Guys this company has 1.4 rating for a reason. PLEASE PLEASE do not sign up and waste your money. Gambling is bad as it is and playing with this company you’re risking your money even more. You’re basically playing to just give them money as they won’t give you any winnings back and won’t respond to any of your emails. It’s been now over two weeks they’ve closed my account and not paying my winnings of £276.PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE AVOID AT ANY COST

I’ve never had the misfortune of dealing with such an incompetent company. Trying to open an account is hard than breaking in to Fort Knox. Utterly useless service you can’t chat to them if your account is “BEING VERIFIED”, you have to email them. Then all you get is generic emails that mean nothing.It also appears that the “VERIFICATIONS TEAM”, properly only one person, only work from about midnight to 5am. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU ARE IN NEED OF A MENTAL BREAKDOWN”

If i could give this company no stars i would. An error meant that the didnt pay out best price guaranteed meaning i was paid out at 7/1 when the price was 14/1. Not a problem you would think, and easily rectified? Oh no! 24 hours later and despite hours of live chat still havent recieved my money. Have now been told that someone will contact me in the next few days via email!!!! To say that i am fuming would be an understatement! With cheltenham around the corner please be aware, avoid these scam artists at all costs, they are sitting on my money and refusing to give it to me. I have escalated this with the gambling commision but please dont end up in my position, use a reputable compant, not these charlatans.

I created an account February 24 and it was almost instantly blocked after deposit. Last 2 weeks I’m sending documents to verify identity and unblock it and have no results. I received last reply 1 week ago (they were saying that they will contact me within 72 hours) and after this – silence. I lost my $30 worth welcome bonus tickets (they expire in 1 week after deposit, I was replying to support’s letters fast, within 2-3 hours, and they stopped reply at all, so I think it’s not my fault that we didn’t solve a problem in 1 week) and I guess I lost my €40 deposit because I can’t login and withdraw it. Awful experience. Funny thing is that on beginning customer support was replying quick (within few hours-one day, even on Sunday) and operations team too (that’s they who check documents for verification), and now I feel like I’m in some kind of black list and they think “okay that stupid person will write us 1-2 weeks more and after will stop writing cuz has no answer”. Worst customer care ever. Don’t even try to start play here.

I joined this site three days ago. In that time almost all attempts to log-on have been met by the process just hanging (Google Chrome). I tried changing both my username and my password, but neither worked. Rebooting my PC occasionally works.Using MS Edge is ok at the moment, but what a mess.My signup offer – bet £10 get £30 free bets – hasn’t been honoured. I’m now on wait for a chat representative and have been told for the last 40 minutes that my wait time is 1 minute.I also believe their games are fully rigged (similar to other comments here). I was offered £10 free casino chips, which I used for Blackjack. For ten straight hands in a row, I stuck with a hand between 17 & 20. On EVERY single hand, the dealer won.The genuine odds of that happening are almost impossible to comrehend.

Played on this site when visiting family in NJ. It’s been impossible to withdraw – my money has been stuck for like 2 years. Just got an email that they were going to deactivate my account. Attempting to withdraw again and got a cease and desist for logging on outside of NJ. What a fraud. Steer clear.

Before I begin I’ve read through these reviews and it sure seems like it’s coming from an automated reply as all replies coming from 888sport all give the same response which I suppose is to fool people that they are taking on board peoples complaintsMy late wife was a gambler. I never knew about it. Her gambling consisted of loans etc. She overdosed and died and despite being utterly devastated and grief stricken I had to find out what caused this. She had been gambling with this corrupt company 888sport. She had registered an account with a variation in her surname. At the same time she also submitted her passport and a bank statement as verification. So it took 888sport 2 days to verify the account. She was allowed to deposit. They passed the verification . I mean this is mistakes that only someone illerate could make. I later discovered that she has at the minimum 7 previous accounts registered with them. I have no idea how much has been deposited but I would say thousands. Is not checking documents for errors in a new account not what they’re supposed to be doing. I mean what else does the word verify mean. These people are trained to spot signs that someone is addicted but instead all they have done is exploit the situation. She deposited this time almost 1500. They clearly apply rules which suit themselves given any particular situation. They then tried to blame my wife stating that due to a change in details it was done to her. Not them that is expected to adhere to rules and regulations and keep vulnerable people safe from further related gambling harm.I am going to inform their regulator because something needs to be done. They don’t care about the person behind the screen or their poor families and the consequences of not checking documents or just approving them anyway. If you are gambling please think about this story and the devastation it has left behind and what lengths these betting companies will go to. Absolutely heart broken

Stay clear of this site games are hindered and staggered if you do get a chance make you win substantially then screw you for everything you have.Then when you inform them you want to close your account your email bounces back.Gambling commission must investigate and shut these people down.

Possibly the worst company I have ever used . Never try placing a 5 or six horse accumulator because it will be rejected. Eg. I tried placing 15x 50 pence EW doubles and £1 EW accumulator on 6 horses. The possible accumulator win was ten grand .. the doubles were accepted but the accumulator was rejected. Notice came up. The limit on this accumulator is ZERO . When you are looking at the runners for a British horse race ..it suddenly disapears because a foreign race has just started . Ad infinitum . I withdrew money from my account and left £3-50 . And that disapeared to . Nowhere to be found . 888 dont do best price ,so if you bet a horse at say . 8-1 and it wins at 14-1. You get 8-1 .. worst bookmakers in the UK apart from Ladbrokes. Who have every possible betting possibly on the planet ,apart from cockroach racing . I cancelled my account

Made a withdrawal went through fine redopsited made 2 withdrawals next day paid me one and put restrictions on my account to not pay me out the other said I need to verify my account I went to send it to them it said there’s a technical issue with sending them another scam way of holding onto your money and not paying out!

