Rogue organisation acting like legalised criminals.My wife used their partner site Unibet and had a significant win of £8,000. Tried to withdraw and they cancelled the withdrawal, closed the account and refused to pay citing the fact it was deposited from a joint account as the reason.About a week later they closed down the 32Red account, turns out they are both part of the same group. I have emailed the CEO of the parent company and had no response for weeks. The company is acting out with the law and closing down accounts for a multitude of reasons instead of paying a big win. Modern day criminals hiding behind open ended terms and conditions to steal money.

today I logged in in my account and saw a notification that I'm going to get a 100% bonus on my deposit guess what, I didn't receive not even 1%,after chatting with help centre they told me that the bonus was 10% and this is what they offered me as gesture of a good will,so 1 star review because that is false advertising,if an offer is expired it shouldn't be on your account notifications and let you opt in

Literally the worst online casino there is. I played on many different slot games over the course of several months. Spent hundreds, I only play £0.10p a spin, so you can imagine the amount of spins I have done over this time period. Now, I could probably count on one hand the amount of times I was able to activate a "free spin" feature or game in many different slot games. I was told by their great customer service team that I was currently on a run of bad luck. lol, this doesn't equate to luck, luck isn't anything to do with it, simply put the laws of probability do not apply here at 32red, these games are heavily, heavily scripted and stacked against you, they take the "house always wins" to a complete new level. I can predict and see an outcome before it happens, as the spins happen quite frequently where it'll be negative. Here is an example, Dragon's Fire will do this fake out where the Dragon will appear to get up and rain fire down on the reels, this happens too often. The times he does go up to do that, whenever it is the "Free Spins" one he does, the 3rd, NEVER comes in. So what is the point in this animation? Constantly teasing free spins, for it to then not activate? Have these games been scripted even more so in the house's favour ever since Covid? Possibly. But this is more than just sheer bad luck, this is a clear sign of heavy script and robbing people of their money, time and fun.And the fact that their help team/chat literally go missing for minutes on end, probably because they don't know how to communicate without a script is also unsettling, I'd like help, I'd like to discuss things, but it is as if I'm talking to a machine, but a machine responds faster than every 5-10 minutes. Been playing with them for years. Payout is rubbish so I don't spend much on it. Yesterday I received £5 bonus which I turned into £1000+. The site allowed me to withdraw £800 but after reading the massive amount of negative reviews, I decided to call their customer service. They said that I will only receive £100 from it and 700 will be forfeit! I'm FUMING. Fair enough they have a limit but to allow you to withdraw all and it all stated that it's cash and available to withdraw is disgusting. I will never play on 32red and don't recommend anyone to do. Please don't waste your money on these scammers. I dont even know if they will pay me the 100 or not at all! I will update if they bother to pay anything at all. I definitely managed to fulfil the wagering requirement. STAY AWAY from 32red. Listen to all of the bad reviews on here!

Got no reply from the company regarding bets which settled incorrectly and yes they steal money have connection issues also blame a so called trader to return the response to any query don't take any responsibility for the discrepancies and the customer vote counts so let's get there licence disqualified so other's don't get frauded out of money hard earned money and honest winnings xx

Unfortunately it won't let me give no stars... this site is a joke the other night the site was declining my deposits...which was strange because I had money in the account.. five times i tried to deposit...thought I'd just play a cheeky £15 because it was my birthday and my little one, had just had chemo so thought i might get some luck... then I go onto my online banking to find they've taken all the times I've tried and they've then they've closed my account because I've told them 3 to 5 working days to give it back isn't good enough.. I went on to explain that they hadn't even credited my account..quite frankly they didnt gove a s..t..so now I'm still waiting for the money and I have no red account (good riddance) don't go on this dirty site they will just bleed you dry.

I got very lucky apon joining the site winning a very large amount of money but on withdrawal I have been asked for documents after documents now they ask wat money is in for and wat I spending money on from bank account also about other sites I've used and also tax returns I have never in my life come across this and I still have no sign of my withdrawal I warn every one of you that play this site and those have these problems like me we must all press charges for being robbed.It's OK to take the deposit but on withdrawal it's there way so a losing site all the way u can't win even wen u win

Where to start! Played King Kong, when King Kong stands up he gives you a feature! Kong stood up never gave me a feature! Kong remained stood up for over 238 spins! With out doing anything (no feature) I contacted 32 red with video evidence & requested refund of all money I had spent on that game due to the game been faulty as there was 2 kongs! 1 was stood up the other was sat down! To be told there was a glitch but I would not receive any refund! I have since followed there complaint procedure as I do not agree with there findings/decision! I am awaiting a response! If the response is not a refund! My next step Will be to contact the ombudsman to see about taking legal action! Terrible site (playwise as well), terrible CS, terrible communication. you join, deposit, play, withdraw then they ask for doc, you upload them and nothing happens days later you call, and they say we don't see that you withdrew anything. then come back to me after an hour and say oh you need to upload docs which i did already. then upload them again and wait again for a day or two nothing happens to go on a chat then they ask they sam upload docs. then take NEW pics and upload the requested docs ..... let see what happened next will update this later.

This company is absolutely disgusting. Thieving, disrespectful and completely out of order. When I signed up I verified my identity with my passport. This was just a few weeks ago, bout 3 months I think. They blocked my account and asked me for verification again, this time they wanted bank statements and passport. My passport expired in July and I currently cannot afford to get a new one. They will NO help me, and I have money on my 32Red account. They blocked it and they are refusing to help me. I will be contacting the gambling regulatory board, and Tweeting about this to make people aware, because what companies like this are doing is wrong. They also do not have adequate support for people with disabilities. I am partially sighted and cannot read very small print. The person I just spoke to kept saying "it's in the terms and conditions which you agreed to." Firstly, OK, yes I agreed, but I could not read the T&C because hey do not offer any different sized text. I did NOT expect to be exploited and asked for highly invasive and sensitive information, and I would have hoped they could have other measures available to help people verify their account. Quite honestly, it's companies like this that are wrong with society. They exploit vulnerable people, cheat their way trough life and thieve from people who may have very little. I just wanted to be my money and close the account but it looks like I will have to just give up. I will me making Keith Lemon aware that he endorses such a disgusting, dodgy company.

Maybe not at all yet the government still allow this company to have the gaming licence. So are they in on it together. Needs to be shut down and removed from uk gaming industry.
