matter as well I’m going to fight the case the full way as I’m not allowing them to get away with doing this to people but probably going to cost me the same amount in solicitor fees The gambling commission know but need to get to grips with companies like this as it’s not acceptable at all My account username is - Deco1986 At least hopefully this will stop other people been ripped off

I was having a great time in leo vegas from 2 months untill i emailed them to provide my chat services and they locked my account today morning 12 june 2020.i dont know why they locked my account there was a bet of 49k and tournament going in my account of 100k and I was on top of tournament leaving 2nd position player with 3000 point. And now its 1200 point gap because they locked my account and i think they did it on purpose not let me to win. I have contacted them so many time but they respond with we are still reviewing my account. What are they reviewing from 12 hours for one email i dont know.im now sure they wanted to take me out of tournament. I cant get any help so be aware before making deposits.

Crazy bad service... So i played for fun with some friends over a weekend and managed to get myself a little bonus.. nothing big just some extra. Now its been 3 weeks since i won that money and they still havnt paid it.. because they apparently need more documents? I've sent them everything the asked for, i even got VERIFIED ONCE. They then procced to remove my verification status the next day and this stuff started all over. Ill advice anybody to stay as far away from this site as possible. They can take your money but they certainly don't pay your winnings. Legal Thiefs.

I was depositing on my boyfriends card without any problems they was taking every bit of money without a hesitation until I had a big win and then all of a sudden it’s against there t&c’s to deposit on a third party card !! If I had never had that win they would of continued to take my money full well knowing there was no chance of me getting anything back !! The date is now 10th of June and they still have been making excuses and have dragged my situation even longer while each support member miss informing me each time regarding my withdrawal. I’ve only put in like 60$ over 4 months of time but here’s my Leo Vegas experience. The first time I played I put 20$ in from that I won 200$. Not as much as some people but 200$ is still a lot to me so I’m happy. But of course they don’t deposit money to half the well known banks. They can take your money from them but not send it. So for the past 4 months I’ve been trying to figure out how to get my 200$. I set up a whole idebit account like LeoVegas wanted me to do. The start of this month I’ve been all excited thinking wow now I’ve figured out this idebt stuff it will come forsure now. Nope was pending withdrawal for a week nothing happened went right back into my Leo Vegas account. I’ve tried to contact Leo Vegas for help with withdrawals I sent ALL of my verification documents they were approved. They don’t respond. I feel like a f***ing madwoman going on to my bf “ don’t worry that 200$ casino money will come in”. Yeah right. Everywhere says leovegas is legit and I wanna believe it but I got jipped outta this 200$ so many times now. If I ever do receive the money I’ll come back and update this but I have very little hope.

Comparing to other sites, promotions are really good. Live casino is nice (didn't got any profit but still good) , Sports section is great but stay away from "ESPORTS" their provider and support agents doesn't have any idea about anything on esports. Your coupon can be voided anytime by non relative reasons. In one week like 6 bet void with silly reasons that you cannot see any other site.

After been using this site for 4 yrs, it became time to verify my account, so I was asked to update my photo I'd, so I paid for a new copy of my licence. Its now 1 month down the track of them needing rediculous docs asking for letters from my bank with swift codes etc. Now they are saying I have another bank that I've used on the site, I have had the 1 bank for the last 20yrs. I have 2000 in my acc I want to withdraw but they keep finding somthing stupid to ask for. I have asked for a complaints details but they won't give me one. I have been trying to re open my account with loevegas for about 3 months now. I keep getting told they have technical issues. So last week my friend decided to log back into his account there and see if he could re open. And of course they re-opened his account straight away + cool down period. Now im getting told by the chat the technical issue only applies to my account. When i ask what the issue is all they say its technical* ive been told in the past 3 months that at the start of the next month i will be bale to re-open. VERY STRANGE. Also 5 times they have promised to call me to go through some information and that hasn't happened. Very bad customer service!
