I deposited money and won, when I came to withdraw I was told my card wasn't 3d secure, I called the bank twice and spoke to many people at the bank who assured me they don't do 3d secure and it's not needed to process a withdrawal. Ladbrokes weren't having any of this though, they won't pay my 87 quid to me and insist they never will until I get 3d secure, they then lied to me and said if I deposited 5 more pounds they could process my withdrawal but when I did this they again refused to do so. I spoke to 3 agents who were rude, could barely speak English and just couldn't wait to get off the chat. If you have a mastercard do not use ladbrokes or just don't use them full stop.

have evidence to back I have been scammed and would like a full refund. As previously stated to ladbrokes I put 10 grand on Portugal when they were 2-0 up 8 min football at 2:45. Now somehow theyve changed the game and the team to a game that was played half hour before I even deposited money which is not allowed anyways proven through online banking. Having checked online scores for clarification I see that I had indeed won my bet as it finished 3-0 but have somehow changed my bet to a different team Brazil and stole 10 grand off me. All times prove I have been absolutely ripped off and when asking for the bet ID they have given me a fake bet id constantly which has 16 numbers and is obviously fake. When asking about bet details they also are lying about this as the times they say the bet are placed are clearly not when I had placed my bet. Live chats also show they are lying and are trying to steal my 10 grand by closing my account on lies just to try and cover up the con they tried to pull. Ladbrokes has committed fraud to a level of pure greed and disgust.

However, since using the ladbrokes app I have also received free offers and free bets from ladbrokes for other products which I have no interest in and have never previously used. Breaking THEIR OWN Rules! Refused to honour a bet. I placed a bet on a match which had already started. I was not aware of this and their system showed that match as not having started. They subsequently voided the bet. At the time the bet was placed there was already a score but the number of (OVER) goals I had gone for had still not come in. In fact. I needed 3 more goals. Got the 3 more goals and then they inform me that the bet has been voided. This is the worst betting company I have come across. They are so quick to take your deposit money off you then when you win something they hold onto your money and ask for all the proof in the world before they even consider handing it over. I won a tiny £205 around 2 weeks ago and I still haven't received it. This company is a shambles so please do not deal with them. Skybet is much better and will have your winnings into your account within a few hours.
This is the worst betting company I have come across. My local shop in Kensal Rise NW10 London has to be the worst ever shop..you cant put a football coupon on because the poxy machines behind the counter can rarely take them so you go on the machines to do it which dont have the coupon you want because the internet connection is pony, absolute disgrace of a shop!! Also dont get me on standing at the counter trying to get a bet on whilst the staff behind the counter are either staring/talking on their phone or got earphones on!! Stopped using the hole now, worth walking a few minutes down the road to William Hills on Kilburn Lane, at least their bloody staff are friendly and their machines/computers are capable of taking football bets!!!

Odds are terrible on football accumulators. I checked their odds for a 5 fold accumulator and another site was offering nearly double the odds, That is a HUGE difference. They seems to be reliable paying out but you really want 10%-20%-30% + less when you win? Always check the odds with other bookies.

Why are they keeping your money longer and longer when you withdraw used to be 2 hours for approval then went to 5 hours now once a day at 10.30pm. Money used to come in next day then went to 3.35 in the afternoon now not even that so god only knows when they release funds

Entered on August 29th and got 2 out 3 correct and awaited my £5 free bet. No free bet so contacted customer service which is rubbish. Following 5 e mails they eventually said supply them a screenshot of my entry? Who keeps a screenshot for every competition they enter? This competition is a scam and so do not waste anytime entering as you will never win. Not depositing again..... Ladbrokes are offering ‘enhanced’ odds on some races. They give an extra place but then reduce the odds given to each way customers to a 1/5th rather than a 1/4 which they state in the rules. Well done ladsy! Enhanced indeed.

I don't know who controls their shop screens but so many times a race is almost ready to go off and no screen with the prices/odds, then you notice that most of the vacant screens are just being used for irrelevant information or "cartoon" racing. Now I've just heard that they refuse to go along with the others and pay back the money they were given re the furlough even though they made massive profits from online gambling. All in all I have found ladbrokes quite good .I suppose they could settle bets a little faster and get withdrawals to you account a bit quicker as well, they quite often give free bets, (not as much as paddy power money wise ) P.S. I wonder if any person has ever won the £100 on the free spins game

Having trouble trying to get winnings off them I won in the shop then it is paid directly into my ladbrokes account but it wasn't been trying to get money of them staff have tried to get it for me they have told me it will be in my account in 24 hours still waiting. Its time we as clients got together and got advice on how we can get our money back

I have won large amounts several times on ladbrokes, always paid me out within 2-5 days, only issue was being able to cancel a withdrawal but that has been stopped now so all in all a decent site to use. There's a lot of folk moaning on here about having to show id etc, its standard practice afraid, ive always been relatively happy playing the slots on here and haven't personally found the bonuses to come any less than other sites.

