Copybet Review

To be fair, I’ve not had much problems before today, although I’m an infrequent user of copy bet. But today has been the nail in the coffin. Won 3 bets last night on MMA. I withdrew all profits as they came in. The last 2 withdrawals have made it to my account, the first withdrawal, however, has not. It says on my profile it’s paid out and the amount is gone from my account but has not made it to my bank. Only 40 quid but it’s theft all the same. Tried to get in contact with no reply. Even on social media, they are posting things today but I’ve not received a response. Disgraceful in all honesty. Soon as I get my money back I’m gone from this site.

Worst betting site i ever had. I cant even self exclude myself it takes you different page. I put in wrong email send photo as i was requested with my id no one got back to me. Asked how to get my money back no one got back to me. Stay away

To be brutally honest, Copybet in fact have been ok with me since I joined, however today I feel that they have stolen money from me and as I am a man of word I did tell them that I was going to write a review, but I had no response from them so here it goes my case.Yesterday I placed a bet (double) both games at the American Open to have more than 3.5 sets each, £50 stake to return £100. First game finished 3-1 so I won, the second game was 2-1 but Dimitrov retired on the 4th set and according to Copybet.com that was a void bet, although they were playing the 4th set. So I goot a return of £68.50 instead of the £100.I also did another bet (single) with the same players for £50 too return £73 and I just got my £50 back. My question to Copybet.com is how are they playing the 4th set in the match, surely that’s over 3.5 sets but not in Copybet.com eyes. It is a very small amount of money BUT principal comes into the equation. If Copybet.com were to give what is rightfully mine I am happy to delete this review, so we shall see I guess.

Up until now I’ve always had good service with CopyBet. Their decided to block my account and asked for more information to be sent which I did, 24 hours have gone and numerous emails sent to them I’ve still heard nothing back. They have confidential information belong to me I need to know what they are doing. I have money in my account which I cannot access. Please sort this mess out. IBAS will be my next call on Monday if I don’t hear anything.

terrible verification system.UPDATE: was going to improve the rating after a great chat with Frank at the support team – he helped verified my account and was very quick at doing so, although after I verified my account i got a message saying ‘Access is partially limited’.Warning everyone who sees this message that it will take a while to get your account sorted and be able to bet. I’m still waiting for my account to be unlocked.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I have received. I have never encountered such problems with any other company. For the past two days, I have been unable to withdraw £3,061.61, and I have received no response to my emails. The lack of customer service and the issues with account access are unacceptable.

Yet again having to complain about this site, have given me the run around for days, no contact number to speak to an actual person. Said they have sent emails when they haven’t. Had to get a new email set up so they could. Got resolver involved and they actually answered quite quickly. Asked for my bank statement and payslip. This was all because I deposited £40 of my own money. 2 and a half week later I still don’t have my money. They have my statement and also my payslips? Had to send in my passport also. How does this place even get a license.

Great site. Signed up, deposited via bank transfer ‘’as it states you should’’ to receive £50 in free bets. Placed £10 on a 13/8 greyhound which won – withdrew the £26 odd (which went in instantly!) and then my free bets became active on my home page within a few minutes! 8 days later. Still not allowed me to take my funds out. Still not replied to me. Have been sending daily emails, they asked for a source of funds and I sent it the same day. Even used dispute resolution where they say they will get back to you in 1 working day 😂. Disgusting company

After a few weeks of playing they ask me to show wage slips from employer for source of funds. I send this and then they say the documents have to be original pdf…my employer sent the slip as a screenshot attachment on a word document. You cant tamper with a screenshot, furthermore, they can see the income, my name, the bank details the money goes into. They can see everything but require this as a pdf. This makes no sense as they should only be interested in the amount. Ridiculous rigourous verification system and i have closed my account. Stay away from this bookmaker unless you want to be messed around when it comes to verification.

I Placed a golf bet on the golf £25 ew 50-1. The bet ID in my bets visually says Single – EW Each 1/5 Odds 4 places 50-1. However on the same bet ID Conflicts; total odds 33-1 total stake GBP 25. I did not place a single bet of £25 at 33-1!! my query has been ongoing for hours with no feedback whatsoever as to what might be the issue. Also on my last 4 bets they have halved my staked bet each time, resulting in me having to to place again on two or three seperate bets to make up my original stake! My third issue is fair play – having had a selection RTF Midweek they didn’t pay out as a non runner. Every other high street bookmaker good willed as a non runner! ALL MAJOR FIRMS led by example. Copy had no interest in paying as a non runner or any suggestion of goodwill. All the major firms promote fairplay and paid non runner. Copy hid behind automated responses from T&Cs – no customer fairplay whatsoever. Betting with Copy has been a horrible experience !

