Seems you get small wins after spending hundreds and then boom withdraw a fraction of what you have put on and back to spending over £100 on the slots with absolute jack!! Not a single bonus on the slots!! 95% of the wins were not even stake value!! Oh and solitair over 30 games and 2 completed?? Wow your unfair ganeplay is definatly coming into action!! Absolutely disgusting I played the free or 4 game and 5 matches I got correct so should of got £5 free bet and showed proof but yet I get lied to saying I only got 4 correct and gave me £1 free bet.. but I showed proof and they lied to me on Facebook messenger because for some reason I’ve been trying to contact William hill on online chat but they won’t answer.. plus they are ignoring me now on messenger as I told the person on chat look at my screen shots but for some reason they seem to think they are rite and the customer is wrong

Absolutely thieving toe rags need toe tags, took two bets at the same time one was not accepted to my knowledge and refused because of an odds change mid processing so I bet again but they still took the first bet simultaneously and would not refund it or even offer a good will gesture even though it was a technical error on their behalf, “chatted” as if it was my fault as I cashed out what I could from the bet they robbed. They don’t give a damn about customers total nasty pieces of work almost have fun robbing customers by technical errors. Disgusting heartless robbing company.

I have been a member of W-hill for a while now. It used to be quite good both horses/slots BUT just over the past 3 months it is the worst company to use. Spent over £300.00 in a day in Bis Bass Bonanza Megaways & Cash n riches about £50.00. They say features I say Featureless & when you do get the scatters in after waiting £50 of spins it is shrapnel that it pays out & I 3 where I got a big fat 0.All I can say to people please be aware of William Hill as i have tried to contact the customer services team but to avail, even Feedbacks don’t work Very Disappointed with them.

I was made aware of my over spending on here the other day so was told all promotions was denied to my account but to my surprise was still allowed to deposit! So I’m not allowed to participate in free promotions where I could possibly win money for free but can continue to deposit, find this very unfair and gives me no confidence in knowing they are robbing customers by acting in this strange and immoral way so I’d keep away from these as they already have had a fine for this sort of issues not long ago!

Some odds they use I’m sure are way out ie Charles Broom in tennis 1 set down but 1/6 on to win, tempted me to bet making me think he was going to win and he got battered. Should have been 6/1 at 1 set down surely, they make mistakes and punters pay the price.

This company was perfect when owned by William Hill.I only play poker games and was winning approx 15 pounds a week from the freerolls and since 888 holdings has taken over Im lucky if I win a quid and its always losing with good cards to a donkey taking the chance with 72 os or something daft. Its been the same thing daily and they say its random.Yeah and I’m a unicorn wrangler.They play the card, we have to much to lose by cheating and setting people’s accounts to lose if you don’t deposit regularly and people believe it. Ever heard of bluffing.They know nobody will pursue it as they have unlimited funds for lawyers to get them out of trouble and just pay a small fine.Time to wake up I think.Oh and there is around 15 new people now and they always seem to win as if they are colluding as you will notice if you play the app, hardly bet against each other but all over the raise and re-raise with another person or 2 playing the handThey appear to have joined as soon as 888 took over too and I’ve only seen them lose a couple of hands though they play almost all.

I opened an account with WilliamHill and made a deposit, but issues began when I tried to withdraw money. Contacted their ‘customer services’ spent 5 hours being passed between their Team and their non-existent ‘supervisors’ was then promised an email resolution for a problem they didn’t resolve and the email never arrived!They are the worst for customer services and have made it impossible to speak to anyone…then complained to their corporate team who say ‘we have learned from this’ but they never do!Just the worst bookmakers who couldn’t care less…Don’t play with useless William Hill

Been using the site for 15 years. Football, golf, darts, horses, excellent offers and no problems depositing or cashing out. Even had a payout 8 months on from a shots on target bet when they realised they had made a mistake, found I suddenly had £800 in my account (lovely suprise, I remember watching the game and didn’t think I had won). Had three genuine problems in the 15 years and contacted customer services. They sorted the problems immediately with apologies and good will gestures (£). Other problems i have come across were just me not understanding the clearly displayed rules, but these were communicated to me in a kind and sympathetic way and I was offered a refund and free bet on two occasions when it was not even William hill at fault. I feel very looked after and respected as a customer. Seems to me the problems people have with the site is with the casino side of it, which I stay well away from. I think people have deluded and unrealistic expectations of getting profits from games that are designed (and openly published) to favour the casino. Stick to betting

I remember going back years William hill were a trusted and respected bookmaker.The founder was renowned for not closing winning accounts,fast forward to today,how things have changed.Unless you are gullible or a mug(same thing)you can’t even get a bet on.Of course you can play all day in the casino and do your proverbials,but if you show any sign of winning on the horses or dogs,the game is over.Tried to place a £10 bet on a 7/2 chance,””You have exceeded the maximum””but we’ll lay you £2.85,really.So all you mugs who give them 5 stars because you actually won on the slots(forget about the 999 who didn’t)you carry on feeding William Hill and let me know how much you’ve lost at he end of the year.

Wow, what a truly horrendous company to deal with.Opened an account less than 24 hours ago. Deposited, placed my bets, got free bets, etc…all fineFew hour after my bets settled stating I have been banned from offers and stake restricted, absolutely no reason for this and no reason given.So log into my account and now seems Im frozen out. Been on live chat trying to sort this out, was put on hold and told it may take 10 minutes or so, then a further message stating it may take up to 30 minutes….this was over an hour ago. Who on earth do these people think they are? Making their customerers hang around like fools?

I’m very disappointed with this company. I won a bet but they informed me that I placed the bet too late! Somehow I feel they would of kept the money if the bet lost. Very poor. All trickery and small print. Not to be trusted. Bet 365 is a much better option for beta and have proper customer service who resolve issues rather than just side step the issues.

From what i have experienced over the past few days the company’s main goal is to try and take money out of your pocket and put it in to theirs they don’t give an absolute s**t if someone has a gambling addiction or a severe mental illness they will take from anyone yes literally anyone. I would not say i have been unlucky at all recently but rather I have been unfairly treated maybe even I would go as far as to say scammed or ripped off. The bad reviews are unfortunately true the only good things are that when I have won recently they have paid out instantly but apart from that terrible company and would not recommend gambling or betting with them. I would stay well away from sites like this if that is how they are going to treat there loyal customers basically not even paying out anything at all and when they do the minimum. William hill should really be shut down but as some of us know there are others as well like ladbrokes that do tend to do the same to.

Shockingly bad. In shop The staff are rude and nasty. The machines are awful, look at the gaming odds, the fruits, some are 91% on £2 stake and low as 84% on 20p. Roulette is 35/1 with 39numbers. The pre gamble (green bar) is totally rigged. Did 150 spins not one wheel win and my highest bet was £7.40. Even the 50/50 pre gamble of a £4bet is fixed.One point I had spent £30 for 1 wheel spin of £4. Never again, thieving devils.

I have been using William Hill for around 5 years and have slowly got used to the format to the point that about 6 weeks ago I made it my preferred betting site. But no more – I was informed by email that I would no longer qualify for promotions but no explanation was given. Also my bets have been restricted to low amounts like 10p. Is this a joke. I feel like a second class customer.Strange as I was at the point of recommending them.

Con artists. V infrequent better. Made some money last year. They have since closed account and making me jump through very complicated hoops to get back about £40, involving selfies, printed bank statements (w all sorts of requirements set). No actually in t+C’s that needs to be printed but now passed me on to supervisor who hasn’t appeared (waiting now 30 mins). So many betting companies. Avoid this one. Joke. Con artists
