I permanently close my DraftKings account at least a year ago. Signed up for Golden Nugget and they left me create an account and they left me wager for 4 months and now all the sudden said that I permanently closed my account because the two are affiliated. But they won’t give me back all the money that I spent if I were to win on that site they would have never paid me. I should have never been able to open an account they do not follow the own responsible gaming regulations. This happened to my wife also and a friend of mine. They just completely took money for months on a closed account supposedly. I’m sure this has happened to a lot of people they are flat out ripping people off.

This is a legit company that makes money by having no ethics and taking advantage of holes in laws and technology errors. In other words they steal in such a way that you can’t prove it. When I contacted support because I couldn’t get my winnings to withdraw, I was told to use a different method to depsoit more money. When I argued, I was again told that I will have to try a different method of deposit because you can’t withdraw to any account that you have not deposited from. But they also won’t withdraw to some debit cards or paypal business accounts. You also can’t use paypal or venmo in alll areas, like my area. So I literally have no way to withdraw MY MONEY from draft kings, and they just keep telling me to give them more.

I would rate the customer service even lower if possible. A little background. I live in St Charles MO and drive about 35 miles to Columbia IL to place wagers. Been doing that for about 3 years now. About 2 weeks ago I log in while in IL and try to place a wager. Get a notification saying account has been locked due to geolocation saying “there is a jump in my location” and therefor someone other than me is logging in. I have not had anyone log into my account, and I explained that to them. I even added 2fa so I would get a “pin” number each time I logged in. They were nice enough to unfreeze the account after abotu 24 hours and a lot of emails. Any while on that topic, who the $%^& doesn’t have a support phone number that people can call? !!!! Fast forward 2 weeks. I am in IL placing a wager in once again, account locked. This time now its for 30 days. I have been emailing the hell out of them and getting no help, just responses of “can’t help ya” and my tickets being closed out. I think the issue is that I log into my account once I am across the river and somehow that messing things up. I guess once the account is open 1/15/24 I need to wait a few minutes prior to logging in. Issue overall is that they think I am using someone to log into my account to place wagers and that is 100% not the case. They wont even listen to my side of the story. I know I cannot be the only one having this issue. I will be heading to IL to open a FanDual account tonight and once the other account is unlocked, I will withdrawl my 3k and leave that site for good. Anyone else having this issue?

DraftKings is a piece of 💩 app with a bunch of stupid Illicit policies, I’ve had my account restricted for over a month now and have sent in over 20 documents proving the card I’ve used is actually mine. There was no dispute’s, or fraudulent claims that the card was being used without my knowledge but yet they still require more information. They even told me to contact my bank (which I did) and that didn’t even help. It’s fishy that as soon as you get a bet to win now your account is suspended or restricted. 🖕 DraftKings go to any other betting platform if you want your winnings.

In 2021 i actually started to gamble. My career losses at this point were about -3500$ lifetime I first did a 5$ 6 leg parley on sportsbook that i won and paid out 225$ i deposited this all to the casino app and actually did ok. from that 225$ i ended up hitting 1665$ 1600$ 1400$ 1200$ 850$ 620$ 550$ 500$ 480$ and 350$ 250$ I ended up around 7500$ over the course of 2 weeks gambling for 2 to 3 hours every day and always on different games, if i hit over 100 i switch games.Now is it me or does that not seem random? Seems like they saw my account down like 4k and realised they needed to let me win so the RTP or RETURN TO PLAYER % was accurate and kicked in allowing me to win.This is where it starts to turn. That 7,500$ immediately went down to 5000 (which was the number i picked to cash out at. Yes 1200 TWELVE HUNDRED 2$ spins on MULTIPLE different games and i didnt hit any bonuses or hand pays over 100 was the first weird piece. If Return to player is at 80% theoretically after 1000 1$ spins i should have 800$ left but thats not happening more accuratly after 1000 1$ spins on the same game i ended up with about 150$ (tested more than once as i know RTP is tested with 1,000,000$ and 1$ spins 1 million times and whatevers left has to match the RTP for the machine) meaning its not random. Draft kings is horrible. They give you money for bets and never let you win. You put your own money and they still don’t let you win. I played also the casino and that was a horrible experience. They give me 1 bonus game and nothing from it. I played another game, they give me a bonus after losing 100 straight, the bonus paid 50 which was particularly my money back and then they took it and keep making the bonus skip by over and over until they took the money back. Draftkings is a horrible joke that is being played on ppl by adding Celebrities to their commercials so you can join and then they rob you. Don’t do it, stay away. They are bad for business!! Definitely a piece of 💩!!!

