Been using them for years, and all the sudden they cheated me on a profit boost which I had placed a $100 bet to get as part of the centennial promotion.I complained that I hadn’t received it and then had to tell them to STFU and they locked my account Lol. I follow every single instruction that their miserably designed website gives me, give them every permission, download what they tell me to download, all for an automated reply to come back telling me I’m in Texas. I am and always have been a resident of New York. Ridiculous.

This company is about as crooked as they come and I will be reporting them to the Michigan Gaming Control Board and hope all the people that have been screwed over by this fraudulent online gaming site does the same thing in whatever state you live in!!! You would like to think that as popular they are they would do honest business like BetMGM, BetRivers and FanDuel but they seem to have taken the blueprint of the other crooked online site Betus. Reading some of the other reviews my situation is the same as yours first you win then they start off with the account is restricted crap as soon as you try to make a withdrawal and they have you send them bank statements, PayPal statements and so on and once you have done all of this they give you this super crazy runaround that never ends and end up keeping your money because you suddenly realize that you’re just spinning your wheels and it will never end so please everyone report them immediately and hopefully that will make them run a honest online gaming site.

I used to bet my parlays at the casino because I wanted to get paid as SOON as I win .,I was a bit skeptical about using draftkings at first because I previously used fan duel and witness all the horror stories about winning with bonus money. I joined draftkings and made a $5!!! Deposit and received $200 in bonus bets in the form of (8) $25 tokens with my LAST bonus bet I hit a 6 leg parlay for $692.50 and instantly became leery as I used a $25 ber token…to my shock I was paid INSTANTLY – THE $25 bonus bet money…the withdrawal process is LIGHTNING fast. Once you click on withdraw funds ,enter the amount you want to withdraw then select the method of deposit(fyi I made my initial deposit with my cash app card but had to link MY debit card in order to get paid) so be mindful that if you don’t have a bank account in YOUR name that’s registered on draftings you may hit an issue other than that this is the BEST sports betting app out there!!!

So, I lost some money. I’m my experience once you spend spirit now, you at least get a to nice chunk back. Nope. $2600 plus winnings in an hour those evening and an hour this morning. There was a time very long ago, in a time that feels so far away now..a little company called draftkings would actually pay out..they became enormous and with that the chicanery along with the rtp ratio completely has disappeared like an elusive magic trick..they know exactly how to get into your head..play 2k fet 50 free..it now costs you 1k to play 2k..I use a small app from a casino not far from ny PA pocono home..I just left there and hit 13 bonuses in a row, that’s on 50 automatic spins..the same game on draftkings two days ago, I played for about 10 hrs, I actually hit the 2k..I walked away with 200 and realized I deposited about 800, so minus 600..this small casino this morning I put in 65, got 25 free..played it and left with 250..so ahead almost 200, happens more frequently than I wish to explain..I have gone on cool down 4xs with draftkings snd when I return I’m always asking myself why are you doing here?? I just received an email from DraftKings that stated, verbatim:”We are writing in regards to the bet(s) you placed on this past weekends golf tournament(s).”It then goes on to some very specific detail about their “Dead Heat Reduction” rules and so on.Since I had not actually placed those bets, I was immediately concerned my identity had been stolen, and logged onto my account only to find that those bets had not, in fact, been placed.It seems they are engaged in sending fraudulent emails to their own account holders.

I wish these reviews we could do negative stars… But even giving 1 star give these asshol** satisfaction. I’ve spent $14,000 in 3 days with draftkings and literally came out with nothing. Then utter worse online casino ever. Rtp% is nonexistent I was playing a 96.5% game and didnt hit a single bonus. Then if im paying for a product you’d think it would operate properly, but nope it doesnt. It lags and glitches so bad. Which I feel thats fraud. When I contacted customer service they said ” RNG” ( random bumber generator) lol which I laughed hard… RTP% is a such thing but not with draftkings. They ended locking my account because I complained. They are fraud, scammers and totally rigged. Which I video record every session I do and you can see pure lag, glitches and them scamming people. I caught DraftKings multiple times cheating me out of money. And I know that many others would have had the same issue. 1 example is I played a slot and spun 500 times at 3$. And not a single win. I mean not .10 cents. Not 1$ nothing. I wrote my host explained. I said this is literally impossible. I checked the rate of return on the game etc. the host apologized said would check on issue. And yes the game was up online and set to not pay ever. And he gave me a credit. And apologized. I could image how many others got screwed. then on another slot. Blood suckers. Every single I hit a bonus it froze. Every time. Then when I would contact support they said it will play through. For weeks I would log in and check game and still frozen. With no payout. Then after dozens of emails. They said it played through and was 50$ winner. I had a 4 symbol bonus on this first one betting 3$. Then I played it again to see if fixed. No froze again. Again they said was 50$ win. Again I logged In gane still froze. Emailed support again. They credited account. I played a third time and fourth time. Again both times froze at bonus. Again said it played win 46$ won 56$. And again gane froze. I checked transaction history. And found that no the bonuses never played through. That they lied. And just credited account with like 13x wager. Which is ridiculous. I again called them out and had three friends play same game on their accounts. And it happed to all three of them. This was at least going on for 6weeks. So everyone who played that game was getting scammed. Literally. They didn’t take game off line even after proving this. And once again froze. I have all emails. All contacts and texts. Do I have a case?