Blody rip off never use Ladbrokes online i started using them online because of the Covid outbreak and they was closed for the lock down i signed up with my details bank all that crap only played the irish lotto just like i always do when their shops are open numbers came up so i won but now they want photo id i don't have any don't drive i only ever holiday in my own country England so i don't have or need a passport when you sign up they never mention anything about verifying your id but they been letting me deposit money every Wednesday and Saturday to play now i am struggling to get my money what i have won give Ladbrokes a wide birth they are robbing gits

Ladbrokes took my money as i had no photo id. Ok so because of medical conditions i can not drive or fly so i have no photo id . Ladbrokes allowed me to deposit then play for 5 min before placing a hold on my account . I received a email saying they needed photo id , hence the fact they allow me to deposit first why not ask me for id then , ok so i was in a live chat today with a prat called jonnel who sounds not english at all . He was very rude when i asked for the transcript ti be sent to my email address. He then just cut me of . They give you no chance of putting the funds you have deposited from your bank back into it . This is classed as internet fraud. Entrapment. What is against the law. I Placed a bet with Ladbrokes which got accepted and thought nothing of it, money left my account as normal it wasn’t until the bet had won I noticed that it had been cancelled a minute after being placed? They first said it was my responsibility to make sure bets are placed and now saying there traders rejected my bet then I didn’t accept. First time I’ve ever had a problem with Ladbrokes but this will by my last ever time using their services.

So I stopped checked my bank account and made sure I'd not went over my limit. Which I hadn't only to find out Ladbrokes had kindly ran up a dept for me. Id been checking PayPal and my bank account. All seemed well until a few days later when I'm told they hadn't been taking all the money from my bank account so my balance never went down. Which shows up as a pending transaction letting me keep track. Instead they'd set up a direct debit account to bill me later. Which you don't see as pending. And kindly billed me for £9000. I queried this and was told that they basically front you the money. But only sometimes and your not made aware of it. So long story short I'm £40000 down and now have dept. Thanks Ladbrokes. PayPal is a waste of space too. Couldn't see a rat if ran out in front of them. I'm not even sure if what they're done is legal.

What an absolute joke, done an each way bet with Ladbrokes on the 5:45 and leopardstown.. the race card said they would be paying out Up to 5 places! My horse Came in 4th and they paid out.. I go back on to the app 20 mins later and they have changed the result to a loss and taken the money out! How is this even legal? If they made a mistake Surely they should have to absorb the loss!! And if not, I should be getting my stake back at the very least! They took the bet under false pretences! Scumbags

I joined Ladbrokes online years ago, a few years after i couldn't get into the email address i had registered with, so I called them, they were pretty good then, anyway she said do you have a different email I said yes and gave her one, on looking she said oh that emails already been used at your address, I said i dont see how, but I found out my young daughter had signed up alredy using my email she had no card so had not used the account at all. the rep on the phone said its ok i can close the account in her name and you can use it, and i did from 2017m deposit deposit odd wins, anyway up to date since the new ugly website how things have changed, i deposited several times and won nothing then i won 800 pounds i was so happy, i made the withdrawel it looked ok,today i decided to deposit nd it wouldnt let me the money i had won was there and it said revervse so i did, i thought maybe the deposit wasnt working, afyer that i tried withdrawing and its now not letting me, so i looked for live chat nowhere to be found except on some other part of the site im already signed in but its saying sign in and comess up with eorrorrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrso i decidedto email them, all i get is we have noticed the email your using is registered to another account, the one deleted in the phone call three years or so ago,anyway the messages go like this please change your email or provide i, i dont have any mever been on holidays abroad so no passport dont drive so no drivers id and my bank didnt ask for id when i joined im 61 so ive nothing they have the money and they are not going to listen and ive done absoliyely nothing different been depsiting for years withdraeekd rare but have done them and now its the takeover the sites ruined

I've spent over 4Hrs on their live chat trying to get a $20 poker ticket I won. Not that I'm desperate for $20 but it's the principle. How many chats have closed when they can't address the question or you ask how to raise an official complaint. Try asking who they are regulated by? Then you will sit for 20 minutes with no response. This was once a trusted brand name, it's now not much more than an online scam.

Spoke to one person on the online chat and they stated withdrawals for bank transfers took up to 24 hours. Low and behold, 30 hours later the withdrawal still said verification pending. Went to online chat again and someone called Mark was extremely rude and said it is not 24 hours, it is 48 if the payments department could be bothered. At 50 hours, it was still verification pending and via the online chat I was just given a link to the withdrawal process. Disgusting treatment and disgusting that they are withholding money that is MINE!! There will be some lame reply to this review as per usual but my advice is use William Hill, Gala, Foxy over these jokers.
