Horrendous company. Rob, steal and cheat their customers.Stole £200 off me claiming they forgot to turn a market in play and so voided bet. They have no contact telephone number, no email address but only a sh1tty Live Chat service staffed by foreigners who leave you waiting 30 minutes for a reply and don’t understand English.Yes the company is that bad!Betfair and Paddy Power are run by the same people so stay clear of Paddy Power aswell.They are forced to advertise heavily on TV and Radio as no one has a good word to say about them, so they are looking to prey on the naive who have no idea how corrupt and unscrupulous they are.Do NOT join Betfair or Paddy Power as they will take your money and try to ruin your life. There is no proper regulation in the industry so they behave how they like, (see Football Index saga where over £100 million was stolen).

I logged into BetFred today for the second time… After winning on my first ever £10 I withdrew £80 but won around £100+ few days ago, I thought I would try again. I Baught a £1 scratch card and won £40. The money was in my account within few hours too. Well Happy with Betfred. Thank you.

New to this site and wished I had read reviews before hand. If you like a spin on slots then stay away from this money grabbing con merchants after just a few deposits, the spins were so bad I closed my account.

What a great start with bonuses, then a week into the site I placed a bet and it deducted the balance said the bet was placed. I come back half hour later thinking I won and bang no trace of the bet and my stake given back. I contacted them and their response was, we are sorry have a good night and your stake was given back to you. Wow so generous and caring. Also Sportnation I hope you respond to this and I’ll throw the transcripts in for you too.

Worst site ever existed. For starters, sites always freezing where litterly you have to keep restarting your phone everytimr you come on this site as it messes with your whole Internet browser. Absolute joke it is. Most times it vN take up2 20 minutes from the minute your logged onto the site to play one lousy game for them only to get all your money from you. Crazy. Thousands I’ve deposited in the last 6 month alone and not once have I won over £90 in the whole year n half I’ve been with them. Their jokers. I will not be playing on here again.

It is really good, as I am using it from more then one years now, but the only thing which I am facing now days that whenever I am trying to deposit they keep my miney on hold for long tym as in for more then 10 days this is not acceptable, it is my money, yeah but all the other things are good, yes sometime they change bet as well but now onwards I have start taking screenshots, the only concern is deposit money sometime get stuck which they use to credit back after a long time, so mine is still stuck and waiting to be get credited in my account. When I asked for compensation they denied and now these days chat support is pathetic

So this is probably my 3rd or 4th moan about this terrible Casino! I complained in about may/June about playing Gonzo megaways and being £1200 down with no bonuses or features! To finally get one and receive £80 from it. Got the usual generic message about the RTP and what not! Anyway we are now nearly in November and haven’t had another bonus since on that slot or taken any money back from these lot. I have a limit of £50 a week and only play this one game! These lot are scammers! Don’t be like me and keep getting robbed! Go else where! these guys are legal criminals!!

Am I that unlucky 😕…?????
I joined Bet Victor approximately a year ago, and at first things weren't too bad, I lost a little money but I had some good days. In the last 6 months I have done nothing but lose, all the time. I never get ahead, never have any House Money to play with. The slots I like playing payout nothing, so I try something different, but they're all the same. I have no idea how people are winning Hourly Jackpots, or Daily Jackpots. I can't even win €5. My usual stake in only €0.10 ,and yet today I managed to deposit €80 , and I lost it all without getting one decent win. Absolutely no Value for Money, I'm so disgusted with Bet Victor. If I could get one good day, and get back some of the money I lost, I would close my account straight away… but I cannot see that happening. I believe that the offers they give New Customers are good because they need to keep replacing people like me who have no option but to leave because they will just keep on losing continuously…

I would like to add some advice to anyone thinking of joining Bet Victor or any other Casino. When you have signed up, tell them that you want your Account Fully Verified before you make a deposit. If they won't do that, move on somewhere else. If they tell you that it is Fully Verified, check it out… for example, deposit €20 , play a little, then withdraw €10. If that works you shouldn't have a problem, but don't deposit any more money until your withdrawal is back in your Bank. Otherwise ,they have no problem taking money from your Account, but if you have a win ,you can find it very hard to Verify your Account, no matter what Documents you send, they will more than likely to find some problem with them and drag it out as long as possible.
Try this and see if it works for you, you have nothing to lose 😉

Today was the final straw with Bet Victor.
I was playing live roulette and while my bets were just £2 or less, the wheel spun normally with no freezing/buffering. As soon as I increased my bets to £10 plus, the wheel froze every time, then (mostly) gave me a losing number. To test it I reduced my bets to less than £1 and the wheel miraculously operated normally again. This has happened many times in the past… Its just one big scam and they are allowed to get away with it by toothless regulators.
I have closed my account and have withdrew my remaining cash. It wouldnt surprise me if they delay or withold my withdrawal out of spite. Please please stay away from these crooks!!
Ps. The customer service people are friendly enough though.

web site is a joke they ask trustpilot to remove negative reviews when they are ture and start asking trustpilot to ask me for documents to see if I had a bet with bet victor but at the end of the day the good reviews are fake and this company will let you deposit with out id but when they have to pay you start using every trick in the book stay clear better options out there BET VICTOR hides behind id to stop a pay out and remove reviews 😆

If you are in Canada do not play with them at the moment. As others have mentioned here they are not processing any withdrawals for Canadians. The only method they offer is interac, however they are not allowing their payment provider (Gigadat) to process the withdrawals for them. Gigadat has confirmed there is no issue at all with Interac payments – it is an issue on BetVictors side. In the meantime they are not offering to pay Canadians using any other method , meaning they are simply allowing deposits without any way to pay people winnings.