I made a beton November the 22nd a day before Thanksgiving it was a 4-game parlay Dallas 49ers Baltimore and the eagles two other teams that already won on Thanksgiving I was waiting for Sunday for the eagles and Baltimore game what’s the eagles have won an overtime my ticket disappeared I emailed customer service they told me they have no record of me even placing a bet remind you of the bet was made November 22nd only they don’t even see my deposit that I made on the bed the $230 the payout was $3,200 so when I told him to look deeper they said all we found it but you had lost a bet due to the 49ers not covering the spread and if we all know and watch that game the 49ers blue Seattle out by more than 7pts the score was 31 to 13 then they come back and say well maybe reason why you don’t see it because the BET wasn’t placed properly but before Sunday my money was already one for the two previous games that I won which was Dallas and the 49ers the pot was like $700 and they telling me they can’t find my betI didn’t make the bet DraftKings are a big scam listen to my story do not make the same mistake that I made I’m trying to help y’all do not bet with DraftKings find some other gambling site

Draft kings platform continues to very no user friendly. Continues to be inordinately slow, nonresponsive and frustrating to use. I just made a $300 deposit and have been trying to place a few simple bets. Its taken a half hour to place those. Would only take 20 seconds on any other sportsbook app. Very poor system in fundamental operation.

I was waiting on the Dallas game to finish to hit my parlay all other teams were green as soon as Dallas ended the whole bet disappeared as I was waiting on the green to x the only open slot left on my parlay slip. Not only did I not get my $584, the whole slip disappeared. When I contacted customer service they told me they needed my user name I sent it then they said Dallas was giving up 17 the final score was 49-17 but I had two other losses which was and is a lie I responded to that. They responded by saying the bet was cancelled view my bet history and my $25 placed back in my account. They have been great til this point extremely fraudulent

Long list of bad experiences with DraftKings. Very poor customer service and rude VIP Hosts.No bonuses. Does not matter how much you depsosit. When you ask for a bonus they get angry and rude. Long delays in responses. I can go on but I save us all time. Don’t use DraftKings. Worst service ever.

Lets see where to I start. How about their 30 cent lines in the MLB i.e. Phillies -175 D-Backs +145. How about there is no way to reach customer service on the phone even if your a “VIP” like I was even with my own “Host”, what a joke. Firstly account was just opened a couple days ago, I deposited and make a bet, won and immediately after my account got blocked/restricted. Told to send in drivers license, which I did, selfie, which I did, and bank statement within 60 days old which I did. Then they said bank statement wasn’t good enough that they want a future bank statement for NEXT MONTH! How are you asking for a statement for another month that doesn’t even exist!? Then they refuse to let me bet, refuse to refund my money, refuse to do anything including accepting a complaint. The Ontario government has Igaming regulations and they are to provide me with a complaint number and have not and because of that I can’t put in a complaint with Ontario IGaming. This leaves me to a clear conclusion that Draftkings is a big scam and is trying to do anything in their power to keep my almost $10,000.00! STAY AWAY

This is the most terrible app I’ve ever had to deal with. They deactivated my account for no reason at all, stole money from me and my friends, and now they harass you every single day to leave them a review. What review can you leave? Besides, they’re the worst app I’ve ever dealt with in my whole entire life, I jumped through hoops and everything else trying to get my account reactivated and they just keep giving me bull crap. Please be careful when downloading this app and using it.

