Betway are an awful company. I started with small sports bets and when I began to win they closed my account. They have sent me emails requesting a copy of my P60, Accounts and bank statements. I want my money back I have in the region of £2,500 in my closed Betway account. This company should be reported as a fraudulent company

Deposit of £100 taken twice from my account. Tried to resolve over live chat but they closed my account when I simply explained that taking a deposit twice had caused me a problem with a payment elsewhere. Since then another withdrawal of £23.50 and this £100 have not been returned to me. All subsequent contact attempts by email have been ignored.

It has been 37 days now since Betway isn’t depositing my money ! Now they will make you wait for 3 hours and close the window and not even reply to your emails . This is nothing but a systematic scam by Betway . While instead of waiting for customer support what you can do is ? Kevin pieterson and nargis are brand ambassador for Betway India , you can tweet under their media or tweets telling them how Betway india is scamming us and for reviews one can check on trust pilot . And believe me that will be effective as the tweets are very less for this celebrities and our tweets will be seen !

One of the worst betting sites. The live casino crashes constantly and provides an error message from their side which causes you to lose your money all the time. When I tried opening a ticket with the support, they tried to blame it on me even though I provided screenshots with the error message that comes from their side. I escalated this problem, saying that they should check their logs and integration with the 3rd party live casino providers. They “agreed” to look into it and never replied back.

Got to be one of the worst bookies.Restricted after a total of 8 bets which were all pretty low stakes.Also takes multiple days just to withdraw money to debit card most other bookies ive tried have been literally instant, Dont waste your time making an account.AVOID!

Litterly i am tired of emailing, or live chat process. It’s been 3 days since my withdraw and after seeing these massege, i am not sure that these guys want to give us or not.I lost a lot money here and suggest you do not play or download.They don’t have even customer support things in the website or office mail id who can help you for any issue while playing the games.

This company really are a joke I give 2 star only because they do give the welcome promotion when qualified for it and free deposit withdrawal.The laughter is though Betway offers a promotion bet 8 accas at £25 one a week leading up to the world cup get £40 extra free road to Quatar 2 weeks in they remove you from their promotions.Why offer your customers a promotion if when you follow it place bets your removed.No iffence its accas to so the likliness over those 8 weeks Betway will profit is sky high but no I win 1 acca and next day your removed from all promotions.How this company stays running is shocking I guess its there welcome offers that do it but if you want genuine punters Betway stop kicking people off a ongoing promotion you offer.Wont use these ever again that is for sure

Betway took 3 deposits from my bank in one hour which were not credited to the account,no customer service at all so escalated the complainant via resolver and got an email from Betway after a week asking for a bank account pdf as proof which I sent them now silence for the last 5 days ..looking at the reviews it seems many people have had money taken from their account during this period and being a betting site your bank will not help you to reclaim the money from them

Another major scam site.When I opened the account I set out my limits already. Yet they stopped me from deposits. Now they want more documents and verifications.Avoid. Don’t download their app. It crashes mid play and the RTP are lowered compared to other sites.

Poor service…..I wanted to register for the first time ,but I was very angry that they told me my ID is already registered, I never tried to register before,I tried to get hold of them,but I cannot seem to find help…someone out there is buzy using my ID number as their’s, I can’t even fix it,because betway people cannot help,I’m very angry I must go to the police to report this ,becoz they cannot help me..

have made payment of INR 500 from my bank account via Google pay and same already got deducted from my account in the same time but didn’t credit the amount to my betway account i had wait for 10hrs as per company policy but after 24 hours also it didn’t get update so i chat with agent as per agent i have to submit my bank statement to prove same i marked two email to you guys after that didn’t get any response this is the third email i am sending to you i have tried to chat with you guys again but didn’t worked whenever my turns come you guys kicked me out from the chat section now i need resolution on this i am attaching the bank statement with this email . You guys are pathetic like doing scam with the customers

I asked betway for a $100 withdrawal of my funds and I have never received it. Customer service does nothing if you can even find someone to listen. Run people run. This place will rip you off. I have been trying since Aug. 14,2022 to get money. They say they paid but I think they sent payment to wrong email address. FU Betway.

I have been waiting for withdrawal from 26th sep it was 125000 of 4 withdrawals. Initially I was seeing the reviews here and was bit panic why is betway taking time to repay the withdrawal however after 12 days i have received the money into account. So i request dont panic seeing the others rather patiently wait. I understand customer care has been bit pathetic with huge que hope all you ppl will get ur withdrawal soon.