BetVictor just replied to this review saying they have no issues with payments at the moment. However that is not true and I was on live chat earlier today where they acknowledged that they weren't able to send interac payments yet. They told me the same thing that they did last week, which was that they hoped to be able to make payment next week. I also have emails from Gigadat confirming that BetVictor has not been approving them to make interac payments.

Everything takes far too long. Waited for an hour to be spoken to on the live chat to hear my withdrawal reverse will take up to 24 hours. The payments team needs to get their acts together, I submitted a withdrawal request on the 30th of September of $150 and still haven't received my winnings. Absolute scam! This company stole my money!! Stay well away from these people!! Absolutely disgusting! I don't usually write reviews but after the short experience I've had since signing up to betvictor (last night) I had no choice, I can safely say I will not be using this company EVER again. I just hope this review helps prevent some people from signing up to this ghastly company and falling for their con.

So the main reason I signed up to this website was because of the Fury V Wilder welcome bonus. Which to anyone this was a no brainer. The promotion was; place £10 on the Fury fight and receive 5 x £10 free bets.

I went on to place the bet, to my surprise no free bets appeared in my account. I managed to get onto live chat where I spoke to two different agents one being the shift manager. It turns out Betvictor has a sister site called 'Parimatch' this was NOT made clear when signing up, so basically because I'd previously signed up to Parimatch I was not eligible for this offer on Betvictor. I accepted i wasn't going to receive the welcome bonus, so I politely asked for my £10 deposit to be credited back into my account so I could withdraw it and be done with them (I wasn't able to cash out from the bet, even though the fight didn't start for another 6 hours..) they still refused and stated "your bet was placed in good faith we cannot allow the money to be returned to your account" I mainly use Paddy Power and Sky Bet, these companies actually do treat their customers right. Anytime I've had a problem they have helped me by voiding bets and re-crediting money into my account if needed, they actually treat you as a valued customer unlike Betvictor. Easily the worst bookies I've ever used complete and utter criminals whoever is behind the scenes at this company hang your head in shame I hope you get what's coming to you.

I know for a fact these people know exactly what they are doing. They are stealing from their so called "valued customers", I can garuntee I am one of thousands who fell for this disgusting scam tonight. I will do everything I can to drag their name through the dirt, I honestly hope they get what's coming to them for taking peoples hard earned money during these difficult times. They deserve everything they get. Sadly they will always have customers because unfortunately that's how the world works, I just hope this review prevents any possible future customers from signing up and making my mistakes. Hopefully you will see them for what they really are. I am puzzled as to why this site has so many positive reviews. I wouldn't be suprised if most of them were fake or written by company employees in order to bury the negatives.

Decent enough but withdrawals can sometimes be an hour and other times days. Doesn’t seem to be consistency in the processing and moving from pending to complete. A good website and apart from a few verification checks, I’ve nothing bad to say. Not needed customer care yet so will review them when I need to.

AVOID!! the people saying the positive reviews are fake are telling the truth! Click on the names of people leaving positive reviews , and you will see that they have already left a positive review for bet victor and are dong it more than once !! So when bet victors score goes down a fake positive review is left !! They took my money avoid !! I will take this matter further as regards fake reviews !!

Bet victor like alot of other companys are using the affordability checks to restrict winning customers. They think we dont know this . The affordability checks are floord on so many levels its embarrassing. I might have no money but my partner might have 5 million for example. *UPDATE* After leaving the below review suddenly Bet Victor were able to resolve the situation. I have updated to two stars because they managed to fix the situation but the customer experience has been shocking and I most likely will not be continuing to use their service. I firmly believe had I not spent hours chasing this I never would have received the cash into my account.

I signed up to BV through a refer a friend offer – the offer clearly stated “Share a 100 cash reward”. After more than 2 weeks of back and forth over the sign up promotion and the person who referred me receiving their bonus, I was assured by three agents I’d receive the full 50 bonus and still BV are trying to only give me 20 after initially trying to only give me 10! Exhausting to deal with an incompetent company who do not honour their own promotions.

Absolutely the worst company I’ve ever signed up to and so disorganised. I’ll be reporting to the Advertising Standards Authority also for lying in their marketing communications.

Have used the site on and off for a wee while. Not had a single win. Slot games seem to be rigged. Play same ones in other sites and get the bonus etc. No free spins, offers are rubbish. Will be giving it a miss from now on. Wouldn't reccomend
