I am a VIP member at Bitstarz. I won in the past. Now, rarely win. I haven’t cashed out in months. I would not recommend unfortunately. Other casinos have better offers and better VIP program. Pretty disappointing. Also I have referred multiple people to bitstarz, multiple who spend a lot of money, and have gotten no credit for any of it. Their support system isn’t very friendly and they only respond with pre-generated automatic reply messages. Very impersonal and not appealing.

Bottom line: BitStarz said I wasn’t allowed to play because I am from the United States even though I wasn’t in the United States at the time of playing. They banned me and kept my winnings but they gave me my deposit back without a fight.Full storyI am a US citizen and played this casino while abroad. They accepted my bitcoin deposit without any issue or verification of my residence. I played for a bit and was up and down and eventually won my deposit back. We are talking .006BTC – not much money in casino world. When I went to cash out they required verification and this took a few days to process. BitStarz told me that despite playing in a country where this casino was legal because I permanently live in the United States I cannot play with them. They kept my winnings (it wasn’t much) but did return my deposit so I didn’t lose anything from taking a chance with them.I think if you live in a country where this casino is legal they might be ok. Their tech support was prompt to respond.My biggest critique is that they accept your money without verification but demand verification to return any funds even your deposit. Also, you must play through all your funds before a cash out.

The most rogue and scammy casino I have ever experienced. There is no option for 0 stars that is why I give them 1. Their verification procedure was extraordinarily challenging.Once all their requests were satisfied (7 documents later) they said that they will pay me and close my account – I simply deposited and won 180 euros – nothing major…Then they came up with more excuses. They could not pay me back to the VISA which I used to deposit and instead, insisted to pay the money to another bank account of mine (that I had used as part of the verification) which was completely unrelated. This casino is rigged the way they operate is really shady. There was a glitch and they say there wasn’t I deposited more that $1,000 and they won’t even help me. They take a few dollars when you deposit and it is very hard to get any wins or bonuses. In my experience I spun more that 100 times and nothing I’m very unhappy and won’t be returning ever again
