Zero player responsibility I deposited £10,000s on this site and never once was asked for proof of income in all the years there, In fact alarm bells should have been signalled by me taking so many time outs, 6 months exclusions and multiple account closures and regularly increasing and decreasing deposit limits should this have raised a red flag with 32Red? yes it should have but they just let me deposit and I slowly drowned in deposit after deposit chasing my loses put simple 32Red has zero player responsibility? yes I do except my gambling issues at the time went out of control but feel if 32red hit the moral button early on when the red flags were there to see and asked for proof of income then I might have never lost so much money.
Things might change now they have Keith Lemmon on board Keith seems responsible and sensible although surprised they have not headhunted Matt Hancock to run their responsible gambling department.
Now online using a responsible online casino who early on after joining worked with me to set a deposit limit based on my wage affordability.
Hopefully in the future and I know its big brother stuff but the government should insist on affordability checks being part of the sign up process to reduce the scale of problem gambling then social vultures like 32Red would have to change.

Honestly, where do I start… I have been waiting for my account to be verified since the 29th April. They allowed me to create an account and deposit before blocking me mid-play so I was unable to withdraw the funds I'd deposited, how convenient eh? I've honestly sent over 10 emails, been on live chat about 10 times only to be told "I'm sorry but it's still with the verification team – they will be in touch"

Absolutely terrible, I’m warning you all stay away check the reviews before playing in to this. especially this site. Glitch’s on games when your winning and refreshesthe page, odds are terrible, it’ll take take take, one bonus and the odds aren’t in your favour to bonus again. Really happy with this casino after some bad experiences with Coral and Paddy Power. Great selection of games and what seems fair payouts. First class casino , I had reached my deposit limits with William Hill and was on the look out for a new casino . Good welcome offer , good selection of games both slot and live casino . Professional and helpful customer service team , resolved some verification issues with regards to me recently having moved address . I can’t fault them so far . Withdrawals are a bit slow 2 or 3 days but there is a way to speed this up considerably apparently but it doesn’t bother me too much as I play for fun not for an income .

Jury's out… Okay so I have read all the negative reviews but always prefer to draw my own conclusions based on my own personal experience. I only recently joined 32red and I have to say in comparison with other well known platforms (so far have been impressed) I too have lost plenty of stake money… having long runs of no or insignificant returns,I expect that after all its a gambling platform. However I have also had some healthy returns,I only deposit what I can afford to loose! if I win above my stake then I'm happy and have always been satisfied with the speed of my withdrawals until Today as I had need to live chat the agent when asked a difficult question instead of finding out the answer just ended the conversation. My review therefore is purely based on the lack of customer care as (I'm the customer and He didn't appear to care) I'm not concerned about my withdrawal hitting my account £1650 as my review overall would have been five stars and I have made my feelings known on the feedback. I will then amend my rating if and when someone responds to me, as for overall game play it's top marks… but for some of the previous reviews being disgruntled because the amount they played fell short of their expectations, I get it as its "frustrating" but that's the nature of gambling all I would say is expect to loose and when you win, happy days.

One star too many! Poor customer service
Poor customer service. Deposited money, it left my bank , never reached my 32 Red Account . Passed from pillar to post, copy of transaction clearly showing 32 Red, date of payment and last 4 digits of bank card used but this is not proof! I have at least 5 incident numbers as they kept trying to fob me off.
