All i wanted to know was about bonus when joining and your verification but nothing no replies absolutely shocking. When I first used this site I found it satisfactory but obviously far below the main sites like bet365. What I liked about it was it has a decent loyalty scheme where you earn points on every bet and these aquire over a short period of time to a decent free bet. However, this site dramatically changed when I started to do well and have a bit of luck. I managed to build my balance up to over 2500 with some very lucky football bets and after a lucky weekend I went to put on a Monday night accum only to find my max bet allowed was 1p, yes 1p. When I contacted them initially they said it was their traders and nothing to do with customer services and then after some gentle pushing they quoted some small print about basically they can do what they want. I asked for one reason why they were doing this and their response was that they were unlikely to revert any changes made. Bunch of amateurs and it was clear by my betting pattern that I simply got lucky and if they had have done the right thing they would been on the right side of me in a short space of time, STAY AWAY.

False advertisement. If I could leave a photo here I would. Signed up lost my bet and got no free bet as stated I would on sign up. Sad site Sad treatment. Sites like this are obviously on there way out. Not worth the headache and unusual odds on games somethings not right here. In my opinion.

Again…. Just reading these reviews it makes my stomach curl..ive had an account for over a year, provided id to depsoit! not used it in a while, had a little bonus.. Managed to turn it into a substantial amount.. No surprise I withdraw then my account is restricted and I cant log in, ive sent all the documents they asked for… Id, utility bills, photo holding id, 2 phone verifications.. A week on since withdrawing and im still none of the wiser and just keep getting fobbed off! 24/48 hours it will be sorted I keep getting told.. Easily the worst customer service imaginable. Takes days at a time to respond on their Livechat service, does not respond at all to email queries, has no option to actually close the account (they will force you to self exclude to close the account) and could be the worst Casino you will ever come across online.

Tried to close my account online on numerous occasions, it would not let you perform this procedure. If you can only close your account from 9.00am to 4,00 pm how is that safegarding people who want to stop? This company should be investigated by the gambling commison as they are not adhering to the rules and regulations. Please dont give me the indignity of providing the usual company response. Joined about 5 months ago, they asked about my opinion so there you go honest opion.Very poor casino offer deposit 20£ play 1£ per bet Didnt even win once lost about 200£ Just to try never won more than 20£ after bonus which is very rare scored it 2 Times. Site is very laggy welcome offer is rip off. Cashout only when you lose never when you win had acca 11 won 10 matches last match was 2:0 in my favor cashout blocked at the end it finished 2:2 but i coudnt withdraw about 3.300£ which is no sense, honestly avoid this site you will never be happy with this site which is very bad. Customer service never helps aswell you need to proove how much you earn and send a bank Statement which is bizzare. Grovesnor app is the worst one I have ever used. Keeps losing connection all the time..spent over an hour trying to get to the poker game..ended up having to waste £10 at casino as could not connect to play a poker game at all…poker does not work on PC as it is and doesn’t work at all properly on app either ..they are aware of the problem judging by other people’s feedback and disappointed that I have wasted so much of my time on this ..shame on you Grovesnor

All you hear about is be gamble aware i tried to contact Ladbrokes support via chat because my spending was getting out of control i asked the support guy in my own words please shut my account permanently not to reopen that wasn’t actioned i was then offered a £5 free bet i said no he then said £10 i said no please close and then was told before i action this i will speak to my manager he then said £50 free bet . if you asked a drug addict if he wanted drugs maybe once or twice they might say no but 3 times im absolutely disgusted as the very next day i spent close to £2000 in deposits and that should never have happened if my my request was taken care of . i get that companies don’t like losing your business and want to keep you like cable tv sky virgin media or whoever but people don’t commit suicide over losing a tv package they do over gambling.

Disgrace off a company used them for many years used to have good banter with customer service guys about Dundalk football team. They then moved customer service to Manila an the customer service went down hill although the agents were always very very nice to speak too they didn’t have knowledge in regards to sports betting they then closed my account customer service manager is married to John boyles daughter

Like others here on Trustpilot, had an account for around 8 months but as soon as you start winning they don’t want to know you any more. Was restricted to a maximum liability of £1! so requested a withdrawal of my total balance which is when the fun starts! Was asked for proof of ID so sent them everything, even things they didn’t request, however that still wasn’t good enough. I was told a scan of my passport was blurry and unacceptable, despite having sent the same scan to various other bookmakers over the past few years who had no problems with it. Two weeks after withdrawal request still waiting for a not inconsiderable £3,800 and haven’t replied to emails I sent them. Use this company at your peril!

