Ok where do I begin, I was with 32red for around 12 months, playing the slots most days and a little more over the first lockdown, in this time I was very fortunate to have a £100,000 win, I was ecstatic, had a phone call the next day congratulating me on the win and was advised to not spend it all back on the slots. 2 weeks later still waiting for my withdrawal to come through, after another week of chat sessions and complaining I had an email stating the funds will be paid in intervals. It took over a week to get the money and it was in small amounts. 2 weeks after that I had an email from them saying, management have decided to close your account, it’s a business decision and we don’t owe you an explanation. I wouldn’t trust this casino with 1p nor would I recommend them. What a disgrace they are to the industry. Now playing on BGO with any problems at all.

I was playing on 32red.com tonight 04/05/2021 at length.  I have to say I am most disappointed with the response I was given via your chat.  as I stated I played online for quite a length of time.  During the course of my game play, I was disconnected from the game play and I could not get back via my lap top or using my phones internet or via 32red app which is installed on my phone.  All 3 seemed to have locked me out at crucial points of the game play.  the first time I'm thinking ok…but a further 2 times with the same issues at the same crucial points of a jackpot being won. As I said I was playing super spinner and there were 2 jackpot kings wins up for grabs….1 was over £20k and the other £2.5k.  The other game I played was Rainbow Jackpots £1k prize.

The first time it happened i was playing super spinner and suddenly I'm kicked and I can't get back online to play using my laptop kept telling me I needed to log in.  So, I tried my phones internet and the 32red APP I have installed on my phone.  ALL 3 giving the same issue.  Suddenly I'm allowed to log in and play and just as I do the jackpot is won elsewhere for just over £20k.  I'm thinking ok so I carry on playing…suddenly Super Spinner it happens again!!! The very same issues….I try and try to get back in using 3 methods….suddenly I'm allowed back in and low and behold another jackpot won elsewhere!  by this time, I'm thinking …I'm seeing things….So I try a different game altogether.  Rainbow Jackpots with £1k win up for grabs….sure enough it happens again….I'm kicked and can't get back in….Suddenly I can and jackpot is won elsewhere.  Now alarm bells are ringing!!

Your games are either rigged or somebody is kicking players at crucial points of the game play and making sure certain people win the jackpots.  Either way to be kicked out game play once you think ok…just one of them things…but 3 times and the exact same thing repeatedly happens.  I went into chat who gave some lame reply of my cache needing clearing.  That may be easy to swallow if you using just one item to log into the games,  I tried my laptop, phones internet using both internet and phones data and also the game App.  Nothing worked.  Seemed to allow me back in just in time to see someone else win though.

I'm most disappointed to be honest with my game play tonight all the "suspect" things happened all identical and all at crucial points of the game play.  I don't know what else to call it due to what I seen and witnessed tonight.  

I'm not likely to get a reasonable response to this review.  I believe the reply will be just as lame as your advisor said.  It's not us.  But your happy to take players money who are paying to play fair game play. I can't help but think otherwise at this point in time and does not bode well for 32red.com

I thought I would give them a chance, time after time they drain you like no tomorrow, you literally see it change from what would be a win quickly flicks too a loose! I was a fool in giving them the benifit of the doubt and to use Keith lemon on the front page is crafty if you like him. But hey the clue is in the name! AVOID Like the plague a few losses yes but not one win with 50£ is a scam!

I used to play 32 red a few years ago and found them to really really good, good win ratios and bonuses that didn't take forever to play through…… now a completely different casino, unbelievably difficult to win anything, bonuses are not worth having as the wagering requirements are are so high. Save your money one thing for sure is you won't win on 32 red

I deposited around £500 and didn’t get any recognisable wins they don’t offer a very good sign up bonus and I don’t advise to gamble at all because in my opinion it’s a waste of time but if I was I’d use a recognisable company like 32 red not firms like Lottomart big NO NO!!!!.
