Spent a lot of money and came to the conclusion they limited the earnings on the only game I play! Never managed to have a big win anyway but I had lots os free spins paying max £5. Please please stay away! Verification is horrendous and they always restrict you when you try to withdraw money. All the number generator story they try to sell is a lie because I spent £250 in 2 days and had about 30 free spins paying between £1 and £5 so this is such a coincidence isn’t it? Please don’t play there!

I used to like Wm Hill but they are no longer very competitive and will take away your ‘special offers’ for no reason at all treating many ‘customers’ as 2nd class punters. They do however keep e mailing you with their special offers that you are not eligible for! Total joke of a business nowadays. They are not alone but if you do restrict accounts at least man up and tell customers why. I am amazed that the gambling commission does not investigate stories about these numerous restrictions which often fly in the face of their TV and newspaper advertising.

Very poor customer service takes hours for each response. I received a pop up msg saying I had won the bonus vault it didn’t say how much but I was so excited I hadn’t won anything like before but when I tried to claim it it was nowhere to be found… After hrs trying to use live chat which is no longer live I was given £2 conciliation?? Which I had to go back on chat for more hours to receive. Next day logged in for free daily promotions to find I wasn’t able to receive any. They had been removed and I received numerous emails about safer gambling..I completed assessments successfully but still no promos. Absolute crap customer service still not solved ! Was waiting online for 2hrs for a response, was told I was being put through to a supervisor by Jelly then someone came on an hour later (Kim) and they weren’t even a supervisor. Had to explain twice, they didnt even read the previous conversation despite saying they were.I will be closing my account and using my other accounts with other bookmakers.

Has gone way downhill, and this isn’t RNG, it feels more like how 888casino is now whom is their parent company.They’re now clawing back money, for either the purchase price or that fine they received earlier in the year.Please heed my warning, keep clear. Honestly encourage you to start videoing your gameplay here like I have for the last month. This site needs to be investigated period. After the last two sessions it is an utter scam site. Received email this morning stating all sports and gaming concessions removed from my account and that stake restrictions may apply in future. Where do I start. They offer free spins, scratch of the day, free or 4 etc (which I use and occasionally win on) to entice you and when you do win the removed them. I am not the biggest punter but at the same time as the removal I was unable to place any bet at any stake. Just had my account closed down for no reason . I was using it yesterday lost hundreds of pounds obv course today go to sighn in account closed ! I think their odds are competitive, they offer loads of free promotions, they have never restricted my account or anything. I do worry though, I had my account restricted with Virginbet after hitting a run of wins, I hear this is common amongst bookmakers online, I would be so disappointed if William Hill were to do the same thing.

Visited the shop at 335-337 Calder Road, Edinburgh. On Sunday around 1pm and handed my betting slip to your teller (Asian guy with strong accent). He then tried to take my card and I refused indicating that I required the machine to swipe myself, as is the whole purpose of contactless. He then, to hide his own embarrassment, demanded to see the reverse of my card. When I enquired why, he stated the He was required to always do security checks. I joined William Hill about 18 months ago I bet responsibily.I play the free promo games..Fairly within their own offers.
