i would say red 32 is one of the best online sites about won £5400 about 3 years ago and i still play now you have to losses to win some over all am up about £4000 thank you 32red one happy customer:) just had other big win too :)

I joined 32Red a few years ago and didn’t play with them for a while. I started playing again in March but before I deposited I ensured I sent my Wage Slips, winnings from other operators and an NDA (redacted) from another operator who rightfully owed me winnings. 32Red then closed my account after saying the total amount of deposits does not match my regular income, I deposited a total of £123,000. 32Red knew of my regular income in February and then again in March, however, my account wasn’t limited at regular income then. Instead, I was allowed to deposit £123,000, which were winnings from other operators. They closed my account when they allowed me to deposit that much, but an exact quote from one of their reps is below: Tue 02/06/2020 15:12 "Following the review, a business decision has been made that as a responsible operator, we cannot verify your current levels of activity from your regular income. It is therefore with regret to let you know that the decision made has been to terminate the account". Terrible, I think I deposited like £100 in total and it gave me a big nothing. Shame on you. Never gonna deposit on this site again! I’ll rather stick with paddy power.

Spent a lot of money with them got to gold status All of a sudden they have closed my account with no explanation, I have contacted their customer services a number of times and they will not give me any explanation. They take your money then shut you out. Criminal company.

Wish I could give zero stars. I have been waiting for weeks for my $700 withdrawal. They say they processed it but I never received any money. They ask for way too many personal information. Once you send them something they ask for, they ask for something else. They have no problem accepting my deposits though! I'm closing my account. I don't trust that company at all and regret sending them any of my personal information.

Seems a lot of people have negative experiences with this site. I recently joined and won £620 off a £10 no deposit bonus. I got the email to prove it and it sat in pending for two days. Inbetween speaking to live chat who were claiming that it would be in my account Monday which was yesterday. Then I get an email yesterday stating that in accordance with section 8 of the "terms and conditions" I was only entitled to £100 of my winnings. Also after I fully wagered the original no deposit bonus I put further money in through my PayPal which I chose as my preferred method. I won a further £20 which they added to the pending £620 making £640 pending. They are also now telling me that they can`t deposit any money back into my PayPal as I never funded from here? I sent live chat one of the transaction ID`s from PayPal proving that I did fund from there and only from there but now I feel they are deploying some kind of stall tactics by asking me for bank statements.. I cannot understand for the life of me why a well known casino with pots of money would be so unprofessional as to deny a paying customer their right to their winnings. It disgusts me. Still today after having emailed them and going onto several sites as I will continue to do until I get what is rightfully mine NO MONEY. Please everyone don`t bother. Hi everyone. I highly recommend you avoid 32red. I played quite a bit of money on their slot machines and I probably would have had better returns throwing my money away on lottery tickets. Their slots are definitely not paying out what is supposed to be a regulated percentage. When i approached them they said I should just wager more and my average would even out. Unbelievable!

My limit was 100 a day I kept trying to set and always error I made complaint today and they blocked my account. There terms and conditions state theres a tool to set limits. But it wouldn't let me so therefore they have broken there terms and conditions. Also they are not keeping a eye on the people on the site and asking if they are ok to keep gambling which other sites do