If I could rate no stars I would. Signed up and deposited my money. They then suspended my account and requested documentation. I’ve sent it several times now but they just ignore my emails and still have my money. It’s only £30 but it’s still my money not theirs! Why take my deposit then suspend my account asking for ID to prove who I am and then refuse to reply or acknowledge me. It’s theft and they’re a scam!! Avoid at allllll costs!!Update. aaaaargh! their support is so frustrating as they don’t seem to read any email you send them carefully. I sent them a query which they failed to answer adequately several times. I asked to escalate and they said I can send it over to Manager. I did and didn’t get reply from manager but from a previous respondent and they failed to answer adequately again. I replied saying I’m very unhappy and annoyed and asked for info on their formal complaint process and the body I go to if I remain dissatisfied as they’ve not escalated my complaint as I previously requested. All they said in their reply was I can send it over to Manager again!!!!!!!

Quick deposit- quick withdrawal, till one day they just block access to account, asked me to provide documents ( which I did) , no response, still have money left in account. I love the casino. I can’t deny it. I just play on it because I could lock my withdrawals. So 2 stars as I have been with 888 for 20 years. Had drinks with these guys in Ocean Village Gibraltar. Then someone corporate got greedy. I put £100 deposit & an hour later withdrew £100. Converted to $dollars for the benefit of them but 9% deducted? Got £91 back? Queried & told transaction fees. They do not buy $dollars on the bank market. They imaginary convert deposits to a $dollar equivalent. You could bet hamsters so why deduct 9%? Then got a scratch card to say I had won $5 free spin. So hey, I bet roulette red for a 50/50 chance of doubling my £money? Oh no. They deduct that bet from your year £cash balance & then you have to bet a a multiple of real money before you can cash out. So if you have £100 or after conversion $108 dollars & lose the $5 win. It is deducted from your real $dollar balance. So after a free bet of $5 your real money goes down. To recover you have to bet 30x times real Monet IF your $5 free bet wins. However Jackpotjoy I won £1000 with promo money & it. Was in my bank 24 hours later. 888 stop brainstorm on how to milk 20 year veterans. Back to basics of steady, loyal, customers. I have been really pissed now. I have submitted my document on this website. My id has already been verified. It took me 5 working days to get my bank statement from my bank. They have not verified my document still it’s been 5 days now. All the chats say it’s under process. The workload is too much right. Dude it’s just one document. I already provided the my id. The second guy guys started this check drive.

So far I’ve found it to be quite a good site. Everything works fine and it’s easy to use. The only problem is that if you’d want to withdraw you need to confirm your identity, okay… Fair enough, I did it and nothing… They’ve stated that it might take from 24h to 72h. After the 72h still nothing and it’s still pending.

I signed up today, unknowingly I triggered a £50 bonus while on the site. No information was given on the bonus and so I used it as I have used bonuses on other sites. Unfortunately I found that rather than playing with the £50 bonus funds the site first used my real money funds, the opposite of many other sites. I therefore lost £50 of my own money without being informed that I was playing with real funds (which every other site does offer warnings for). I believe 888 is a criminal enterprise with the aim of fooling customers and deceiving them to make profit. Avoid at all costs.EDIT: Was asked to contact 888 following this review to which they gave me the same unhelpful copy and pasted response that I’d already received on their Livechat. Appaling service.

Had a nice winner at 16/1 on the horses. Then had my account stake restricted to zero so I could no longer bet with them. They also refused to honour a £5 free bet which I was entitled to as a result of my win. When I queried this they said it was because I had withdraw some of my winnings. What else can I do with them if they won’t let me bet. Not impressed.Edit: The pointless cut and paste response below is not helpful as I’m only leaving this review because their customer service team were no help.

The customer service experience has been horrible, the staff are poorly trained to answer your questions regarding your account, they are not aware of the promotions and the different tournaments available on the site. Keep getting the same promotion for 2 free roll even though there is only one event available, my tickets gone without an explanation, asked to speak to a manger told by the staff that a manger does not take calls on the spot. Waiting over 2 weeks for a manger call back and all I get from the staff when I call is stalling tactics and a couple blast tickets which is useless as the problem is still not resolved several days/weeks later. They need to train the customer service staff a lot better, as the ones I have dealt with there is only about 2 that knows what they are doing the rest us being paid to fill the space and give horrible customer service.Will be cutting my play time with 888 Poker and go somewhere else.

I have contacted them several times to file a dispute, and they have never responded!! The games have false pay out percentages as well as keep kicking you off to reset the game stopping you getting the bonuses. Help line was wonderful just now when I had made a mistake on a bet. I find their odds decent if not brilliant and their offers are very fair and easy to negotiate. I know they have other not so good reviews but I’ve been using them a couple of years and they have been fine for me.

They can have a clear telephone number you can ring when you have a problem which is easy to use.They are a good site to use when you are losing money and they pay quickly as well but trying to talk to someone is a joke they put a stop on your a/c if you do not send them your bank details/statements they leave you in limbo.

I made a deposit to take advantage of the free bet offer they had and then as soon as I won my account was disabled and I was asked to provide documents to confirm my id. I did this but they were rejected again and again and the only response you get is a bit saying “we appreciate your patience” and unhelpful things like that.
