Seriously it’s a complete scam – especially when you win a big jackpot – they freeze the account and no payout. Just look on trust pilot – every response has only 1 review. All of the reviews on the internet claiming to be the best of this or that are all written by their marketing team. Interesting that they do not allow UNited States Players – but look how much info is in English – be warned you will loose money or it you happen to win – then no payout. Verification takes over a week with them not accepting the right documents then accepting it if you upload it a second time. Other documents are pending for 2 or 3 days. They even ask for random additional documents. All to I assume to prevent you from cashing out.PS: The answer is misleading. The verification team seems to be not able to wrap their little minds around the concept of an virtual credit card. Which due to its nature cannot be photographed. I communicated that clearly and uploaded 4 alternative documents (including an official proof of ownership letter) i was asked for. With everytime uploading the document beeing asked for another document. I hope its a case of incompetence and not fraud.
