Betvictor Review

So Betvictor has just had my old one star review removed from trustpilot, they wanted screenshots and personal information for the bad review to stay up. Reading up on the good reviews they are chasing a high star rating and using dirty tactics to get it. Grow up and be honest with your reviews.

So after joining this so called reputable site, I deposited and got my bonus etc, security checks etc all smooth going. After several wins I was up, why the one star review? so not a moaning loser I have came out up, however this site is a joke!…their bingo has repeat winners and most of them from other sites, there is a very poor selection of rooms , after midnight room selection non existent, no chat hosts, just nothing after a certain time. Their slots are vicious, the last site I seen with such poor rtp was sky vegas, Chuck a tenner in and if your lucky as a new player then run. As you can see from my review I do play these sites and not a one star wonder like the majority of there reviewers.

Bet Victor is a vile company. I strongly advise that NO ONE use this site. It will constantly freeze on you, you will end up losing your money and they will take no responsibility for it.

Very helpful and friendly. Can’t complain 😊withdrawal could be quicker and more streamlined like other sites. But apart from that they seem legit !!!

Betvictor – attempts to scam by charging you for non existent over payments even after proven innocent
Only used betvictor a few times and had won 50.00 GBP on the 28th August 2020 after depositing 10.00 GBP and then after that win i deposited another 10 GBP but did not win anything, then after a couple of weeks i logged in and noticed my account was -50.00, after contacting them they said another 50.00 had been withdrawn on September 8th which paid out twice, id told them that i had not played or won since my win at the end of august and told them it was wrong, i supplied a copy of my bank statement for the whole period of time, what gets me is i am told "Well even if it shows the money did not go to your bank you need to contact the bank to see where the funds went". Which i will not do as i have proven that no funds went to my bank after my initial win which confirms i did not make any other withdrawal. I can only believe it's one of the following , either an employee that is skimming there accounts and making it seem like an error on someones accounts, or that after winning the 50.00 and spending only 20.00 someone is trying to get money back. Sounds stupid i know but think of everyone that has accounts with the total overall wins and loses at a postitive balance, it would soon adds up

@Betvictor, I have been messaging Help @betvictor.com and Cashier @ betvictor.com for over 16 days, i sent them all relevant evidence they had asked for but since then i have been ignored both on the original ticket and on new tickets. Even upon escalation to Step 2 in your policy, i get no reply. I have video screen recorded every email id sent along with my bank statements as it seems that it would have to go to an ADR before i stop getting ignored and get this sorted out.

After researching i believe this has been done due to my account actually being +30.00gbp in total, the thing is it stops being a civil matter when they unlawfully make it so i owe them £50.00.

I would steer clear of this company from now as i have no confidence in them, anyone else that suffers the same should first go to someone like your local citizens advice.

Eventually sorted out and the negative balance removed but did not receive an apology. Be the last time ever use the site again

this is a company I have been with 13 years staking over 5 figures p.a. all of a sudden they requst surce of funds, I provide them with bank statements not only showing significant wealth and but also HMRC TAX refund documents, explain I cannot provide P60 or pension but not good enough…explain I can do no more and if not sufficient may as well close account ..and they did, its us customers that keep them in business but the way they treated me was like they have been doing me a favour,.. plenty of options out there, dont get taken in by the "since 1946" as you are dealing with jobsworth fools who don't have the tiniest idea of "turf accounting"is any more…explained I have no further documentation and what they were given was surely sufficient…cold reply from "Adam" …this is a company that have happily taken hundreds of thousands of pounds from me …if this is how they treat their so called VIP customers go elsewhere, could not have a lower opinion of the "due diligence" team particularly "Adam" who wants to be pointed out by his bosses that if you have no customers he has no job…and the way he dealt with me I hope that day comes soon

Don't know why I waste my money on here. Most I've won is £70. N I've only made 3 withdrawals. First 1 £70, 2nd £ 30, n 3rd 30 n that's it. Since my last wins iv deposited quote alot n not won a thing. £5 was my highest win n then they just take it all from there with like 2p to 5p wins every now n then. It gets to a point now that when I deposit n expect to lose which is no fun. No1 comes on these sites to loose. They come on with the hope they going to win something back n if u don't then its alright cod u come bck again n win something. Here I go on here n know I'm not getting anything back. Shocking site wow spoke to 2 different reps and they both misinformed me regarding the withdrawal process one said 5 days another said 24 hours but the website clearly states 40 mins or 4/5 hours. Chased this up they still couldn’t give me a definite answer. So I will be not using this service again. As I don’t like LIARS… turned up at a completely different time to what they said so the customer service team need educating.

