This Casino closed my account within 2-3hours of me playing and winning, once I won ..I withdrew the winnings within that time they refunded me all the monies and closed my account .I requested on several emails and chat box what was the reason , I was only told they took a business decision to do so and close my account. My transactions were being changed by casumo from one day to the next. I was due a withdrawal of over £700 but I only ever received £400+ I went back and fourth for 2 weeks to customer services, who said they would look into it and never did. I have since deleted my account. BE VERY CAUTIOUS!

Says the cash and free spins that land in your valuables are all your, no wagering required, all wins all yours. I had deposited few hundred dollars in my account then I saw the free spins in my valuable. After spinning and winning few bucks ( u can’t win more than few bucks from spins valued at 20¢) and then I started playing my favourite slots won few hundred. When I went to withdraw it tells me that I have to wager 900 before I could withdraw. Wait what? But your site says all the free spins and cash in your valuables are all yours. Surprised with the negative reviews. I recently left a review, however only gave 4 stars due to being unsure over whether I would receive my withdrawal after some confusion over the verification process. Very disappointed with the way they deal with withdrawals. I have submitted my documents, been verified, withdrawn the first and second time; afterwards, when I had another withdrawal, they asked me to submit a video with my passport in my hand exposing my face. I was not comfortable doing so, however, when trying to submit my document, the system couldn’t recognise it. I was given 14 days until my account will be closed, no withdrawal,by the way. I will contact the ombudsman, as customer service was useless.I do not recommend this site.
