So this is probably my 3rd or 4th moan about this terrible Casino! I complained in about may/June about playing Gonzo megaways and being £1200 down with no bonuses or features! To finally get one and receive £80 from it. Got the usual generic message about the RTP and what not! Anyway we are now nearly in November and haven’t had another bonus since on that slot or taken any money back from these lot. I have a limit of £50 a week and only play this one game! These lot are scammers! Don’t be like me and keep getting robbed! Go else where! these guys are legal criminals!!

I had took a break since February. Logged back in today .. no issue .. deposited .. no issue. Went to play and it’s saying it looks like I’m logged out so can’t play. Chat was answering for a few mins then kept logging out. Says there is 1 person ahead of me the last hour.

Shocking withdrawal process I won€200 they told me they have to do a bank transfer as was not going through the other way so this is now the 10th working day and still not received I payment .all I am getting from customer service is that they have forward this to the relevant team for the 4th Time I might add . AVOID! I’ve been betting with these a week, had a few winners, made a few withdrawals, account gets locked and asked to verify. I send my documents in as asked. All this time though my account is locked so I can’t use it, over a day later nothing still. Asked to withdraw my funds as I had done nothing wrong, ghat request got ignored. I have money in my account but can’t access it. I have some shocking reviews, the fact you have to buy or earn best price on horses is a joke. It was ok ish untill I started .among withdrawals, oh and I was told its with the safer gambling team aswell so if you like a bet on your day off do use these because if you place more than 1 bet it’s makes you look like your not in control and they review your account to make sure you can afford it. I will be withdrawing funds and closing account as soon as I have access again, when ever that will be.

Used the app for a short while then changed over to sky bet mainly for the reason of fed up of waiting 2-3 days for withdrawals to go into my bank. Come back to place bets this weekend put money in my account and on my bets then was restricted from using my money in account and accessing my bets and now have trapped money in my account that I can’t access because it says I need 3 forms of id to verify my account which has already been done. Don’t use this app much better off using mainstream betting apps.

As most of the other reviews here have stated, Leovegas are quite happy to take your money but the second you try to take any back they hit you with a million different requests for verification and reject everything you send.Sent an image of my card with all details needed, they rejected it because all 4 corners could not be seen… they could.Resubmitted the same image and the next time it was because my name wasn’t on the document… it was.A different customer service agent replies to every message you send, and they either don’t read what you send or reply with contradictory information in comparison to a previous reply.Couldn’t have provided more evidence to prove who I was but it didn’t matter, after 3 weeks of arguing I played through my balance and closed my account – which means they won but I was sick of fighting it.My advice is just don’t join in the first place.

I joined 888 casino a few months back sent several emails and messages but no reply what so ever. Terrible customer service with no online support. All i wanted to know was about bonus when joining and your verification but nothing no replies absolutely shocking. Never ever had that happen before and yes it was the correct email address too.

When I first used this site I found it satisfactory but obviously far below the main sites like bet365. What I liked about it was it has a decent loyalty scheme where you earn points on every bet and these aquire over a short period of time to a decent free bet. However, this site dramatically changed when I started to do well and have a bit of luck. I managed to build my balance up to over 2500 with some very lucky football bets and after a lucky weekend I went to put on a Monday night accum only to find my max bet allowed was 1p, yes 1p. When I contacted them initially they said it was their traders and nothing to do with customer services and then after some gentle pushing they quoted some small print about basically they can do what they want. I asked for one reason why they were doing this and their response was that they were unlikely to revert any changes made. Bunch of amateurs and it was clear by my betting pattern that I simply got lucky and if they had have done the right thing they would been on the right side of me in a short space of time, STAY AWAY.

Again…. Just reading these reviews it makes my stomach curl..ive had an account for over a year, provided id to depsoit! not used it in a while, had a little bonus.. Managed to turn it into a substantial amount.. No surprise I withdraw then my account is restricted and I cant log in, ive sent all the documents they asked for… Id, utility bills, photo holding id, 2 phone verifications.. Why do people complain about 888.com ? I opened 888 account with €100 saying I get €100 bonus but I never got. I send my passport to Verify my ID they didn’t accept it so I play won €700 but was not able to take it out. They stop my account and don’t let me withdraw my money out. They keep all my money . Robber send them 100’s email to solved but same email reply and nothing was done . It’s over 3 weeks now. Sadly everyone is right, pretty appalling, deposit obviously they match you then lose that in a matter of minutes, however then you get the free £88 🤣 I played £11 of the £88 i won £45 so it then said I couldn't play those spins any longer because 🤔 well I don't know why. So then the £45 was randomly turned into £10 cash bonus, bonus for 888 because you can't collect it, so inevitably in seconds i lost that and then the £77 bonus i thought I had left had disappeared??? This is the worst company I have dealt with. This has been going on for weeks now. I have a question about a transaction but 3 weeks later NO ANSWER. I have phoned how many times i've lost count.
It's a very simple question that nobody bothers to answer.
Please do not gamble here if you do they will try and riggle out of paying you with questions just to delay/not pay.
They work in an office with many operators but no managers??
They through you off the site when they feel like it. They log you off in the middle of a hand so you lose.

This is a money eating site. PLEASE stay well clear. I have played sites for 4 years and this site is by far the worst. Spent £3k and won three bonus rounds that paid a few hundred. I have won £8k on other sites. 777.con and 888.con (yes con) are rubbish. Both connected. See there rating and read reviews and stay clear. Close these people down. Start a vote. Close 777 or 888.com and save peoples lives, haven't we been through enough over the past year and deserve a bit of luck. services they told me to upload my I'd and bank card however I did exactly
how they say but still not processing for that I called again in customer
service no one can tell me what's going on they just saying my bank card

Please do not use 888, I read the reviews and thought I would still try, huge mistake. I know gambling is all risk and you never win long term but I enjoy a game, however on 888 I didn't even get a game. I am £2k in on £2-£3 spins and the handful of bonuses were like 20x or 30x, the base game was terrible with only minimum wins. The RTP is not as advertised and based on my experience must be 10%-20%. It had taken around 500 spins to get my first bonus of 22x. I bet on 32Red, Poker Stars and William Hill all of which I have spent and lost on, but never in my life have I seen such a low return. Something is clearly going on with their odds, algorithms etc. When you play a game you will always return to that same game, so it's like having your own slot machine that no one else plays, so it is impossible to ever win more than you bet, check this for yourself, the reels will be exactly as you left your last game. Please Please Please, do not play on 888. I will now close my account and man up to the loss I made. Ignore this review if you don't like money!!

The win rate started off pretty good on this site but after they lure you in, they will rob you blind. They will say this is a random number generator but how do we know…. There is something very dodgy about this lot. They claim to care about responsible gambling but offer shiny promotions that will just leave you chasing something that will never come. I’ve been on 888 a year now, only ever played the reels, specifically Gonzo megaways, always been an enjoyable game at the beginning win % was good not great never won more than £1200, obviously it takes a lot to get that win (£2bets each time).

But recently it feels something has changed dramatically, algorithms, or some one has turned the win tap off, I’m literally throwing money away with no features, no spins, no returns. straight wins range from 20p to £1:40!! It breaks me to see such poor return when £500-£700 has gone so quick.

Stay well away from this site. I was placing bets with this company and always took the odds. Placed a bet with them at 13/2 they paid out at 4/1. They said I didn’t take the odds. I placed my bet as I always do even showed them a screen shot of the bet. Made no difference so I closed my account went elsewhere to better site. Stay well away from these bandits.
