There is always issues with my withdrawls. Ive sent my documents numerous times and they always manage to decline it which makes no sense. I spend thousands and they do this on purpose so you lose your money in the meantime and thats why keep doing that. I want my money but they create issues and that is not RIGHT. There is better online places that payout without issues and I will tell people I know that want to play here, DONT...

i used to like leovegas alot, good casino and decent sports bettingbut suddenly they lock my account asking the documents and thats fair to ask for the right documents once i have sent them its been months they couldnt process the documents and keep contacting customer service which is one of the worst people who handling customer service who are so rude and disrespectful i ask to speak to manager to several times and they end the chat with out even closing staement i request leovegas managemnt to look into your customer service and the department who check documents to get more training at the same time make it procees quick , it looks like no one seems to care and staff doing what they want

Awful live chat staff , requesting a bank statement for verification in a specific format that NatWest themselves do not provide ! effectively withholding funds and offering no way to resolve this despite proving ID, proof of address and a picture of my card twice !Do not waste your money with these frauds, currently going via IBAS.They also break UKGC rules.

I did give them a 5 star review, but I have changed my mind as I had been waiting awhile for a phone call to reopen my account but that never happened. Then I went on live chat and I was asked questions about my account and was told they couldn't find my account and just cut me off. I sent an email after and they never got back to me. I like the site and I would be very happy to change this review to 5 stars if I get the chance to play on the site again.

I've played on many different sites and I'm almost certain that LeoVegas is scamming customers. Losing ridiculous blackjack hands over and over that you shouldn't be losing, dealer getting 4 blackjacks in a row, constant 21's when dealer has 16/15/14 when upping bet sizing. I am reporting them to the gambling commission and requesting they investigate this site. I completly understand that long term you will lose playing casino games but the level of wins is terrible. They will allow you to win in the begignning when you first start playing and as soon as you start playing higher stakes they will rigg the cards. If you are considering gambling online please go with another site. Hopefully I can save at least one person from this disgraceful company.

i played on this site for over 2 years...had some little wins...recently i made a deposit, never made it into my account, still waiting for it to be returned...won some money, tried to make a withdrawal and now my account isn't verified after 2 years of being verified, uploaded documents and declined..surprise surprise..closed my account, not worth the hassle from the rude staff etc...please try another site, this one is awful...

This is lot better bookie than 2.7 stars. I guess most negative reviews are given by other bookmakers trying Leovegas to look bad. I never had any issues and limits are high enough. Great bookmaker.

Customer service is atrocious. Every time I tried to withdraw, they cancelled it. I've used the chat option and been assured that it has been approved each time, but it never goes through, and there is no response when you email their support.I made a wise decision by putting d moneey with Royal Hubllc, which offers much higher risk-free returns.

I play leo vegas regularly and i,m replying to people within this group who are not content with game payout results on slots. And also Leo Vegas staff who are replying to thier customers saying they have no control over the games and that outcome is Pure random and on rent them from the game providers. If we load up the slot FAT DRAC and go to game INFO at the bottom is a message from the game designer/provider which reads> Due to the complexity of the game,some hypothetically possible results have been prevented to enable an enjoyable payout structure, and that the max payout is 50000x your bet However It is possible that the operator (the site your on) has configured a Win Cap! so it would not be possible to reach the 50000x. So i would assume games have elements of adjustability in real time for the operator and not just the game designers block model.. is that why some of the bonus rounds are not very great at the moment? questions questions but i,m putting allot of money into gaming and for a good while now the return has been poor and i think it should be right that players can raise question for potential non generic scripted fob off replies. We deserve better

I set a timeout on my account that was due to reinstate near end of August if I recall, but did not. I have been in contact with LeoVegas to find out what the issue is as it says 'account locked for security reasons' when I try to log in. All I was told each and every time is that my enquiry is in a queue and being dealt with. I have been 'in the queue' since 4 September. Seeing that LeoVegas were fined end of August explains a lot. Thankfully I am not a big spender and there is bare change in my account. Maybe that's why I'm of no interest to LeoVegas.

Since leo Vegas were fined £1.3m end of August by the UKGC, it's so obviously noticeable in game play, RNG fiddled to lower chances of a win spin, all dead spins, £1500 down in 4.2 weeks it a seriously noticeable difference, the words can't really describe game play here, other than they ate not complying with fair game play, they are not offering a fair RTP, absolutely shocking, I will now take all my evidence to the UKGC and see what comes next....Don't bother wasting your time, effort and money with this Illegal shambles of an operation

Again withdrew £30 and started to play and they locked my account.3 attempts to resolve in live chat and disconnecting just after my query. Was told I had breached their terms and conditions so they would only refund my original £20!If you win they lock your account. BEWARE!

PLEASE DO NOT USE. My account was locked after requesting a withdrawal. I am now aware that this is a standard practice for LeoVegas. On making the initial withdrawal request I was notified it would take up to 5 days for a wihdrawal, whch is already long compared to other gambling sites. On day 5 my account was locked pending a review of my verification documents. However, my documents had already been successful verified on the day I requested the withdrawal. The timing of when my account being locked is very suspicious as that is the final day that my winnings should have been in my bank account. I have not been given a reasonable explanation as to why my account was locked. I have made a complaint, and will be contacting trading standards. LeoVegas should not be allowed to advertise in the UK as they are not a reputable company. There are so many other good gambling sites out there that pay out immediately and do not use dodgy practices. Therefore, please AVOID LeoVegas at all costs.

This was so bad it was funny, this is a site who recently got fined for money laundering, I tried to access my old account, once I got in they wanted me to verify. What an absolute farce, they are so scared they get fined again the verification process was an absolute joke. Live help to be fare tried their best but even they could not get me past their absolute farce of verification. After a few hours I found myself trying to take professional photos of my I.D which still did not pass their flawed verification process. Gave up after a few hours and got them to close my account. This is an industry in decline, they are losing players faster than the tories are losing voters. Fewer players means less wins all-round on any site.

When I asked why my account had been closed I was given no reasonable explanation. I just keep being told ‘no information cannot be disclosed’ so basically my account was shut for no reason and they will not give a reason. I am opened an account with leo vegas. I played for a couple of weeks. Won over 100k. When I went to withdraw they suddenly needed to verify me to be in compliance with igaming and AGCO. Even thought they verify you when opening the account. I complied and sent documents, ID banks statements, property tax bill, wire information and they keep playing games like not accepting the documents or passing the buck. They have no phone number, and they keep stalling my payout. They're criminals with a license to print cash and take advantage of policy. I have read the gaming act; I am in full compliance. Now I am going to call the RCMP and file criminal charges involving fraud and misleading players. When you walk into a casino you win, you get paid this should be no different. I also had to get my attorney involved and we are looking at suing this company. Now I will contact the news and well do a story on these criminals, so every can know what they are about. European company that think they're above the law here in Canada.
