After spending on slots and at only 20p to 40p per go, realising I'd put £125 on and got 2 features for that amount of spins it's time to close the account as I don't mind losing but at least make it fair and give the punter some sort of enjoyment. Don't use Smarkets...if you start winning they will close your account...it is only my suspicion but i think the marginal exchanges are now starting to bet on their own exchanges to get more profit..and if they have shrewd punters who out bet them...they close those accounts. It’s criminal how you can’t rate this website zero stars and your forced to give them 1. I’ve spent over £14000 on the website on slots and mostly football betting. A net loss of over £7000. All in the space of 2 months. I’ve had zero promo offers since joining. I had 1 £10 sports bet. I’ve complained to their so called customer service multiple times and they say they cannot help. The company is a scam. They don’t offer such thing. You could spend a million on this site and you won’t get anything back. It’s that insulting. They offer casino offers such as, earn £3 if you spend £200 on slots. It’s sickening how these people are trading. Absolute con job of a bookmaker.Started the £50 bonus, won 1 horse race bet and they RESTRICTED MY ACCOUNT to £1 max stakes so I have zero chance of even fulfilling the absolute mess of the wagering that they require.Happily keep accepting deposits, however as soon as you want to withdraw, BAMMM! We require 3 different types of identification, happy keep taking my deposits though.I sent off driving licence, bank statement, and photo of card.They have the cheek to come back a week later and say they can't accept the bank statement, so now they require a 4th. Absolute con job, just want to keep everyones money.AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Literally one of the worst bookies out there, so so bad.

Site is great and had no issue with payouts, I bet small but had some decent wins and paid out promptly.To those saying they didn't win, well it's a casino, what do you expect, it's not somewhere you can top up your wages, you are never guaranteed a win and if you can't afford the losses don't bet, simple as, customer support was also great, reckon a lot of the reviews are sour grapes!Have to edit this review, after everything going OK I found out support is terrible, no replies, radio silence, stay away from this casino, far better out there with far better support!
