I had got my account verified with photo ID and bank statement. Used 2 different methods to make deposits. But when it came turn for withdrawal, these scammers just hid with no communication from Support email and 7-8 times I got the same guy Matteo to speak to. On other casino websites, you get different agents. But here same guy who provides wrong information everytime.I made $26,100 from mere $250 deposit, can you believe that. And then when I wanted to withdraw despite account being verified. These scammers, frauds wanted me to upload my banking card details snapshot with expiry etc. I have never ever been asked for such a nonsensical request ever. Only scammers ask for such private information. I declined. And eventually just purposely lost them all so that it didn't go to these crooks.They've office in Malta means they've connections with Italian Mafia and hence so much corruption. How to report them to authorities and how to sue them in court? Anyone has any info? Also the agent doesn't even respond to questions, just makes him what he feels like. On same chat this lying agent Matteo gave me wrong information after I corrected him every single time.Was this bought by MGM, is it under LeoVegas group? PHILIP DOFTVIK is Investor Relations guy, DANIEL VALIOLLAHI is Director of communication, Joel Bernhard is Group Head of Sports Marketing. Take them to court people.

Terrible casino! Don't put your money there! If you win and enter the wrong password, you can't hope to be in there anymore! They always have one excuse to clean the cookes! Just throw this casino in the trash! I don't know what he's doing there! One support only tried to help and helped but it didn't last long! They always had some kind of problems, then they couldn't transfer money to the card because again it's the cookes' fault? It looks like a disgruntled employee or gambler has introduced a virus there! Problems all the time! Don't damage your nervous system with this casino, I recommend you!

Horrible customer service. The agent Matteo gave me so many wrong information. Kept changing information. I got my account verified after such a painful measure. I have submitted my bank statement, used my debit card for deposit. Yet, they are not able to process withdrawal through those registered payment methods? Seems like a scam website. Better to play on Bet365 or Casino.com. The support here are useless and not knowledgeable and payment team are scammers.

Leo Vegas didn't send almost 1500 dollars and on the top of that they keep on deducted money from my card. Basically stealing money with small amount like 13 dollars or so. Utterly disgusting. I have file a complaint against them in Ontario gaming complaint center. I hope they can resolve this issue. Please do not use leo Vegas website for gambling. Olg is much better and trustworthy.

Do not waste your time and money here, before making any deposit I went online help to speak with one of them to verify my leovegas account. After uploaded all the ID and documents, my account was verify and updated. Even so I still ask online help to see if my account is good to go and if I'm going to have any issues with deposits or withdrawal. They said everything is good. After losing 1000 Canadian dollars, I finally won big on a 10 dollars bet. Got almost 4k so time for a withdrawal, then the problem appears. They asked to upload more documents, after I upload all the required documents then I have to wait for them to review it.The next day I tried to log on to leovegas acc and realized my acc is blocked. Till now I still didn't get an answer why it's blocked, so I went online help and wait and wait they come back with no answer and tell me to upload more documents. After everything done and waited like almost 6 hours I went back to get online help and they told me they need more and more documents. Now my acc is blocked and can not get my money back and the winning. Maybe I should not win too much.

I closed my account after experiencing glitches in several games. Before I closed my account I requested to withdraw a small amount of money. About $36. I reached out to customer service today to see if I could get a status on my withdrawal. The agent (Shaun) first told me that my account wasn’t closed- which is weird because I closed it last week. But ok? Then he told me my withdrawal was denied (probably because I haven’t submitted all my documents, which is understandable. I saw a note in my account before saying that I didn’t need to submit anything at the time and if they needed it, they would reach out) But then... he said I should be able to log in. I told him I was not able to because my account was locked. He proceeded to tell me twice about how my account doesn’t have any locks on it. But yet I get the error messages every time I try. He then tried to get me to do some troubleshooting by clearing my history, cache, and cookies. So I did just that. When I came back into the chat, he said I lied about doing the troubleshooting and that I should’ve been disconnected from him. Everything was closed and cleared on my end, and I know how to do this properly. As soon as I did the troubleshooting I proceeded to get to the website again and went through the prompts to get into the live chat, where I was faced with Shaun again. I make websites for a living. So the fact that he had so much distrust in me completing the troubleshooting is insanely silly. I told Shaun that I knew what I was doing, and of course, he gave me a snarky reply. So professional. And all over some small cash too. I made sure to take screenshots too. Just in case.Believe your customers when they tell you that your website isn’t working! Highly recommended Play Amo though!

If I could give you zero I would of, firstly after jumping through every single hoop you had put up to impede me from withdrawing winnings, I then get the please of my first online chat where I was waiting for 50 minutes before anyone bothered to respond but he then Ridley ended it, so I waited until I had calmed down to try again 1 hr 10 mins waiting to chat and I go from first in the queue to 4th in the queue and then cut off after 1 th 45 mins, your customer service is appalling and in my opinion you are unlawful withholding my money which I won. You put a hold on 2 of my withdrawals but the proceeded to allow me to deposit and lose, rather convenient not allowing me to withdraw but taking my money when I lose, the only reason I kept depositing is because you owe me £130 I was expecting, and it’s also funny you allowed me to withdraw before this last time so do you withhold money when it’s a certain amount and let you customers have the small amounts back absolute joke

I used to rate 5 and higher for leovegas to everyone I know or didn't know but talked with on social media and followed them blindly and joined every group associated. They had always taken great efforts to make me come back again and again. With free spins and loads of offers. I was a loyal fan for years. Further to recent activity Leo Vegas have now locked my account so I can`t even access it to upload documents. I stress DO NOT USE LEO VEGAS. There are plenty of legit casino sites out there... 19/07 had an interesting email exchange with my MP about these casino companies using money-laundering legislation to hold on to punters` winnings - asking for i.d. checks upon withdrawal instead of pre-deposit. Promised he will look into this further and into Leo Vegas` UK operating license. Hopefully we can put these rogue casino sites out of business.
