Been with them for about a year and deposited £2877 and never had any sort of bonus or free bet. I asked whether id maybe ticked the wrong box and declined any promotions but no they just do not give out any bonuses.

Fake trustpilot reviews? 32red are one of the worst I've ever used so all these positive reviews by brand new trustpilolt users are suspicious. Poor customer support and dated look and feel when log in to site. Bonus offers are almost none existent compared with the likes of sky vegas

Bet £55 on Arsenal to win BTTS and they still haven't paid out. They actually emailed me to ask if they could pay me in casino spins. Only the brainless play computerized slot machines i said. I forwarded the email to ibas.

The absolute worst site I’ve been on, may as well be a charity site. Put at least a few grand in to not even win once. I’ve used a few sites now, great site is heart bingo but by all means do not use 32 red. Put in £500 on starburst and never even won a single bet hahahahaha would rather set £20 on fire than give them any more

Increased sales numbers, even though padded with fake purchases, look good for the company and help lead to more sales.

Whoever sent the seeds may well have posted the fake reviews for other products – not just seeds – to boost their own company.

The Better Business Bureau say the scam is 'highly profitable from their perspective'.

I found that the bonuses where generally quite frequent when playing the games and there is a good selection to choose from. Doesn’t take longer than a couple days for withdrawal and you get good bonuses when you sign up.

This is a hard review to write as I have never had a chance to play. Tried to make an initial deposit on numerous occasions but keeps coming up as an error. Have tried to email the helpline but, for some reason, can't send it.
This is a pity as the site has had some decent reviews and I quite fancy experiencing it.
Hopefully 32red will read this and make it possible for me to deposit

I really would not recommend 32 Red to anyone.
I registered an account to take up their offer of 100% bonuses on the first bet.
Deposited £10 and was about to place a sports bet using the offer.
I then get a pop up, advising that I have 10 free spins on Jurassic Park to us – so I went into the slot game and won £4.50.
All was good, total sitting at £14.50.
I had a feeling that they wouldnt allow me to keep that £4.50 and force me to wager it too many times that there is zero chance you will get any credit from it. So I was fully prepared that once I had finished with my sports bet, if I wanted to get any chance of collecting that £4.50 I would need to do some further game play.
I went to place my sports bet – fully expecting that it would list it as £10 in my sports account and £4.50 in bonus funds only available to use in the "Games" sections. This is what you would see with every single other betting company I have used.
It was much worse than I imagined – another pop up appeared to tell me that while I had any bonus funds, I was unable to place a sports bet? Craziness!!!! Never came across that before – can only be classed as a terrible tactic to force you to stay where they want you and lose all your money.
Unfortunately the story gets worse and does not get better.
I should have cut my loses right there and contacted their customer support, but I stupidly (or rather logically I thought) decided that I would continue with the slots until my balance went to £10, at which stage I could then place my sports bet.
Balance went to £10.26, so I backed out just on the chance that I had now maybe completed the wagering – click on my available funds and to my horror, it displayed as £7.01 cash, £3.25 bonus.
How the hell can you start with £10 of your own money – never go under £10 – but somehow, the bookie starts to take away some of your cash for the bets and doesnt use the available bonus?
Horrible behaviour from them and an experience I have never had with another betting company.
I would also agree with other peoples comments that the returns on any of the slots are really bad.

Hands down the best casino in the UK. Great games, fast payouts and I have won big wins on their megaways slots, over £8,000 in a couple of weeks. Never had this much luck on any other casino. Love it! Very happy customer.
