This is a decent casino with a great selection of games but my God the verification process is absolutely shockingly bad. I emailed support and asked what documents I still needed to submit to be fully verified and was told that once I attempted a withdrawal the verification team would let me know what was required... why is it so hard to let people verify before a withdrawal attempt? Anyway, I attempted a withdrawal and got asked to submit proof of address, proof of deposit and payment method but they keep rejecting them. For the proof of deposit I got this response "Reason: Please upload a screenshot directly from your banking app. We cannot accept photos of a device screen Thank you" My banking app does not allow me to take screenshots.Would be a 5 star rating only for this utter shambles for account verifications

Don’t listen to olive or whatever his name is (he always has a snarky response) its definitely rigged when dealer has 12 expect them to pull 9 and don’t ever dare hit on 12 or expect an instant bust, i highly reccomend this site if you want to lose 5-6 blackjack hands in a row, otherwise stick to stake, best part is he will ask people to post evidence because he knows you cant post photos on this site. I wonder how many of the 5 stars are faked
