A lot of these reviews seem a little unfair, i think most bookmakers will receive a negative review on trustpilot for one reason or another from punters who are losing obscene amounts of money from their own accord.I can only speak from personal experience, i have been using boylesports for about 2 months now after a friend told me about it and i have been pleasantly surprised… won a few hundred pounds from different football bets and i have always received my money within 2 hours and always seem to be receiving free bets, no complaints from me.

Used the app for a short while then changed over to sky bet mainly for the reason of fed up of waiting 2-3 days for withdrawals to go into my bank. Come back to place bets this weekend put money in my account and on my bets then was restricted from using my money in account and accessing my bets and now have trapped money in my account that I can’t access because it says I need 3 forms of id to verify my account which has already been done. Don’t use this app much better off using mainstream betting apps.

As most of the other reviews here have stated, Leovegas are quite happy to take your money but the second you try to take any back they hit you with a million different requests for verification and reject everything you send.Sent an image of my card with all details needed, they rejected it because all 4 corners could not be seen… they could.Resubmitted the same image and the next time it was because my name wasn’t on the document… it was.A different customer service agent replies to every message you send, and they either don’t read what you send or reply with contradictory information in comparison to a previous reply.Couldn’t have provided more evidence to prove who I was but it didn’t matter, after 3 weeks of arguing I played through my balance and closed my account – which means they won but I was sick of fighting it.My advice is just don’t join in the first place.

When I first used this site I found it satisfactory but obviously far below the main sites like bet365. What I liked about it was it has a decent loyalty scheme where you earn points on every bet and these aquire over a short period of time to a decent free bet. However, this site dramatically changed when I started to do well and have a bit of luck. I managed to build my balance up to over 2500 with some very lucky football bets and after a lucky weekend I went to put on a Monday night accum only to find my max bet allowed was 1p, yes 1p. When I contacted them initially they said it was their traders and nothing to do with customer services and then after some gentle pushing they quoted some small print about basically they can do what they want. I asked for one reason why they were doing this and their response was that they were unlikely to revert any changes made. Bunch of amateurs and it was clear by my betting pattern that I simply got lucky and if they had have done the right thing they would been on the right side of me in a short space of time, STAY AWAY.

Again…. Just reading these reviews it makes my stomach curl..ive had an account for over a year, provided id to depsoit! not used it in a while, had a little bonus.. Managed to turn it into a substantial amount.. No surprise I withdraw then my account is restricted and I cant log in, ive sent all the documents they asked for… Id, utility bills, photo holding id, 2 phone verifications.. Easily the worst customer service imaginable. Takes days at a time to respond on their Livechat service, does not respond at all to email queries, has no option to actually close the account (they will force you to self exclude to close the account) and could be the worst Casino you will ever come across online.

Tried to close my account online on numerous occasions, it would not let you perform this procedure. If you can only close your account from 9.00am to 4,00 pm how is that safegarding people who want to stop? Grovesnor app is the worst one I have ever used. Keeps losing connection all the time..spent over an hour trying to get to the poker game..ended up having to waste £10 at casino as could not connect to play a poker game at all…poker does not work on PC as it is and doesn’t work at all properly on app either ..they are aware of the problem judging by other people’s feedback and disappointed that I have wasted so much of my time on this ..shame on you Grovesnor

Disgrace off a company used them for many years used to have good banter with customer service guys about Dundalk football team. Like others here on Trustpilot, had an account for around 8 months but as soon as you start winning they don’t want to know you any more. Was restricted to a maximum liability of £1! so requested a withdrawal of my total balance which is when the fun starts! Was asked for proof of ID so sent them everything, even things they didn’t request, however that still wasn’t good enough. I was told a scan of my passport was blurry and unacceptable, despite having sent the same scan to various other bookmakers over the past few years who had no problems with it. Two weeks after withdrawal request still waiting for a not inconsiderable £3,800 and haven’t replied to emails I sent them. Use this company at your peril!

Dafabet is fraud. My friend made a deposit to them via btc which they said due to btc rate it was lower than the expected amount. They asked her to send her btc wallet for refund and for several months still nothing. They even tried to convince her that it was sent to an address which is the exact same address they gave her to make deposit claiming that it’s hers. They even said it was processed and can not be reviewed.

Without a doubt the worst tin pot excuse for a bookmakers I have ever seen, quite happy to take your money but when it comes to withdrawing it’s a completely different story, this isn’t to do with bonus’s this is a normal deposit then a win and they are making it impossible to withdraw. They’ve asked for so much documentation to withdraw a small amount of money (£200) and now that they’ve received that they’ve got another excuse not to pay me out because I can’t provide them with a picture of the debit card I used 6 months ago because silly me I lost it and forgot to take a picture of it. Verification process is a nightmare. I was allowed to deposit heavily with no questions asked, then when you withdraw you have document requests coming out of your ears. Payslips aren’t enough to prove a source of funds apparently, and neither is a bank statement showing money in. You have to provide a full bank statement showing everything else that you spend your money on, and it’s simply an invasion of privacy. If the amount of money I spend on my Chinese at the weekend determines whether or not I can use the site and withdraw money, you should be asking for it before I’ve deposited thousands with you, it’s that simple. Avoid.

Was invited to write my original review and guess they are after more stars. The best thing about the site is if you are lucky enough to win they do offer a speedy withdrawal service however not much else is any good. The customer service and promotions are shocking and nothing to offer players. If you are like me and like to be made to feel appreciated when depositing your money then plenty of other sites that offer loyalty or priority schemes.

Betsafe sent me an email about a 25 dollar casino bonus. In the terms and conditions of the bonus it said that at a 1x wagering requirement was needed and that all casino games would contribute to the wagering requirements. After playing some casino slots that would have meet the requirements of the terms and conditions I noticed that only the live casino was going towards the bonus. I messaged them on live chat and then through emails. They said there was a mistake and that it was a 35x wagering requirement and only on live casino but that they would honor the mistake and gave me the 25 dollar bonus that I would have unlocked and kept the one that I had currently going. All email responses were prompt and helpful not sure why people have given so many bad reviews. Overall they handle the situation very well amd I was very pleased