I’m sure there’s a reason for all the aweful reviews. I won some money with draftkings and right after they locked my account, after few emails they opened the account but boy did I lose money. Thousands and thousands of hard earned money. I complained about it and won a bit had my account restricted again because I complained. Literally every time I won my account was restricted and now thousands and thousands of hard earned money. Not winning money. Money from my paycheck and thousands goes into slot with once triggering the mother fu¢king scatter. Shame on them for such unethical practices and shame on me for not learning my lesson. But once again. Shame on them. For the last 5000 post in slots I have nothing to show for. These people don’t know where to stopI recommended them to everyone. I initially wrote good reviews. It’s the most laggy betting app for Android. Can’t speak for IOS, but certainly the most laggy one on Android, I doubt their engineers ever tested their app on an Android phone.

This website is an absolute scam!I had a horrendous experience with DraftKings.In mid July 2024, I transferred a significant amount of money to them because they promoted a 20% bonus for every deposit up to 5000 CAD. This was my first time attempting to capitalize on a bonus from a gambling site.After transferring the money, they flat out refused to give me the bonus, claiming they “didn’t know” anything about the promotion. I sent them the link and a screenshot, but they still arrogantly denied me the bonus.I was infuriated and immediately tried to withdraw my money.Contacting their support was a nightmare—mostly automated responses, and nearly impossible to reach a real person.When I finally did, my account was BLOCKED!!!I contacted 13 or 14 different people over the past two weeks, each with different pathetic excuses and bogus reasons for my account being blocked.I sent them all the required documents, including photos with my ID and bank statements, etc. Despite proving that I am the account owner and transferred the money, they continued to make excuses, offering no solution.The most outrageous part is that they are holding over 5000 CAD and had the audacity to accuse me of having a gambling problem! You will win in the beginning, then lose it all in the same hour. i’ve won 23,000 on pointsbet within a matter of minutes and lost it all two hours later with constant losses. They will take it all back no matter what. It is 100 percent fixed. It’s been almost a week since they’ve suspended and sequentially locked my account after I won, and they still didn’t get back to me despite proving verification and reaching out with multiple inquiries. I’ll be contacting Chase Bank to report this instance, so hopefully they will reimburse me.I’ve been using other betting apps, but this one turned out to be the most pathetic. Stay away, these scammers will take all of your money. I also heard that they change coefficients mid-game and as other betting services buy out the athletes and rig the games.

Draft kings when you first start.. You get a good promotion and you will Even win a little. (Enough to make you come back)After that love affair you will be entered for awhile. I’ve you in for a grand out two .. Then they will allow you to win a hundred bucks or so. Then when your in for many thousands you might win 5-7 hundred. After that’s over… Your shot out. Was playing at 2:32 AM place a dollar on a bonus game. It hit double then 50 times and they only paid 25 times. Rusty laughed and said I was a Genetic gambler, Three weeks before I got an email want me to be a highroller good thing I didn’t put a lot in this time. I learned my lesson to go to bed in GM. I WAS on Draftkings playing games just fine.Then they locked and restricted my account.Later on told me I need to submit a pic of me showing me holding my ID.If that’s the case then why did the ever let me play from the very beginning WITHOUT showing any documentation?I DID THAT.Then they said that unfortunately they can’t accept documentation by email.AFTER THEY REQUESTED THAT I SEND IT THAT WAY.Then they let me log back in.Now all of a sudden, I can’t deposit $.They just play game after game after game.Not the kind of games I am trying to play.Get it together ladies.

A legal scam. DraftKings casino might be the devil itself. First day I won a few hundred, a few small slot jackpots etc. next day lost $1k chasing a $180 (lower jackpot) in literally an hour. I often wonder about casinos in general. But out of all the casinos I can play in my state I only have three that I play at all and one of them is is DraftKings I think they’re pretty fair they watch out for you as far as if you’re depositing too much or spending too much and you know you usually do hit the other day I hit like three times in 2 days so that’s that’s pretty amazing I don’t think I’ve ever seen that with another casino!
