These people allow GAMSTOP members to fund accounts and lose their money without proper KYC whilst being fully aware that they cannot lose a penny and only gain as they will keep the money if the punter loses and not payout if they win.Like many betting companies now,they know very well that due to GAMSTOP many problem gamblers like my partner ask their spouse/ partner or family member to open an account for them (which is done by pro gamblers too) but Unibet allowed me to open an account (foolishly and unaware of my partners acute issues) and then when I went on holiday,they funded the account where they did ZERO kyc on his funding source / if he was real and have ignored him and I since except when he was suicidal and they rang me on holiday to clarify if I was ok and this was when I found out the extent of my partners issue! I was fine and in Ibiza but while I was away he was losing 35k betting with my name having ZERO chance of winning as the few times he did win and try to withdraw,sites blocked him knowing it was being funded by another party.Why in gods name do firms like 32red and their sister companies allow accounts to be funded heavily by problem gamblers,asking no questions when the funding details don’t match the account owners? BECAUSE 80% of profits in betting come from problem gamblers!This means anyone could fund it whether they are a money launderer or drug dealer etc.. All crazy when you think they allow you to do this and then when blocked he proceeded to find other accounts I had stupidly opened to get free bets and they also kept taking the money KNOWING they simply couldn’t lose and where CLEARLY engaging with someone who is insane when it comes to gambling and has no control. It now appears totally normal with many sites offering advice on how to circumnavigate GAMSTOP which is resulting in fortunes being lost,lives ruined and critically GAMSTOP should have an option to list family members / partners / ‘enablers’ to help chronic gamblers by including their details if they wish too.Anyhow,32red took approx £4K off a known problem gambler who funded the account himself (which they knew) and who lost 35k in 3 days but some of the more responsible companies refunded the deposits acknowledging the madness and lack of compliance but 32red just quoted terms and conditions and clearly see this as way to continue their profits as without the mad gamblers,they would not be a sustainable business.A total joke.IT IS NO SURPRISE AT LEAST ONE PERSON a day commits suicide due to gambling.There must be reform!!

Just joined 32 red, got lots of play from deposit, did win but put it back in playing, had few bonus rounds, can’t comment on withdrawing. Lots of good games. Site seems very good so far. Will be popping back to see how my luck is. Enjoyed site.

32red don t wanna pay my money that I won fair and square,they ve let me withdraw 4 times 13252, 3002,13005, 1276 , after this I made a deposit of 800 and I won 30000, I withdraw it, and start asking me to send them different documents over and over again for no reason, they stall the payment, I ve sent over 20 emails, and they keep delaying it.this is not right , if you payd before what stops you to pay now? Can’t give 0 or I would. This site allowed me to register make a deposit and then said I was self excluded but refused to return the money. If I was excluded then why was I allowed to deposit. I asked when I would get my money back but was not given a timescale just that I would relieve an email. The whole registration process is not fit for purpose. The on line chat advisor seemed to be struggling to understand what I was saying!

Tried to sign up. Followed their procedures. When uploading my drivers licence their system kept saying it wouldn’t accept it. I rang them. I was asked to send a copy via email which I did. They then asked for a copy of a recent bank statement and a utility bill. I stoped interacting with them at this stage. Seems a lot of personal info. Felt like a scam, I was uncomfortable. Seems a bit excessive to open a gambling account

So 32red is a good casino. They did have the Nolimitcity slots which was was great but then removed them so really disappointing however they do have the Hacksaw providers games so all good. Withdrawals can be sometimes slow but you normally get latest within 48 hours. I have never had any withdrawal problems whenever I got a win.

Upon setting up an account wiry 32red I didn’t see the withdrawal times, that being said when I made a withdrawal today around lunchtime it had hit my PayPal by 3:30pm so I was impressed. I have since made another bigger withdrawal around 7pm which hasn’t landed yet but I will update how low long it takes as it says instant on that option. In terms of game choice, play and returns I love it. It has all the up to date games, my favourites being the amazing link or Rich wilde the have good RTPS and returns in my experience. So far so good. I deposited £100 & got a 150% matched bonus on Sunday managed to withdraw £1400. I have 57 pence left & 10 free Spins on Immortal Romance, which took me to about £2 in my account & I managed to work that upto another £400 withdrawal. For me, a decent win ratio, decent games…comes with a lot of high profile sponsorship of football clubs…..