There is a lot in these reviews now about Bet Victor changing the way our withdrawals are completed..fast payment in the past has been excellent..but now if you are on a winning streak all of a sudden your withdrawals are in "pending"..no reason for it…but instead of waiting a few minutes we now wait days and get quoted rules..the only rules I see in Bet Victor now are that they are happy for the deposits..but not happy to pay out quick…that has happened to other sites..and punters vote with their feet. Bet Victor..please sort this out..you are losing punters.

Anyway, I have been on live chat with your CS Representatives & the Supervisor not more than 50 minutes ago (I have the transcript to prove it) as my money is still NOT in my bank. So that is a lie.

Also, if you KNEW about the deposit issue then why did you not inform your customers that they run the risk of being messed about?

I have no idea wat is going on with this website. I have been a customer for a while depositing daily.

I have previously had fast payouts via bank and PayPal.

The last couple of withdrawals have been painfully slow the latest requested Sunday just gone 15th of August. I'm still waiting for payment its now the 17th of August.

I've contacted CS via live chat yesterday Monday 16th and was told it was a fast payout withdrawal. Now bearing in mind I have had fast payouts previously within the hour I'm struggling to.understand why they all of a sudden are very slow on the " fast payment".

In addition I have previously noted via trustpilot that there are issues with the website. Wrong number of runners in the race being displayed e.g at the top of the list its telling you there are 7 runners but when you scroll down there are way more than 7 runners in the race.

Recently another issue has arisen. The wrong name of the horse is listed for example yesterday a horse was running called rain something it appeared on the website as snow something.

I reported these issues ages ago. Was instructed to email.support which I did they done nout about it.

Then the loyalty. I have deposited what £5000 plus according to the balance check but no offers of free bets when I do get an offer it won't load.

You really need to get it sorted. I've sent you screenshots ages ago.

A blessing is live chat is accessible quite quickly but to no avail as previous reported issues are not getting resolved.

Fast payment should be exactly that so 50 hrs plus I'm still.waiting for a payment.

recently withdrew 10,000 gbp to PayPal- there were so many issues and delays, and then when I tried to withdraw from my PayPal account- my PayPal got immediately limited and now my winnings stuck in there- this almost fraud and I feel sick, I cannot believe BetVictor would allow this- are BetVictor going to do the correct thing and let me file a refund/request a refund so the money will be returned and I can withdraw it via different funding option? Same as a lot of customers recently deposited on the 16/8/21 deposit failed so tried again and it worked but when i looked at my bank account both deposits had been taken by betvictor but only one in my betvictor account. Then a little later when playing slots my balance just dropped by £20. I contacted them straight away but no update yet but if they are doing this to everyone there is something seriously wrong. Betvictor could have kept me up to date with the problems they are having.

Used to be really good and used to offer the best prices. They’re no longer as competitive and they have removed Acca insurance without telling their customers which I thought was unprofessional and disappointing. I liked the fact that if you got 5 out of 6 of your teams right on your accumulator you would get to try again with a free bet. I’m surprised they’ve stopped doing this as lots of their competitors still offer it. I for one will be switching over to Sky bet, they have lots of good offers on, shame Betvictor are going downhill, they used to be really great.

Won £623.5 of a free bet accumulator. Tried to withdraw it to my bank. Next day told money wasn't coming amd they demanded several "verification" stages completed and a higher verification. However 1 part breaks barclays terms and conditions. So can kiss that good bye. Dont bother with this company. They won't pay out if you happen to be very lucky. Apparently its standard practice, however that's not accurate as my son has been with them for years and never been asked. I wonder would I have had to do this had I lost????? Be very careful who you go with and consider what you are prepared to do. Keep the money betvictor, enjoy it. Rip off company who should be penalised by the gambling authorities.

not exactly happy, had used betvictor on and off for a while, recently came back and won around 14k on tennis in the space of 48 hours- they then limited my stakes on tennis down to 150/200 quid, so obviously i'm not going to stick around. withdrew 10k on PayPal which to this point has still not been processed after several unknown *isssues* that nobody seems to know anything about. given the fact i was able to withdraw in seconds to PayPal before without any issue i have my doubts. i have now been told my withdrawal will be there by tomorrow morning with me. if it is, i will delete this gladly
