Don't use - takes forever to get your withdrawals. They don't process at the weekend or on bank holiday's. No other site I know does this. When they finally process it takes 5 days to go in to your bank account, Account closed.

Joined and had my account fully verified BEFORE depositing. Won £300 which is still pending however they have sent 3 payments which add up to my total deposits. I have asked for an explanation and I'm still waiting for an answer. Live chat function is poor, not only did the chat not work properly, I was told I'd be contacted via email with an explanation. I'm still awaiting an explanation 4 days later. I am assuming they are refusing to pay out my winnings for some reason, so have refunded my deposits instead. Find it odd that my account was verified then refused a payout. Won't be using again obviously.

I played the other day and clicked on their promotion link to accept their offer on cash back and nothing came through. I had a lready missed out on new customer joining bonus. I contacted the office to be advised I hadn't clicked on acceptance link, I explained I did but it clearly hadn't worked. They advised there was nothing they could do so I closed my account. They really didn't seem that bothered and were certainly not willing to help. They won't be seeing me again!!!!

So after a friend of mine lost 5k in one week i have decided to make an account on this site to see how is this even possible as i am gambling for more then 15years and i have never seen a casino only to take and dont give back nothing at all. Now after 6 weeks i am 11.000£ short even thought i have played almost every day from 50p to 10£ a spin on most of they're slots and it seems that just doesn't want to give out anything. Biggest win between 200-300£ and only after you deposit at least double the amount .so clearly if i put 1000 in I'm not gonna take out 200 The best part of it is that after the 1k in i have decided to record my sessions so other ppl can see what exactly this casino pays. Finally done with this lot. Used to be good but now hopeless. Forget what a free spin looks like on here it's wound so tight. Used to be half decent daily bonuses but they are gone too and accumulation of points is like watching paint dry, l will be near retirement before l am able to claim anything. Obviously not interested in the everyday player and concentrating on the big fish.

The positive reviews mentioning are withdrawal are definitely fake. I'm on day 3 and still not received money into my bank account. Also I will add what people are saying about bonuses / emails is 100% true. They give no bonuses out at all (lucky to get a £5 free bet once a month) and despite being signed up for promo emails you get nothing back!!
