Was once a great casino site !You could jave alot of fun hassle free but of late its become very difficult to win anything impossible infact ! If i make a few deposits SAFEMATE our all over you ! Its no pleasure and remember gambling should always be fun !! Always !!! But it has come to my attention that the wins rates our very poor & features our like Hens teerh !!Is it value for money ? Sadly no !I wish i could give a better review but at this time thats a No too !Im unsure if i will play again ' some thinking to do on that one as alot of my friends our thinking the same thing' just lost all faith in the site & im not alone !RegardsSir Darin.

Luton casino. Just tried again after an extended absence. Unfortunately same old experience. One person in the slots area, 6 machines unable to be played with less than £10 credit in and ‘machine reserved’ placards while the punters play elsewhere. “G” casino is a much better option and only 10 minutes away. When you have a limited number of slots how difficult can it be to prevent this abuse?

Blackpool promenade Genting Casino. As soon as pulled on to car park kids was in cars blasting music the same kids sit in the smoking lounge like place is a youth club. Playing roulette via the betting terminal and lost quite a bit but then started winning they changed the tables spinner and 2 mins after that security came and told her to close the table as I was winning. Spinners are for show rng for the roulette is via computer and disc program and was about to cycle some of my best numbers so they closed the table. Also cheat ball launch speeds between placing bets some lunches can take upto 2mins others was going off in like 15 seconds giving no time to back best numbers then them numbers hit. So over all feels like a youth club full of kids and they cheat the tables. FYI yes I could see the security observation or floor manager watching before end and before getting lady to close a table after she only just came on it.

I was threatened by another customer and the manager did nothing after a female dealer reported it. Baccarat deck of cards is shuffled using a card counting machine. And the result is not the game of Baccarat. Black Jack is same, dealer busts almost NEVER. I have encountered 2 rude dealers. I have been to this place 3 times now. Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. No one ever there. And for good reason. Not fun if all you do is loose. Never going back there. Keep it moving to one of the west end casinos. And the other reviews with 5 stars MUST BE fake or referring to only the restaurant and not gaming part of this venue.

I have been so many times to this casino in china town. This is the most rigged and cheating casino i ever played. On an average, blackjack dealer wins 85 hands out of 100. I understand gambling is very risky but this is very ridiculous ratio of winning. Their shuffling machine is so rigged that I can tell cards will come out. 8 times out of 10 they will 5 after 16 so end up making 21. Don't go there at any cost.

Fully verified,still can't make a cash withdrawal,wrote a review yesterday,still waiting.Genting casino are asking for a copy of a visa card that was compromised and cancelled by me a year ago.A new payment/deposit visa card was registered and photo front and back sent and since verified.It has to be a withdrawal stalling process,it worked 800 euro,I was withdrawing has now been lost.

I can see why this site is classed as bad because this site is absolutely awful. There are no numbers in order to talk to an human being. I am waiting for my £300 pound winnings but by the looks of the reviews I'm not going to get it. It seems as though one one ever gets their winnings. Can anyone explain why this site thinks it OK to steal inner people's winnings for no reason at all. I know why. Deposited £150 tried cashing out £630, money now in bonus funds.Cancelled bonus funds stating id lose £1 something no probs, it then deleted whole amount.Went on chats no human available only a bot, emailed, no number available to call for live chat.I suffer from anxiety and I'm autistic, fully incontrovertible of my gambling and this is the treatment I get.

The revised three card poker progressive game that came into the Sheffield in September 2023 is boring compared to the 5 card version, given there are fewer smaller payouts now too. It would be great if customers could be consulted before these sorts of major changes are made. Most if not all regulars would welcome the old game back tomorrow despite the progressive. Or at least give us both and therefore a choice.

A total scam ,allow you to deposit all day long as soon as you win make it impossible to withdraw any money ,avoid at all costs ,no customer service at all ,it’s day light robbery and can’t believe they get away with it. Heavily bet black 6 when it rolled in, the result came up as red 16! I took screen shots showing the ball still in black 6 and the result as red 16, it was concrete proof I was right. They said they watched the video and all was correct and still havent refunded me as we speak. I lost out on a lot of money. Absolute fraudsters! Im beginning to understand investing is better off betting since I joined Tlustik.

Absolute joke of a casino. Customer service doesn't even exist on their website. Proper scam when it comes to withdrawals, they never bother to reply, which leaves you wondering where your money is and whether you'll ever see it again. They come back with all sorts of excuses and they repeatedly ask for ID when you already provided all verification docs a few months prior to their new request for ID and this, that and a picture of your 5year old. Absolute joke of a casino. Customer service doesn’t even exist on their website. Proper scam when it comes to withdrawals, they never bother to reply, which leaves you wondering where your money is and whether you’ll ever see it again. They come back with all sorts of excuses and they repeatedly ask for ID when you already provided all verification docs a few months prior to their new request for ID and this, that and a picture of your 5year old. Genting online casino is the worst online casino the haven’t any numbers I deposits up to 2000 it accepts my deposit when it comes to withdraw 1000 it asked me to verify my card I use to deposit I did 9 time I received one reply saying she can’t find my account when giving her all my log in information the keep money couldn’t withdraw I end up losing the 1000£ you can’t contact them. The don’t reply ad won’t advise anyone to register with genting online casino. They won’t let you withdraw money. Plus the have no deposit limit. It was my biggest mistake joining Gentting online casino.

Please under any circumstances use this site it may look appealing but they quick to let u deposit and then any winnings you have to jump thru hoops sending many docs which is the normal but the problem is day 4 5 yve heard nothing and you maybe tempted to play while waiting but then they ask for further or Yr docs armt clear or suffice please do not go thru the excitement then the stress iv battled so hard just to get a response stay clear

By far the worst experience. They have no phone number and a AI customer service BOT... they placed a bonus of .25p on my account I didn't ask for or use.... so now I can't withdraw 700 pound winnings....and no one can help me remove it....Disgusting !!!

App doesn't work after upgrade, unable to login. Message says to visit local branch to fix but staff didn't know what to do. Contacted customer support - no reply. Contacted them via Facebook - no reply. Just rude. If they can't be bothered then neither can I . Plenty of other casino sites to use.

I like Genting slots ,they put me bonus without asking for that .Anyway the wagering was high and I couldnt withdraw. After that I deposited without bonus and made withdrawal.. With little money left I won 200 pounds and wanted to withdraw them ,but wasnt allowed ,because exceeded my withdrawals .. you can deposit as much you want,but its not allowed to make withdrawal.. anyway I am waiting for my first and maybe last withdrawal to be deposited in the bank account and maybe will increase the stars .. but for now gave only two started to play after I verified my account and waiting the casino what reason will find to delay my withdrawal

I was sceptical about them as it took lot of efforts to get in touch for my first withdrawal but they paid out and sine then two more withdrawals came in. Could be a bit faster though as most site let you withdraw up to 1500 a day in few hours. Getting help o line is nightmare but guys on phone are great. Safe gambling methods are good as they ask you to take breaks etc. when withdrawal improves I will post a 5 star review as site is great with loads of games.

They also lied about my debit card not accepting payments and made me wait 12 days to receive my winnings.Complete con merchants in my opinion, as it seems they will do anything to prevent paying you out.
