I’m made a couple deposits to these guys and didn’t have any problems until I started to win. My second deposit, I had a play through requirement which I met. Even after the requirement was long gone, as soon as I tried to make a withdrawal, their cashier department reached out to me and stated that I did not meet the wagering requirements, and therefore they were simply going to take all of my winnings. So what they’re saying here is that in the fine print for their promotions if you gamble above a certain amount per spin, it voids any winnings associated with your playthrough. Clever little loophole so they don’t ever actually have to pay since many of their machines default bet size violates this clause.Also, if you’re thinking that I simply hadn’t completed this play through or the bonus requirements this requirement was long gone from my bonus screen at the time of the withdrawal it had been completed, and had been marked as fulfilled. I reached out to their CEO and asked for a one time exception after Customer Care and the cashier Department refused. if they actually function as a real casino and pay winnings, I will amend this review, but I’m not holding my breath. Keep in mind that if you’re reading these trust pilot reviews, based on the experience I had, I would bet money that the majority of these reviews are written by the casino staff themselves.
