Some games just didn’t work on the app, absolutely rubbish odds of winning, this is the first time on one of these sites besides a more friendlier company. Will not recommend this to anyone it’s not worth your money.

Seeing as most of them are only one line long I'm guessing they are paid for. Very very dubious indeed.

32 red is the worst site I have ever played on. I have played on loads of different sites where I have deposited £1000’s and won back £1000’s but for some strange reason 32 red has not seemed to pay out at all currently I have deposited close to £3000 over the space of around 6 months and I haven’t made a successful withdrawal to date. Being highly experienced in online gaming and betting I would advise anyone who likes to deposit large amounts to avoid this site DO NOT DEPOSIT AT 32 RED!!!! They will literally consume your money with no remorse!!

32red is the worst casino I've ever played at i didn't even get 1pence above my own balance of £20 i deposited and that was even with a £30 deposit bonus, I would say some bonus features and some free spins did land at times but definitely had wrong payouts example 50p stake and hit bonus round of 8 free spins with a 2x multipier and won only £1.21 another example activated bonus feature on the goonies game about 8 to 10 times in total maybe more and kept giving me the lowest bonus round and payout this is suppose to be random?

honestly, one of the worst casinos I have played. Deposit after deposit not winning jack s***, i requested deleting my account after 30 mins of signing up for the £380 i lost without a penny back. Games are okay but don't expect much of a return. £5 stake to get 10p reward what in the f*** bunch of fraud artists

Deposited to make some sports bets, and tried to bet on horse racing, it said max stake is $0.00.
Contacted support, they said we can't help you with that.

I would have written a good review. Funny dealers, good site and quick withdrawals – however – 3 major issues in quick succession. All relating to winnings and then told to wait 48-72 hours for tech to be evaluated and then to check before confirming pay out. Bets accepted each time – showed result on screen and then disappeared…but the history area is never up to date and clear like other sites = they are welcome to send me the history for me to check – but cannot even get a conversation with them at this point. Happy to take money – no issues on that! just when there is a payout and a 'tech issue' you have to wait. Each time they were decent amounts. Tried support – got standard answers and came off the site. Have asked if they are confortable being audited and will request a SAR if neccessary – as this just isn't ok. Such a shame.

My experience with 32Red has been overshadowed by a lack of communication from the 32Red team and a false hope of resolution to complaints.

I joined 32Red a few years ago and didn’t play with them for a while. I started playing again in March but before I deposited I ensured I sent my Wage Slips, winnings from other operators and an NDA (redacted) from another operator who rightfully owed me winnings.

32Red then closed my account after saying the total amount of deposits does not match my regular income, I deposited a total of £123,000.

32Red knew of my regular income in February and then again in March, however, my account wasn’t limited at regular income then. Instead, I was allowed to deposit £123,000, which were winnings from other operators.

They closed my account when they allowed me to deposit that much, but an exact quote from one of their reps is below:

Tue 02/06/2020 15:12
"Following the review, a business decision has been made that as a responsible operator, we cannot verify your current levels of activity from your regular income. It is therefore with regret to let you know that the decision made has been to terminate the account".

Tue 02/06/2020 15:28
"The responsibility is beyond winnings which are an exhaustive source of income. Playing within your means would be to be playing at a level that is normal and in line with your regular income, removing the winnings from the equation".

My regular income was surface to them in February 2020 and March 2020. Why were these restrictions not put in when I informed them of my regular income? If winnings aren’t seen as normal, then surely companies shouldn’t allow you to deposit winnings.

Previous fines from the UKGC don’t seem to sink in.

No update as of yet and has been three weeks so far. In these three weeks I have reached out to Anabel (who is the player onboarding manager ) numerous times asking for a call back from management and making them aware of the distress the company have put me through. Anabel, in return, has not chased management and has not passed on my message to management to call me back. I have also reached out to the CEO of Kindred Group on LinkedIn and David Roberson (Group head of Casino at Kindred Group) – both have not responded.

Social responsibility is important and 32Red are lacking this.

Little over four weeks since I filed my complaint. iI have not heard from Management on this matter nor have I received a proper update – just some generic message from Anabel who is the player onboarding manager.

I emailed 32Red this morning shining light on another issue. The documents I sent back in February ended up in another account that is held by 32Red, however is under my name (gmail). I sent those documents from my hotmail address. This proves that GDPR and back end systems aren't performing at the level they should be, documents and information can end up in another players account.

Rubbish slots, pour in deposit after deposit and balance just goes down in a straight line. No medium / big wins or bonus rounds. Oh and good luck claiming the first deposit bonus, that’s another scam. Have to use debit card not PayPal, of course they don’t mention that until after you deposit. So many better online casinos and slots, don’t waste your time

When I first joined 32 Red they gave me a big win, bonus after bonus kept dropping in at that time I wrote a good review for them. Didn't play for a while took a break started playing again and now keep depositing keep spinning those reels bonus no where to be seen and if it does drop you a bonus after loads of deposits all you get is a kick in the teeth, it feels as if they are just clawing back the big win that was given when you first joined.

Awful site just dead spins and I cant remember the last free spin bonus! example yesterday I deposited nearly £200 on a slot game no bonus round and money gone within 20 minutes this is normal.
Went to betvictor played the same slot and was still playing 6 hours later and lost count of the bonus rounds and I even managed a withdrawal something I could never do at 32Red.
I am not a new player with 32Red been with them on and off over 5 years and no big wins just deposit after deposit
Dont be fooled by the large amount of 5 star reviews some might be genuine but most are given in exchange for free spins.

I bet £10.00 it ga e me free spins. But kept crediting my wins as game spins l won over £40.00 l still had £29.00 worth of spins left l tried to claim l got £11.00 and they cancelled the rest of my spins it's a fiddle and a big scam