I have played slots for over 20 years and I know they’re random however the slots here I’m having doubts, especially the pragmatics. Dafabet is fraud. My friend made a deposit to them via btc which they said due to btc rate it was lower than the expected amount. They asked her to send her btc wallet for refund and for several months still nothing. They even tried to convince her that it was sent to an address which is the exact same address they gave her to make deposit claiming that it’s hers. They even said it was processed and can not be reviewed.

Without a doubt the worst tin pot excuse for a bookmakers I have ever seen, quite happy to take your money but when it comes to withdrawing it’s a completely different story, this isn’t to do with bonus’s this is a normal deposit then a win and they are making it impossible to withdraw. They’ve asked for so much documentation to withdraw a small amount of money (£200) and now that they’ve received that they’ve got another excuse not to pay me out because I can’t provide them with a picture of the debit card I used 6 months ago because silly me I lost it and forgot to take a picture of it. I doubt I will receive my money they obviously do this in the hope people give up which I’m sure I will but please please don’t use this company stick to the well known reputable sites. Why do people complain about 888.com ? Verification process is a nightmare. I was allowed to deposit heavily with no questions asked, then when you withdraw you have document requests coming out of your ears. Payslips aren’t enough to prove a source of funds apparently, and neither is a bank statement showing money in. You have to provide a full bank statement showing everything else that you spend your money on, and it’s simply an invasion of privacy. If the amount of money I spend on my Chinese at the weekend determines whether or not I can use the site and withdraw money, you should be asking for it before I’ve deposited thousands with you, it’s that simple. Avoid.

Very stable site.no crashes or freezes as Betfair does with annoying regularity.
The liquidity for horse racing and mayor football leagues is more than adequate.minor or secondary football leagues is poor.overall I am slowly moving my laying from Betfair to BETDAQ.But I am not a high roller.However for the normal layer or backer BETDAQ is more than adequate .I had one interaction with customer services ,the speed of response was above adequate and my query resolved .The banking ,deposit,withdrawal also works faultlessly.
However it is not instant as Betfair or B365 as example.overall very useable site.

Betsafe sent me an email about a 25 dollar casino bonus. In the terms and conditions of the bonus it said that at a 1x wagering requirement was needed and that all casino games would contribute to the wagering requirements. After playing some casino slots that would have meet the requirements of the terms and conditions I noticed that only the live casino was going towards the bonus. I messaged them on live chat and then through emails. They said there was a mistake and that it was a 35x wagering requirement and only on live casino but that they would honor the mistake and gave me the 25 dollar bonus that I would have unlocked and kept the one that I had currently going. All email responses were prompt and helpful not sure why people have given so many bad reviews. Overall they handle the situation very well amd I was very pleased

I wouldn’t use this company to bet with. There are many other services that do the same thing but much better. You will be better off using William Hill, Sky Bet or Paddy Power to name a few. If you win money with Mansion Bet they then restrict your account so you cant win any great amount again. They will then try to push you into using the casino instead, claiming there is no restriction in this section. They will deny this in a statement underneath, but I assure you this is the case.This company seems to be crooked all the way through, employing underhand tactics that are both not fair and also not safe to the vulnerable, especially when ‘safer gambling’ is supposedly of paramount importance. Had a ridiculous experience with this company.Opened acc and connected a debit card but for some reason it failed to deposit.Emailed several times to be told it’s my Bank so I added another 2 cards with the same result.Initially they were adamant that it was my Banks fault however my Bank told me a payment was never requested.Finally they acknowledged it was an issue at their end and after a day a payment went through .The following day I received an email from Marc informing me that my account was suspended and I had to provide them with copies of my card and ID (which I did).I was then told that they could not provide a timeframe when this would be sorted so I told them to send payment back to my card and close the account.Guys sort yourselves out as there are proper betting sites out there who value their customers.
After writing this review I received an email from Marc saying they had decided to close my account.I sent them one back informing them the closure was made at my request not theirs

i am still trying to get my head arround that dead heat place bet i had. £150 staked and only £73 returned by the way i cant find where this money was returned back into my account. this is another area in which betdaq fails badley all in all ive decided to close my account. could you send a statement showing where this money was paid back into my account.
