TERRIBLE ONLINE CASINO - AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS I would give 0 if I could. On 24/03/2024 @ 01:06 to 01:07. I made a bet of around £200 - Manchester Roulette . The ball was spinning and then a pop up window shows up. I was still watching the ball spinning in the background. It had dropped into 22 black - which was a winning number. Only that my bet was taken and the number was not paid out. And then I couldn't get any support although Romen who keeps asking me the same questions every time and restricts my account for 24 hours without my consent, had promised me I would get support. I have never gotten any support. I also tried to get someone on facebook, no reply yet after 10 hours. The Customer Support on the website is useless: they say we reply within a few minutes - no one even touches the chat to say hello for hours. Frankly I will file a case with the Gambling Commission if I don't get paid the 22 black. OR at least you should have declared the bet void and give my money back. A total scam ,allow you to deposit all day long as soon as you win make it impossible to withdraw any money ,avoid at all costs ,no customer service at all ,it’s day light robbery and can’t believe they get away with it. Heavily bet black 6 when it rolled in, the result came up as red 16! I took screen shots showing the ball still in black 6 and the result as red 16, it was concrete proof I was right. They said they watched the video and all was correct and still havent refunded me as we speak. I lost out on a lot of money. Absolute fraudsters! Absolute joke of a casino. Customer service doesn't even exist on their website. Proper scam when it comes to withdrawals, they never bother to reply, which leaves you wondering where your money is and whether you'll ever see it again. They come back with all sorts of excuses and they repeatedly ask for ID when you already provided all verification docs a few months prior to their new request for ID and this, that and a picture of your 5year old. Pure nonesense! AVOID AT ALL COSTS, WilliamHill is so much better and pays straight away. Stay away from these cowboys.

I was sceptical about them as it took lot of efforts to get in touch for my first withdrawal but they paid out and sine then two more withdrawals came in. Could be a bit faster though as most site let you withdraw up to 1500 a day in few hours. Getting help o line is nightmare but guys on phone are great. Safe gambling methods are good as they ask you to take breaks etc. when withdrawal improves I will post a 5 star review as site is great with loads of games.

I love the quick and easy deposits, withdrawal is usually instant with my method of deposit ( and i mean instant), the few times it hasn't been instant, its been a few hours or the next day...I have just had a really unfortunate incident where Support messed up and i ended up losing quite a bit of winnings due to their mistake saying i had to wager my bonus before withdrawing... However, once it was explained fully and clearly they escalated it, looked into it for me, and i have indeed been given a refund...Most casinos would have simply brushed me off and not given me the funds im sure.... Genting handled it wonderfully, i'll be playing there instead of anywhere else now.

The revised three card poker progressive game that came into the Sheffield in September 2023 is boring compared to the 5 card version, given there are fewer smaller payouts now too. It would be great if customers could be consulted before these sorts of major changes are made. Most if not all regulars would welcome the old game back tomorrow despite the progressive. Or at least give us both and therefore a choice.
