I’ve a huge lost here, even when I’ve lost a thousand bucks. They didn’t give my $15 weekly bonuses win that’s around $251. I have wagering the $15 into $550 and do all the mission until I have $251, but when I tried to withdraw they cancel it. Now it’s all gone from my account.

Bitstarz was my absolute favorite place to play for years. I loved everything about it, the layout, the amazing variety of games, the super fast payouts. Then one day, after I had been depositing and playing so much trying to climb thr ladder board for bonuses, they changed my deposit options and only offered bitcoin. I could no longer deposit via etransfer of bank card. I tried to go to chat a couple of times but they were just dismissive and rude. This makes me so sad as they were always my first choice. I heard alot about how Bitstarz has been like this to customers in chat these days. It seems like once they got big they forgot about the little people that helped them get there. I am not interested in crypto and I dislike rude employees so I will no longer be playing at Bitstarz.

HORRIBLE! I was treated disgustingly when one of the employees didn’t agree with my personal beliefs!! This website operates in the United States and is a casino platform that you play with real money. I also have learned as of yesterday and this incident that this is illegal!! If they would’ve stated that prior to me ever depositing any of the thousands of dollars I deposited, I would’ve never joined their website! Alleged 10minute withdrawals are grossly false. It has been 24hrs, and i am still waiting for them to release my funds. I’m not sure how it has a good experience so far for so many people giving 5-star reviews. I suspect all 5star reviews are fake. When asking to withdraw they have given hell. Multiple documents rejected – Even though it says National ID and drivers license on the website. In any case, they had no qualms when a deposit was made. Now they speciallly requested for 1) Passport, 2) Selfie while holding Passport plus a Note with Bitstarz and the date on it. And 3) a bill for proof of address. I suspect i have been scammed. They have given excuses like the Selfie needs to have 4 corners shown or the Selfie is too blur. I panicked and tried to search for their Alleged licenses in Curacao. Both the CEG and Antillephone said their license was invalid. Moreoever, the web address (potentially fake link) for the alleged licensee holder is in a carpark if you search on google. Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, Curacao. Hope i didnt get scammed.

Sent money to the ETH QR code given to me. Funds never hit the account so I contacted support. They ended up telling me that I need to get in touch with my crypto provider to recover funds even though everyone knows that crypto can be sent to a wallet and not recovered unless sent back so my provider is not able to recover the funds.I then contacted them again and they said the same thing again and they continue to end the chat before you can type anything back to them.Chat then simply threatens to ban you from using chat services if you keep starting a new chat to ask for help.Just saying, this casino will gladly take your deposit and refuse to help you recover let alone even give you the time of day to respond to them.Do not recommend ever coming to this site.