This review is for DraftKings Reignmakers. I’ll keep it simple. I won a contest and they have not paid out. I’ve been getting the runaround for a week from their customer support. Canned responses praising my patience as their “team” works on it. I have sent them direct links to the contest to make it very easy for them to see and fix and most importantly give me my prize. It’s been a very disappointing experience. I gave two stars because up until now it’s been decent(I’ve been playing on their site for 2-3 months). I’ll be dropping to 1 star if they don’t fix this very soon. I’d be very cautious with them and track all of your contests diligently.

So I got caught in a total misconception of a wager. Everyone knows that a throwing TD is a legit stat for an NFL QB. I bet that Justin Fields would score 2 TD’s or more. So after he threw his second TD to DJ Moore I checked my account. In small parentesis was stated (A touchdown scorer is the player in possession of the ball in the opposing endzone (not the player who throws the ball). WHAT?When you first see the wager there is NO FINE PRINT!.It just says Justin Fields to score 2 TD’s or more. I sent screen shots to customer support showing them this but the just fed me this line of bull$#*!. I even looked up Sunday games like Josh Allen with the same bet. All it says is Josh Allen scores 2 TD’s or more. I think most people would always believe that this is a Throwing TD or running TD. I feel that its Draftkings responsibility to put that disclaimer on the ORIGINAL wager page so people see it right away. When your making a bet before game time on your phone you click the bet and then confirm it right away to get it in. Had I understood that it was a QB that had to actually score them over the goal len…I would have clearly bet a WR or even a RB instead. I asked a question about blocking the annoying casino portion after they routinely get the most ridiculous hands in BlackJack and only keep the Sportsbook. Next thing I know my account is restricted. Have no idea why or for how long. Their customer service IS LITERALLY NONEXISTENT! Chat is never available and they don’t respond to messages. All I want is my $ back for all the future bets I made. Day 3 of missing money from a withdrawl. They stopped replying to my emails, when I did get an email they were passive, “oh we sent it” “just wait” something got screwed up in the transfer process, because I haven’t received it. I did get confirmation it was sent, but I have never had to wait this long. I offered to send bank statements proving that it wasn’t deposited!! After this ordeal I’m done with DK. Support, is not helpful, they will stop replying to you. So nothing will get resolved. DONT USE DK!! If things like this happen nothing will get resolved.

I used to love draftsking never had a problem withdrawing and would usually win and recieve bonuses at times but seems lately winning nothing at all it seems if you have been playing here a while they eventually make it so you don’t win anything anymore I don’t recieve any bonuses anymore except for maybe some points that equals to like 4 dollars you would think that the players that play all the time would be sent nice bonuses from time to time and not promotions only that you have to play thousands to get anywhere I think I’m about done playing at draftskings can’t win anything anymore

I use to like Draftkings online casino. It was actually the only one I liked. On 8/31/23 I won money, I went to withdraw it to go in my bank and the next thing I know my withdrawal was canceled and my account was locked. It has been 10 days and I have emailed the customer service all 10 days. I get employee manual answers. I have gotten your documents aren’t in PDF format or we didn’t get this document.. I have supplied everything except my DNA.After I get my winnings I will never use their casino again especially if this is how they treat their customers.

TERRIBLE terrible terrible. They make it as difficult as possible to withdraw your deposit. It’s easy to deposit your hard earned money into DraftKings, but then ask you for numerous intrusive private data and financial docs if you try to withdraw. Just avoid.

Hands down the crappiest app I have used for sports books…and I have used a handful. Keep thinking that POSSIBLY they could find someone who has a clue fix this app on my android phone but it’s been quit a while now and it’s a total waste of time to ask customer support all they do is read from the supplied generic remedies that all of us already know to try before calling them…NO! my internet does NOT have too many devices on it..NO! Draftkings is holding my account hostage until I send them a .pdf statement for a Paypal account I do not have. I told them to disconnect the Paypal request from my account but they can’t seem to manage this while they continue to request a statement for an account that has been closed since 2009! Terrible customer service. Draftkings is basically now holding my money hostage. I reported this to the gaming division in the state of NJ.
