Just had an email saying my review was removed. 1 star to trust pilot too!Deposited 0.5 bitcoin. Won, 0.5 very quickly. Went to withdraw and asked for my I.D (never asked before).They then said the name didnt match the account and theb took 1 Bitcoin. I pleaded to prove it was my email etc and my account but became apparent they are fraudsters. They shadow banned me and laughed and make jokes. Was very distressing!.These people will get what they deserve. Will leave it upto god!

I deposited 100, tried to play a jackpot game which it wouldn’t let me because I had an active bonus. Support says “You can’t play them because you have an active bonus” I said “well then I would like to withdraw my money” He says would you like to cancel the bonus ? I said NO I would like to withdraw my money. He then informs me he has canceled my bonus “at my request” (did not request this) then he informs me that I STILL can’t withdraw my money as i have to wager my deposit amount first. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE!!!! PLEASE STAY AWAY!!I was guided here by a roulette blog as a so called ‘trusted casino’, and thought I’d give it a go. When I initially deposited $200, a pop-up appeared with a loading error (this could have been on my end with my security blocking it), so tried again and the same issue. But to my surprise I now had $600 in my playing account (2 x $200 deposits, more than I had wanted to put in, and a BONUS $200). Anyway, I decided to play some roulette as intended and all was going well with some wins and some loses along the way. After a while I had made a tidy sum over a $1k and decided I would withdraw my initial $400. WELL, this is where the fun starts!! According to BitStarz, the $1000+ I made came from their $200 bonus, and in actual fact, I had $0 of my deposit left. You see, according to BitStarz all the little $5 losses here, the $10 losses there, and all the other little loses on the way to my winning sum were taken out of ‘MY’ deposited money apparently!!
