The site uses a convoluted process whereby you can only withdraw principal/winnings to the method used to deposit. Only they have no way within your account to keep track of which balances need to be withdrawn to which method. If you have used, say PayPal for some and a card for some other deposits, it all gets lost in the wash. This invariably leads to a support and lockout procedure where they tell you which methods to withdraw to. Only sometimes they get this wrong themselves and the process repeats itself. It's just horribly implemented and the staff, while polite, are clueless about this silly mechanism that no other site uses. Stick to one funding source or move on and save a lot of wasted time.

Don’t be Scammed. I’ve been part of this casino for months, started off generous. Went to cash out and waited for a week and a half without an approval, so I reversed withdrawal and lost it all. After depositing a few thousand dollars (25-50$ at a time) the site just took it very fast with little to no wins. Talked to support and they sent me $30 free (lost that In 20 min). I feel this site is the worst of them all. I went to Caxino and won $2000 in the firsts month. Had a total cash out of $3500 and received that within 24hrs. I have given LeoVegas many chances but no more. I highly recommend Caxino or Rizk.

This site has turn from great to horrible. I have withdrawn money before and no problems. But as a Canadian player and using your debt card is the worst. I have been told I need to prove that the card is mine. So I have uploaded numerous documents showing that the debt card is mine. I was told they want to see all of the information on one page. But I told the customer service person that I was at the bank and they gave me these to prove my account. We are in a age were we could live chat and show them this is my account. I play on other regulated site(MGA) and never have this much problems.

Once I requested a withdrawal, they asked me for verification. And they intentionally starting delaying my verification process. I have sent them 7 different documents to verify my address, any of them was absolutely OK to verify me at any other casino, but LeoVegas denied all of them. Since one week I was playing that "Verify My Address" quest instead of enjoying casino games. Eventually after long conversation with support, then finally verified my account and I could remove my funds and forget about that nightmare.

Update , I previously wrote a good review, they were excellent for a couple of weeks , no problems, win some lose some , thats the nature of slots however I can categorically confirm they have now completely taken the fun out of playing by FIXING ALL their slots , its obvious because the screen jerks when playing, what was a good experience that was fun & fair has gone down hill , I closed my account, much better online sites out there that give you a longer gaming experience with bonus features rather than 100 % fix the slots

After playing for years on LeoVegas I would not personally recommend this playing platform for anyone else. After winning big 100k pounds I tried to make a cash out and the money was shown as pending for days. I had a fully verified account and had made more than 1 cash out in the past . So I end it up loosing all and they called me asking how I'm feeling . After months I received another call from the relevant department and I told the story about my huge win and how LeoVegas was on purpose taking their time (no calls, no emails, nothing) so what happened next they put limit on my account 20£ a day and I was not able to change it. There is no place for winning players only for loosers.

This casino was a bit better back in the days but nowadays they are nothing more but thieves. A few months ago the system kept logging me out after had won big. Now today they are asking to see a picture of the customers bank card and they want to see the name, and the card number (first 6, and last 4 digits). Unfortunately my bank doesn't provide bank cards with names on it so I went onto my online banking and I was able to obtain a document that clearly shows my name, address, phone number, accounts numbers that the card is linked to, the bank card number, bank logo, bank address, representative name and email address, etc. The document even has a my signature but the bank representatives is e-signed but the PDF has all these built in safety/security certificates to prove that the document is legit. Well, when I tried uploading the document LeoVegas online uploading kept saying "Connection Issues", so I decided to email the document to customer service. Again, customer service admitted that my card was already verified and they wanted a picture of my bank card and they wanted to see me name. I had already explained that in the first email that my bank doesn't provide that and I had also attached the bank card document in the first email. Customer service just kept acting dumb. IF YOU ARE HAVING SIMILAR ISSUE PLEASE FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE MALTA GAMING AUTHORITY!!!!! Also, if you decide to close your account and select the reason "Unhappy at having to provide identification documents", what the happens then is that LeoVegas site will pop a screen saying something that the player is being "Irresponsible". SHAME ON YOU LEOVEGAS! SHAME ON YOU FOR EVEN TAKING FUNDS OUT OF A "NON-VERIFIED" CARD! What LeoVegas also does if you win is that they'll log you out when you try playing.

On 19/09 I made a withdrawal of 1500 euros via paypal that never arrived, leovegas asked me for proof of the paypal account statement I provided (proof sent directly from paypal) I sent these documents, but they refused to give me proof that they had made the transaction, after days and days they provided me with a transaction id, for days I sent messages to Paypal, until an operator from Dublin called me and told me that the transaction id is absolutely impossible to be that one as the paypal transaction ids are alphanumeric and nothing resulted. I contact the leovegas service which tells me that the documents have been uploaded correctly and that they are waiting for a response from the financial department, after two days I contact again and they tell me that everything is fine and I will receive an email when the withdrawal is sent. Last night I received an email asking me to upload the paypal documents in my personal area, I contact customer service and a certain Dorotea tells me that I have not uploaded the documents (after 3 operators had told me that everything was fine) I explained to her what happened but she continued to reiterate that the documents had not been uploaded, rented the new paypal report (bank statement) and proof of legibility on the account and now I wait again. I am definitely disgusted by the modus operandi of this casino, I will wait and then give the evidence to the lawyer, since I have all the screens. Versusly absurd. The italian leovegas assistance is very bad!!!!!!!!

i have enjoyed playing at leo vegas for a few months,withdrawals fine etc. however they now require verification wich is fine i thought! the problem being i send documents in 2 of wich verified but my paypal account wich ive sent several screenshots in has now taken me 4 days so far as they only reply after 24 hours,so every time its screenshot blurry can you take a screenshot on your laptop,sent that in with my email address,paypal logo and my details on show,so today another email after 24 hours we now require a screenshot of your transactions ive emailed that i will have to wait another 24 hours no doubt to find out thats not good enough,this is nearly a week now ive been trying to get verified so no doubt my withdrawals will be getting put back into my account for me to just waste then ill close my account! what an absolute joke of a process!!!

So I've played Leo Vegas for over a year. Lost here and there. Not sure exact amount, but won very little. No restrictions or Loss Limits set per Leo Vegas Team.. I continued to play and won $240,000.00 playing Blackjack. Yes, they paid me out. But they also put a $1000.00 wager loss limit per month on account. Up until this point I truly enjoyed the casino. But now with the restrictions set in place, I give Leo Vegas a negative review. Yes, they will pay you out if you've won.. But just know you'll be done after getting paid out. They like losers, not winners. If I kept losing, no wager loss limit would have been set by them. They would have just continued to watch me lose and laugh. Take your business elsewhere!!!!

I was on this website for less than 8 days and won over $8k from $300. They refuse to give me my money and tell me to wait on "The Responsible Gaming" departments response.