Customer service is quiet poor no distinctive answers basically like speaking to a robot even though was actual person! Withdrawal speed is very very slow still haven’t received it, deposit instantly but don’t want to pay instantly, over 24 hours still waiting… could be for another 2-3 days shocking must say

My deposit before 19 days got rejected and seek assistanance for a several time and shared statement for their reference.Before 5 days i wrote a review here and beyway team approached me via mail.They again asked for statement and I gave it to resolve issue.But now i realised that they no longer have any intention to repay that amount.When I contacted them always getting response like waiting for response from accounts team.For the past 19 days they didnt got it and they want us to believe it.If they had a good team instead of this trash may be my deposit will be refunded earlier.

Thief betway self excluded my account. I made withdrawal request of 5000inr but they closed my account without any reason. This thief site destroyed one day. i am giving three stars because i never had any problem with withraw before on betway , but my last withraw not going anywhere , only stuck at processing completed . talked to customer support two times after waiting in queue for 15+ hours and they says they are having issue with withraws and they are working on it and cant give me the time frame when it will solve , which is not the right answer i was looking from them . and same answer each time . please solve the issue and pay my withraw please . thankyou .update – i just got my withraw safe n clear . meanwhile on betway website its still showing processing completed but paid mark is not green yet . but i got money in my bank account just by now . so i m updating rating to four stars now .

On 27th Sept I have requested Rs. 5k and Rs. 7k withdrwal… Till now I haven’t recwived the amount …Probably they are having some internal issues… They will not cheat..let’s give them a little time… Definitely they will pay today or tomorrow… Hope to see the Credit msg soon

There was nothing done to my withdrawal of £600. You only respond when posted on trustpilot review. Why have you no shame at all. You already gained a lot of money from me. I only win back a little and you don’t pay it. That £600 is already worth a return ticket to see my dying dad. Betway please give me my money. After a 6 hour wait for chatting with customer support , I mailed managerbetway and Supportbetway my pending withdrawals and bank statement for one month which as a proof that I didnot received the funds , but no response from them.Noone monitoring the mail boxes and chatsI want no one to suffer like me in waiting for your own funds .It has been 30 days since I ade a withdrawal and no response from any one .I will not suggest this site due to self experience

Joke of a company. Made a deposit which has shown as left my bank. Has not shown in account. Impossible to contact them as their “live chat” is an automated bot. Upon asking “was this helpful” and not he answer being no it said “thanks” and closed the conversation.

I have been using betway for a year and had no issues until they locked my account and took my money.i had 2 accounts.i did not know you can only have one.my account was locked with R20130 IN THE account.according to them my one account was supposed to be given back.after endless calls they keep dragging the situation and not give me any clear answer.there support team have not helped one bit.they just asked for time and never got back.they took my money and have never responded back.i was robbed of my money.completely unprotected knowing your money can be taken at any time.

I have had my Betway account for over one year. I never really take any promotions or anything, usually I do £10 accumulator bets on a Saturday.the other day I saw a ‘Betway Boost’ that looked interesting. I put £20 on the boost. It is the only boost or offer I have ever done.Immediately I received an email telling me I was no longer eligible for promotions, all because I took a single boost, in 12 months, that lost!

Never faced any issue with the company but suddenly their payment is delayed and I am frustrated that they are not giving any response. Waited for 6 hours for a chat but was still unable to get in touch with an executive. I am switching.

Do not use this company….I have been waiting over a week for a refund of a deposit I made by debit card…. they have received the money but absolutely no urgency in returning it to me…. their live chat is completely useless and just fob u off with no resolution…. nobody answers ur emails and it is impossible to talk to anybody there. I will be making a complaint to the Gambling commission about this company … they should not be allowed to operate as the service is just not acceptable.

I have also deposited £100 and it has not shown in my account, I have emailed 3 different emails which then I received a message saying they are not actively monitored, I called a telephone number which again cut me off saying the same. I cannot believe how a regulated company has NO customer support, making it virtually impossible to contact. A disgrace I’m now £100 down and can’t connect them.

My 2 deposit got rejected on 19/09 and shared statement with the team.On 28th one got refunded and now they were asking for another statement for the refund of remaing one which made on same date.Actually they had it but they are not ready to escalate it.Also very much disappointing approach from the customer support too.They try to close the chat asap without a cosidering our 2 hour wait to reach there.I am not worried about refund now,but its too bad to treat a customer like this.
