So the whole experience. A lot of money have lost on this site. Today deposited £20 and after all my complaints and reviews that they’ve done something to my account as a constant loss is not just unlucky. Bonus after bonus, line winning, won couple hundreds and then a message all over my screen that they are logging me out for 15 min as I’ve spent too much time on. 2 hours guys TWO!!! When I played off 1,5k constant dead spins and played 8 hrs you didn’t bother to log me off for even a minute!!!! How obvious!!! Guess what happened when I got log back on?? Dead spin after dead spin, basically they triggered it. After all the thousands you have basically stolen such a disgusting thing to do. BEWARE! They are a scam!! I put in 40 bucks once, and over the next couple months I noticed little random amounts being takin from my account. My bank determined betway had hacked my account and took approximately 300 bucks from me which I did not know about or authorize. Please be careful with this site. I had to change my card because they hacked it.

The worst company I have ever come across … I have lost all my lifetime savings for their technical glitch everytime when I was trying to put bets which was a win . After that they close my account I told them ok whatever money is in my account give that back they took like reo months finally they said we are releasing the amount on your potm AstroPay but again I did not got the funds and they are saying they are unable to clear funds on that account . So cheap and fraud company . Government should ban these app in India .

I had an account for a few months. The moment I won a few hundred pounds, they blocked my account and would not let me withdraw. It has been several months, and I have sent several emails. They keep asking for bank statements and utility bills and I’ve given them everything. No phonelines, terrible email response time, terrible service. I feel I’ve been robbed of money and time.

Iam so disappointed. Ok, this page had me worried because my withdrawal was not nearly instantaneous like all the other major betting sites. Although they do take longer than others, (weekend are not instant transfers like other sites) once it was seen on Monday my withdrawal came straight through my original payment method.About the site, well its like all the other sites, (win/loose is random, ruthless and lucky) although they don’t have as much roulette choice as other sites. And I get that stupid warning about playing time in the middle of a game or glitches when I’m winning when I think im winning.On another note, I would never advise anyone to gamble, not even for so called “fun” lol

I opened an account and put the wrong surname as I changed it by deedpoll. Betway sent a message saying account verified so I didn’t know anything. They accepted my deposits then I had a couple of wins. I withdrew 2 amounts. After a couple of days I chased this on their chat they said I had to send proof the payment came from me so I sent a screenshot of my card. No reply from them. Then I noticed that they had sent me an email on the 19th April asking for this proof. However on the same and next day I had made a couple more deposits, so why did they accept them. The I got an email saying that I had to upload a pdf of my bank statement which I did. I got no reply, so went in another chat, this guy Justin said he can’t do anything, so I asked to speak to a manager, Justin said they don’t speak to customers, ridiculous. Then he said the bank statement was not enough, they wanted the card details on the statement and will not accept the printscreen which I also sent of my card. They just don’t want to pay and now have blocked my email. What do they expect. If they thought it was fraud, why did they accept further deposits. Who is the best body to deal with this Onbudsman or Resolver

The website hangs horrifically, especially at peak periods, the bonus crediting system is questionably effective and the whole experience is utterly underwhelming. There are plenty of better options on the market. The chatbot reponse system is hopeless, as you will see when this review gets a copy and paste response along the lines of ‘Thanks for your review, we will get back to you as soon as we have reviewed your account’ or ‘Please respond to our private message.’

Worst site I’ve ever used. Now I’ve been gambling for about 15 years so I know all about the highs and the lows but Betway has just been shocking all round.Firstly, my casino game RTP over 4000 spins is just over 24%.Then there’s the roulette. I know you can go on bad runs on roulette as I understand the whole independent probability but on numerous occasions I’ve lost 10+ spins in a row when I cover 27/37 numbers. It happens from time to time, however then it randomly kicks me out of the game due to a location error and lo and behold one of my numbers hits. Never had it kick me out and the spin would have lost but constantly happens on ‘winning spins’Then there’s the automated blackjack, my own fault for playing this but again RTP is nonexistent. I tend to well on blackjack at casinos but not sure how you compete against a cheating algorithm designed to just take your money. Recently had 20 hands in a row without the dealer busting and that includes 7 blackjacks and 8 20’s.I understand these things are meant to be regulated but honestly I’d stay away as something feels off with it and their customer service doesn’t exist. I have contacted Betway via Facebook and Twitter to report the issue and they tell me to get help with it via live chat… comical.Have contacted IBAS, eCOGRA and currently processing a SAR to find out more. The GCUK will also be hearing from me as this shambolic customer service could put people in need of responsible gambling help at real risk.

Their automated chat facility is ridiculously frustrating – you have to go through every option to be able to get the ‘ability’ to speak to an agent (which never happens). Their casino promotions for free spins never loads, despite following their logout and login advice. I have missed out on several promotions for free spins not being credited, but I can’t give them feedback or speak to an agent about it!

An update in relation to previous review Betway take approx 4 days to respond to any emailBetway still have over 500 of my money. I am writing to express my concern regarding change is my bet selection (what I choose was not the same when it got settled) on your platform .As a loyal betway customer over 5 year , I have notice that bet used to get change and settled incorrectly , I can understand there could be my mistake and I would have placed incorrectly by mistake .But in the last few days it happened more than 3 times and the latest instance was a match against Pakistan and New zealand where I paced the bet less than 25.5 runs,but at the time of settlement it showed me more then 25.5 and I lost that bet.I am very much sure about that bet as I tried to take the screenshot(because of what i faced in some previous instance) but i couldn’t , because of some restriction (I don’t know why we can’t keep the proof of our placed bet ).

I have had an 8 ongoing issue with this company and have used RESOLVER to try to sort the issues out. Eventually my concerns were passed to their “independent” complaints managers. DO NOT BE FOOLED ! They play the same game as customer services – stall !! My complaint has been with their Complaints Dept for 10 working days and all they keep doing is sending me automated emails about an email mismatch – as I say STALLING!!Times up – now I can escalate my catalogue of issues to a real INDEPENDENT body

I’ve been dealing with betway last two days trying to withdrawal my money through e transfer. On the website it says it takes 2-24hrs to get. Then the agent I was taking to informed me it takes 2-24hrs after it’s been processed and that there is no time frame on the processing. I find this ridiculous as I’ve never waited this long from any other website to withdrawal through e transfer. But when I make a deposit through e transfer takes less than 10 mins… doesn’t seem right to me. Hopefully I get my money back soon and never come back to this site.

Avoid this website ! They let you open the account and deposit money and then they lock it. Customer service is rubbish i spent about 15 hrs waiting there just to be told that they need my documents which i sent to them a week ago. Live chat is off today and phone number doesnt work for months due to covid which is a joke in 2023. There is no way you can contact them and they just keep your money. I’m verified with Bet365 , PaddyPower , Betfred and William Hill. Never had any issues with them and the customer service is lovely. Incredibly difficult to withdraw money. Don’t use this site.I cant withdraw with interac e-transfer or card. If I try with etransfer, I get an error saying I need to use the email I have registered for etransfer payments with my bank which I have been doing. If I try withdrawing with my card, it says I have not made any deposits with it so I can’t withdraw despite having made a deposit with my card today
