I wish I had read the reviews here before opening an account at scam-at-home (aka bet-at-home). Deposited 15€ with no issues and was not asked to “verify” my account at this awful sham website. Won 10€ and decided to withdraw my balance of €25 just to see how fast they will “pay”. Needless to say, they rejected the withdrawal request and asked for some documents to “verify” my account. Uploaded my recent gas bill, my passport and a selfie, but these scamming scums rejected my passport, made laughable excuses and kept asking for “other” documents (“residence permit”, etc) just to avoid paying out a few pennies!!! I refused their further requests for more (private) documents because none of those “docs” which they asked for were in the list of ID verification documents (passport, driver license or National ID).%100 scamming, fake “betting” agency. They lock the odds in critical, high-probaility moments (so that you cannot bet and win) and when it comes the time to payout they will make up every excuse they can just to avoid paying your winnings!Avoid at all cost! bet-at-home closed my account after providing everything they have asked from me, they dont want to pay out my 1.200 EUR withdrawal, and they did not refund my deposit. I see a lot of people with the same issue, please stay away from them they seem to have new owners and their only goal is to steal money from players.

I’ve come across some crooks in my time but these take the cake.. I deposited 100 . It was taken from my Revolut account immediately. Then I find it has not been credited to my bet at home account! Live chat says they will investigate and get back to me in a very open ended way, so basically do not deposit anything here because they will simply keep it. I’m not letting it go though I will hound them . You’ve been warned. They are genuine thieves.

Very dodgy.I recently deposited £20 into my account. However I noticed 2 transaction have been taken from my Barclays account of £20 each meaning I have been double charged . (Transaction numbers are in sequence from the merchant) Barclays are awful because it’s a gaming account and bet at home are denying it . Saying they only have £20 . This book just closed my account without any information, When I wanted to log into my account I noticed that my account is locked. I asked support what happened to my account and they said”It’s closed Due to irregularities with your documents”I made deposit of 500GBP in total and after loosing half of it, I made back my deposit with 450GBP profit. If I could give zero I would. Not only does this site have some shockingly low odds it also take a long time for any winning bets to be paid out. On top of this they have a strange first goal scorer rule that even if the player is on the bench and a goal goes in the bet is void, this is the only site I have ever seen this to be the case. With the amount of very good competition out there for betting they are very, very behind. I will close my account and steer everyone I can away from them.

Betway is pretty great. I have been a Betway user for quite some time and for the most part I’ve had good experiences and actually enjoy using this sportsbook. Unfortunately, I tried to withdraw $5800 last Wednesday. Betway confirmed my withdrawal and settled it as paid on Friday. I did not receive my funds while also being told to contact Gigadat to inquire. Gigadat bounced me back to Betway, stating that no withdrawal got pushed to their system, but Betway says it’s paid. This is a serious concern as no funds have been released to myself and it’s been over a week. Have some OK sports promotions but stay away from their casino games. I only gave this company one star because honestly I couldn’t give zero. The online casino is a joke and if you just want to waste your time spending money with no returns play on this casino. This company closed my account because I was not meeting ‘responsible gaming requirements’ they claim they use to prevent ‘problem gambling’.Sure, I’ve stepped up my gambling this week, but that was due to the darts tournament.I’m not exactly loaded, but I do have an household income of well over £67k a year, so I don’t think betting £90 is the end of the word, nor implies I have a gambling problem.It appears this site upsets quite many people in one way or another.
