This site is a total ‘money eater’. Avoid at all costs!!!!!! I’ve spent £600 and not won a significant amount back at all. I’ve got into the ‘jackpot mode’ probably 20 times. Always win the minimum (£15). When your playing a £1 a spin. Depositing £100 each time. Surely you deserve a win here and there when you’ve spent £600. I got absolutely nothing!! Go for anther site, do yourself a favour. Ok they took that money off of me, with luck, this review will convince people to go else where costing them a small fortune. Total truth here!!! Thought I'd give it a go considering it was a good welcome bonus. Only stuck a tenner in because the WR on the bonus is damn near impossible to achieve but was bored so wanted some game play…..well it was gone in less than 5 minutes. On games that I know from other sites usually have a better rtp. Never actually reviewed anything else before but I'm honestly bewildered by this. The worst gambling site I have ever encountered. Honestly steer clear.

Blocked my account for complaining after really poor game play asked for verication details in which I complied then asked for more in which again I complied then asked for more and more and more lol each email taking 3 weeks to answer and check 3 months later sent me a email saying final decision account closed what a utter joke and unprofessional buisness no explanation at all they just took all my money and now not interested for no reason what so ever 😡😡😡

They blocked my account after I won 8k and play back 3k due internet verification…silly every time I won something I get email regarding my spending due I don’t have any spending limit and they ask me why I don’t like set up a limit ..anyway my account is off since 10 days and if I was very happy to be a customer and have a fun now honestly I really regret …waste money

Where do I start, firstly I was allowed to deposit over £5000 on the day of opening the account without any social responsibility from them, or checking up on me, as I was chasing my money, I was betting over £700 a time which you would think is big red flags yet nothing, I then gambled more then I could afford and when I talked to them they blocked my account after, secondly I was playing auto roulette and the ball landed in number 16 which I had slot of money on, only for the machine to say it was 36 that I had nothing on, I know it was definitely 16 as it’s the other side of the real, when I asked live support to check they stated the result was true, I asked them to watch it back but they just left the chat, I had the transaction number and they just kept fobbing me off, I am now going through an official complaint process with the relevant authorities, don’t touch this site guys they are crooks and don’t want to investigate anything properly!!!! Lesson learned for me and no more gambling at all

Don't listen to these reviews that say they have won! Biggest pile of sh-t- i have heard since the rubbish i heard about Afghanistan was in safe hands and safe to leave there own to look after themselves…

Having made a complaint there response was simply "we do not have to describe are internal policies and limits" and that they follow all procedures within the law. When asked about duty of care there said "it's not a duty of care we have" so then asked them simple if they was saying they don't have a duty of care? All would say is they gave there final answer. Then made a data requests and there reply was we have gave final answer. Even with live chat as soon as i give name and make the data request just get i can not say anything else and not take my request. So simply put wouldn't use them because as soon ask you question them they will make sure not to answer you.

I had read lots of stories on long withdrawal times and low payouts, from my experience I have had my first withdrawal (£500)within 24 hours (as soon as it was approved it was in my account,Halifax). Save yourself money and stress, avoid at all costs. Firstly there Bonus system is rigged, I deposited £50 and received the £150 in bonus money, sounds great doesn't it, but the Bonus money might as well be called play money because you will never ever be able to use it as real money as there is lots of hidden catches. I found myself winning on a slot using real money and any winnings was going into my bonus money what an absolute joke.

32Red is one of my favorite casinos and so far only the promotions are not very interesting, and those in which I want to participate have been unavailable for me for over a month. I hope I did not hurry with the assessment because I am still waiting for the payment of my winnings. This is probably the first time that I have used paypal on red32 as withdrwal options. I must admit that using PayPal I have not waited so long (8 hours pass) at any casino. Overall I have good experiences with 32Red. What an awful site compared to what it use to be. In the past year no matter how much I play I have not won anything over £100, whereas back in 2017 and 2018 I won more consistently, yes I lost probably a little more than I put on but at least when I managed to get a bonus on a game the payouts were quite substantial (between £250 and £600), now the highest I've won from 2020-21 was no more than a little over £100. I understand that you could loose but f*** me at least when I did win I got more than £100 when tagging a bonus round, maybe they've decide to reduce the chances of winning bonus rounds? Whatever the case may be, I think I'll be going to another site.

This is the worst casino ever !!!!

I won last week 3.96 EUR from the 1 spin I won on a daily tipping point game. Then I went to play and I completed wagering requirements of 30 x or so and won 101.26 which I was going to withdraw. Before that I contacted live chat to make sure what is the maximum withdrawal from the free spins and was speaking with Bart who was very helpful and confirmed that if I win anything else I won't be able to withdraw as I said.

I was using 2 different cards for deposits and I made my withdrawal to one of the cards. However they decided without any warning to transfer the money to the other card and not the one I selected. Then after I received money on 6th of August I contacted live chat and was speaking with Andrea who was absolutely disgraceful and rude. I only asked her why they used the other card and not the one I selected and not only she didn't explain anything but she closed my account and since then I wasn't able to log back in. Only because I got upset that they violated my rights of choosing the withdrawal method to the card which I made deposits.
After that straight away I contacted live chat because Andrea just closed the chat and I was speaking with Kaylan who as well was absolutely disgraceful. He said that my account will stay locked because they are concerned about how much money I have in my bank account.

Then I contacted the casino by email and filed a complaint to the manager where I sent my bank statement showing that I have available funds, not that it should be their business. I got a reply back from ''manager'' Wayne R on Tuesday 10th of March stating that my account will remain closed and that he doesn't see any wrong doing from Andrea and Kaylan and that I should contact them after a month for account review. I sent an email back stating that is absolutely not fair and today I received an email back from the same person that my account will remain closed.

This is absolutely disgrace that they never asked me for bank statement to show my available funds when I created account many years ago and spent over 2 thousand euro and now after many years when I had only 1 withdrawal of 100 euro they decided to close my account and even I had to show them my personal bank statement with available funds. None of the other casinos requires such information of how much people have in their accounts. I have a weekly limit of 20 euro which means I don't spend more than I should and I am very responsible with my play, they still decided to close my account.

I would highly recommend to stay away from this CRAP and SCAM casino because they will rip you off and then will close your accounts.

Andrea and Kaylan should be fired and manager Wayne R should not be working with customer service !!!!
