This is a honest review on 32red and all the online casinos I've visited 21.co.uk,mansion house, bet Victor. I went on all these sites as an experiment as my suspicions on these site are very truthfully as I can write, to sum them all up, they are poison, and cancerous in their actions and if you value your own well being financially and mentally they you should never go near any of these sites and any other. There are no positives, they suck you in with bonus to match what you put in, you could be playing with 50p you will still end up with losing £700 in a few hours. The roulette tables are rigged using rfid lasers that guide the ball away and land the ball 95%on numbers you haven't covered you can almost guess that if you bet all your chips at one end of the table that the ball will go the total opposite 95% of the time. They know that ppl will continue to put money in thinking they can win back their money but it's impossible. When you play a live table you expect it to be and natural. If your playing a fruit machine or computer roulette table you kinda expect its fixed odds and will pay out at certain times. But the live tables is a complete scam and they only get away with it because they generate so much tax revenue for the gambling commission and government. In house casino its 60/40 in their favour and they use the rfid lasers but between pit bosses they decide when to turn them on bcus their job is to make the casino money. So on 32red I lost £700 and all they did was give me back £50 in some kind of pathetic bonus gesture. I phoned up to point this scam out and I was told they use a number generator which is a scam it should be live an natural. Another thing I noticed is real casino players like to play on a table with alot of ppl on so they don't feel as though they are targeted but I found out all these casinos use the same room and dealers at the same time as all these other online casino so when you think your going into a room that says 1500 ppl are playing that number is split between 4 or 5 other casinos. Save your money it's time we kick them out of reach of the UK now b4 they destroy more lives

Complete SCAM! I have reported them to the FCA and Financial Ombudsman.

I don't know how this company is allowed to do business in the UK other than no-one has investigated them. It is a complete scam from their proprietary trading platform which is full of "bugs" to deceive customers and misrepresent market data completely right down to their customer service who will reply to you only on the last day FCA allow for a response and will use all types of tricks to close your complete prematurely. COMPLETE SCAM! My mind is blown how this company is being allowed to do business particularly in this economic climate and I pray the FCA and Financial Ombudsman shut them down ASAP before any more people are SCAMMED.

It makes the FCA look bad when they have FCA approved splashed all over their Google and website to trick people into trusting them – such a SCAM!

It took the joint effort of my credit card company and a fintech expert:Kelvinwayney"@"aol,com to recoup my lost funds.!

Unfortunately for them, I am software engineer and so was able to "detect / QA" this "They have a trading scam by rogue proprietary technology" and I have photographic and video evidence of the fraud they perpetrated against me and I will be publishing that information to Youtube and the web to make others aware of this MASSIVE SCAM!

I have played slots for a number of years now, more fool me 😩 and have lost a LOT!! of money. It’s taken me all this time to realise they are a complete con!! Yes you can win, but just to test it I have been playing 3 slots on demo just to see how they work out.

I played 3 different slots all reported to have a 93+ RTP with .50p, £1.00 and £2.00 spins with a £50 or £100 deposit and the results were not good. Just on average I would say that out of 10 deposits I would win an amount worth having say doubling my money and at least 9x out of 10 I would lose and I have spent hours rigorously testing these 3 games. There have been the odd time when I won over that but very rare and if I was playing for real I would have lost thousands of £££!!

The most disappointing aspect is getting my hopes up when achieving the bonus feature on these games and being very annoyed at the small returns. That’s where the opportunity to hit a substantial amount really happens and it becomes disheartening when you get a small return.

I would suggest to anyone thinking of playing slots or any person who is chasing loses or had a big win quit now because once you get hooked it’s hard to keep away as I found to my cost.

You can go online and play most games on demo or just find a random game and find out for yourself just how poorly they play most of the time and sprmd your money for something else.

These online gambling companies go on about how the games have been independently tested over a million spins to give the right RTP and that it is a RNG at work and its down to luck but Me personally I don’t think it’s true. I think these computer generated spins can be manipulated to play badly.

So I joined me his site about three months ago and kept losing (about £7k)
Now I’ve won about 4 back and they are making it UNBELIEVABLY hard for me to withdraw.
Every time I send them the documents they ask for they then need something else, and they are scrutinising my entire bank account which I’m not happy about!! Totally Unnecessary and very bad practice for a supposedly award winning casino.
Now suddenly my 4K balance which has been sitting there for a month is £3990 and ten pounds is converted to bonus funds???
They didn’t add bonus money on top they deducted it from my previous winnings so have basically swindled money from me,
It’s only £10 but it’s not the point.

When you lose money its all great for them, understandable the house always wins but when you actually win which happened to me they cause a massive problem.

As its stated in the terms and conditions any winnings will go back to the payment method used, definitely not! They have withdrawn my winnings to an old card at a bank that i have closed the account with, I have contacted the online customer chat straight away and was told not to worry as the money will definitely go back to the deposit method, to almighty gods suprise it didn't, they still went and sent it to the deactivated card at a closed bank account

Trying to resolve this issue is a nightmare, tens of email sent, proof of no transactions from the closed bank account apparently is not enough to get the money sent again to a correct bank this time, every agent that replies to my emails says different thing.

Guys please stay away from this site!
