The "£10 free for all new accounts" appears to be a terrible deal. Terms and conditions state that "Once you have received your Bonus, you can immediately start playing on all your favourite games. You must play through the bonus amount 30 times." You must play through the bonus amount 30 times till what? Does it finally become real cash instead of just creating more and more bonus cash? And is all the bonus cash converted into real cash or just the original £10 cash? Or does nothing happen at all? Even in the best case this is a terrible deal... 30 times?! But regardless, the terms and conditions don't explain what actually happens once the bonus amount has been played through 30 times which is very shoddy on their part. Furthermore, If you add your own money and place a bet, then the website will automatically put a share of the bonus money into the bet. So if you deposit £10 and have redeemed your "£10 free" bonus, place a bet of £10 on say red in roulette, win and get £20 back. Guess what? it auto uses 50% from the bonus money, and doesn't convert any of that into real money. The £20 you get back is split into £10 real and £10 bonus money. Now you have £15 real and £15 bonus in total. You would have been better off not using the bonus money at all and then you'd have £20 real money. But there's not even an option to choose whether the money you bet comes from your real balance or bonus balance! The website decides for you (it's based on the ratio of your real money to bonus money) and you have no choice in the matter except by adding your own cash to adjust the ratios. Website should remove their dumb "deals", or if they insist on keeping them, at least properly explain what they actually do and what the benefit of ever using them actually is. Avoid 32red.com. It comes across as a very untrustworthy site.

32 RED thieves played on sports betting lost a few quid im not bothered at all about that they have now prevented me from having a proper bet by that what i mean is bets that i can afford for at least £20 instead they offer 90p what a joke not fit to hold a uk gaming licence a while ago genesis global casinos online gaming had their uk licence suspended by our UKGC so now these two bit thieves need looking into with their thieving tactics and i will now be doing my utmost to enlighten our UKGC as i did with genesis global so 32 red must be swapping players information with other gaming sites and im sure that's a breach of data protection my advise use a different site to this

The site glitches where a giant box appeared over the screen. It wouldn’t go part way through playing a table. Complained and the company had a ‘it’s your fault attitude’. They also have connection and server issues which go against you that they deny. If it glitches and you lose a bet it’s your fault! STAY AWAY
