Just an FYI to everyone here in the US… We aren’t legally able to play here and I wasn’t informed of this until AFTER my 4th deposit. So after spending money with them and being informed of this I requested to be refunded and was told it wasn’t possible because I had already played it down. How does that make any sense because if I had won money they wouldn’t have been able to pay me because I wasn’t legally supposed to be able to be playing there! I signed up for bitstarz and deposited the amount needed for the welcome bonus. I have a government issues phone, the bonus is 100% match and 180 free spins. Well after my deposit took 10 hours on the block chain I was told that the bonus had already been used for the IP address that showed up, when I have never played, deposited, or even been affiliated with this website, the previous owner must have, so I was denied my sign up bonus and had to fight with them and explain the situation. They gave me 30 free spins for a game with the lowest RTP (I looked it up) and no match deposit. I must say this is horrible service for a new customer. They tried to rip me off 100$I deposited on their website and I won 70$. When I tried to withdraw they asked me for tons of documents and they kept rejecting it for no valid reasons. I’ve been playing Bitstarz now for about 4 months, almost daily. Usually no major issues, but today I was playing video poker, Aces and Faces, and my balance started fluctuating without betting. it would go from.290 mbtc to .640 mbtc then back down to .130 mbtc then my balance disappeared. I logged out, restarted my phone then logged back in. I have this happen about a month and a half ago and I ended up losing about $90. They esclated the trouble and said there was nothing wrong with the system. I thought, well, I must have done something wrong. This time I didn’t have a lot in my balance, thank goodness. I reached out to chat they said check my history, so I did. It said I played 4 Secrets of Alladin. I’ve never played anything but video poker, never any slot. They told me that I did if that is what it says. It came from my IP address. I live alone and never play anywhere but here. They even refused to escalate the issue for me. Honestly, bitstarz was amazing at first. Got some wins and was able to withdrawal. Even able to withdrawal on some no deposit bonuses. Pretty sure that’s how they suck you in. I am now a few thounsand down the drain. The win rate had depleted tremendously. I can’t even so much as spin a .3% win now. To top this off, the time I did get a good win in this mess, it was after I deposited $1000, lost it all, then won 800 on the second chance spins. Which the consider a no deposit bonus.