Wouldn’t even give a star. Have had the account for a while, use the account often, deposited £40 on Monday, asked for a source of wealth and wanted 3x payslips….i did this on Monday. It is now Friday and they are not replying to any of my emails. Even the dispute resolution for where they must reply within 1 day. Complete cowboys. Now have to go down the route of getting my money back through further means which means a longer time before they give me MY money

Weekly challenge – beware.I was tempted in to doing a bet to get a £5 free bet by this – “Bet £50 with odds of 2.0 or more to get £5 free bet – 1 hour left”. Pressurised in to a bet is my first, but minor observation.So, within the hour I did the bet. £50. However I did not get the free bet. When contacting Katie from customer service I was informed that the bet has to settle within that period. Over the course of a few emails, I dragged out the details bit by bit, eventually being told that it is in the terms and conditions. I tried pointing out that these T&C’s are not accessible.I asked 3 times if therefore the bet would qualify for this weeks challenge. Eventually I think the answer was no. Still not totally sure.For the sake of a £5 free bet, they have made me feel totally duped and conned. It is by no coincidence they have such a poor rating. Read the other reviews and please avoid using this company who hide behind behind a wall of bureaucracy an customer service agents without empathy or compassion.Specifically, from the offer page, when you click on Full T&C, you are presented with 6 “sets” of T&C’s. Namely, Terms of Use UK, Privacy Notice UK, Bet Builder Rules, Cookie Policy, Sportsbook Rules, Agreement on the Storage of the Cardholder’s Credentials. It is by no means clear how you would find the relevant clause pertaining to the “Weekly Challenge” clause from this point.I also asked for escalation procedures, but alas that is not forthcoming. Presumably they have none.Finally, the platform is by far the hardest to use I have ever come accross. Probably designed by the same unempathetic people who front up the customer service.And really finally – shame on QPR for allowing this company to grace the glorious blue and white hooped shirts. In the comments Copybet pretend that they care and that they are professional. I guarantee that if you use Copybet you will have a negative experience. Do not use them. It is a gamble in itself and one that you will lose.

This company is next to useless, I uploaded a new card from my bank as the old card was lost, copybet asked me to verify the card but required a photograph of me done online via bio-metrics but it wouldn’t accept my face which is beyond bizarre, so I took a photo of myself holding my passport, along with photos of my new card and sent it not once but 11 times to these people who since Friday have failed to acknowledge me and are holding my funds of £100 to ransom as I can’t bet or withdraw my money. I’m sick of this site and I hope people avoid them like the plague.

Don’t sign up! After you give them £10 you will have a complicated experience. Hard to login, free bets only available on app. App stops working after they get your money. It’s not worth it. Might as well throw £10 out the window at least it might go to someone with morals.

Where to start? There’s a $ sign next to markets that you can cashout on – place a bet on it and at no point can you cash out on desktop or mobile.Try to place an in running bet? you get an error saying “Match not booked” – what does that even mean?Can only do one withdrawal at a time too. This place needs to sort itself out badly.

Signed up and paid £10 but they wouldn’t let me have my free bets, because my son used his phone to place the bet. Although my son doesn’t live with me now, and I needed his help, Copy bet won’t have it. They really are a very horrible company and I am disgusted with them. I am going to ring my bank tomorrow to see if i can claim my money back. Only signed up and paid the deposit, so I could have the free bets. I have been conned!!

I am writing this review to say that I have not had any problems with copybet.App is working fine,There is a lot of markets betbuilders etc.Unfortunately I have not qualified for welcome offer bet 10 get 50 because I deposited 64 days after signing up but terms are clear that it must be 7 days after signing in so it is OK.I had a couple of wins and I made 2 withdrawals and money were in my account in seconds.You can make your own bets or copy from other tipsters for a small fee.Lots of things to do here on COPYBET.For my it is strong 5 stars.

No problems with site whatsoever. At first withdrawal times were about 3 days but now they have updated their banking procedures, i withdrew £110 and was in my bank within a minute. 👍👍👍

I’ve recently signed up to copy bet due to the bet 10 get 50 offer and I put a bet on a horse which luckily for me it won but I have no free bet in my account and it’s been over 15 hours. But when my friend created an account he told me he got credited the bonus pretty much after settlement???I’ve tried contacting these by email and Twitter but no response at all honestly such a poor service and nobody should experience this.

Created an account and verification email does not come through to account and unable to withdraw, customer service emailed no contact back from them. Avoid! Happy to amend review if they are willing to help but currently losing money
