Ok I know I recently gave this casino a 5 star rating.and now it’s 1star.let me explain the game selection is great all my games are there the problem lies solely with chat I don’t mind paying my way I do I also like free cash or free bonuses.ive been at boo for a long time forget about withdrawing not gonna happen 72 hours is a bit much to wait then add another 2 days to reach your account.lol yup now by now your confused it’s simple I’m loyal I like to give the benefit of the doubt and who wouldn’t give a good rating for free spins,I did I trusted this site wholeheartedly and have vip status but too many times I’ve been left in the cold.chat is extremely rude and getting worse ,enter chat and you will be asked to deposit even if you just deposited always asking for more and more real turnoff for me anyway.boo used to be a great site but it’s changed I thought it was the same I played there before and came back expecting no change,,gone was the kind agents anyway I can say I have found a place that so far meets my needs never again will I be at Boo not worth it I used to play and come away more stressed then when I started it’s got to the point I made myself be loyal but no more I learned a valuable lesson.never judge a book by it’s cover don’t let the little ghost fool you there’s different page lurking behind it,I’m writing this review not to be mean I just don’t want someone else to have to experience the negativity I have,game time is supposed to be relaxing at Boo there’s nothing that resembles that,lol it took me a long time but I finally realized loyalty at Boo comes with a heavy price,

It's the people that help you out .. Yeah as like anywhere you get the Odd Agent who seems had a long day and can be feeling off .. but Aside from the occasional waiting times that can stretch out I like the Agents at Boo and actually there Sister Casinos too Such as Galactic Wins & Mr Fortune .. Professional and Friendly and know there Jobs .. 😀

Now, i deposit, with a promotion to give me either free spins or added % amount of deposit to give me more money. But it is gone so fast. I almost never get free spins or bonus round. More often than not, i will get $o.oo or less than $2 from 50 spins. Or my entire banlanve, on the lowest bet possible and win $0.Also, Customer Care chat-> TAKES FOREVER. I don't know what is going on Boo-> but i am almost fed up with this.

There is a huge selection of games to play here! Customer service can be slow to reply sometimes but when they do it is always A+ service. I also really love the variety of bonuses they always have.One of my favorite online casinos for sure!

When a promotion is still showing on your site and I make a deposit and I don't get the bonus becuz bonus was expired.. I read the terms but didn't figure I had to make sure it wasn't expired becuz it was still showing on your site.. never honor said bonus... I'm very upset.. and probably won't be back
