When I first used this site I found it satisfactory but obviously far below the main sites like bet365. What I liked about it was it has a decent loyalty scheme where you earn points on every bet and these aquire over a short period of time to a decent free bet. However, this site dramatically changed when I started to do well and have a bit of luck. I managed to build my balance up to over 2500 with some very lucky football bets and after a lucky weekend I went to put on a Monday night accum only to find my max bet allowed was 1p, yes 1p. When I contacted them initially they said it was their traders and nothing to do with customer services and then after some gentle pushing they quoted some small print about basically they can do what they want. I asked for one reason why they were doing this and their response was that they were unlikely to revert any changes made. Bunch of amateurs and it was clear by my betting pattern that I simply got lucky and if they had have done the right thing they would been on the right side of me in a short space of time, STAY AWAY.

All you hear about is be gamble aware i tried to contact Ladbrokes support via chat because my spending was getting out of control i asked the support guy in my own words please shut my account permanently not to reopen that wasn't actioned i was then offered a £5 free bet i said no he then said £10 i said no please close and then was told before i action this i will speak to my manager he then said £50 free bet . if you asked a drug addict if he wanted drugs maybe once or twice they might say no but 3 times im absolutely disgusted as the very next day i spent close to £2000 in deposits and that should never have happened if my my request was taken care of . i get that companies don't like losing your business and want to keep you like cable tv sky virgin media or whoever but people don't commit suicide over losing a tv package they do over gambling.

They are scumbags. They froze my account from offers and would not give me the free spins. They are just like all the other bad loser bet sites. The staff clearly do not want to be there and for customers going into the shop and giving Ladbrokes business, I at least expect the staff to be friendly. Ladbrokes, you should send in mystery shoppers to test their service out and you will see my point.

Slot I played really did seem to be rigged significantly in their favour! Played a low volatility game with small bet size per spin, and went on ridiculous losing streak of over over £60. This is not representative of the same slot I have played on other casinos. Although I have no way of proving it, I legitimately feel they are manipulating the algorhythm because the losing streak does not align with the low volatility game I played.

I tried to tell Ladbrokes this privately but their website offers no email address to contact them, so here goes publicly:
I have accounts with 8 different betting sites and I'm afraid Ladbrokes is the worst for navigating. It's confusing and slow. I mostly bet on football, and at times when other sites are offering multiple markets, Ladbrokes limit themselves to 2 or 3, like some amateur newcomer to the business. This may be because their oddsmakers are working on it, but it's a fault, and losing them business.
Having said all this, I do appreciate their 1-2-Free and 5-a-side free bet opportunities. They are generous with these.

As a holder of a grid card, took board price of 16/1 on a horse in stewards cup, horse is placed at 20/1, do ladbrokes pay BOG no, i got paid out at 16/1, needless to say i will no longer be betting with ladbrokes. This is nothing else but dishonesty. GOODBY LADBROKES!

Refused to pay me €4,200 after making me wait four days during which they assured me that I would be paid.
The shop manaher wsnted tje winnings paid but he was ovrruled by his regional manager eho told him to "let me sort it out myself"
Their director of Irish retail operations was summoned by a senior police office and she lied by stating that her retail dhop collegies sgreed with her that I should not be paid and that I never complained.

Lesson learned,an elerly gentleman advised me many years ago that if I was only having a shilling bet to place it with a good Bookmaker.

He also advised me that if I had a decent win Ladbrokes would cry Foul

I have been a loyal customer to Ladbroke for years I always but 20 pounds on once a month just to see if I'm lucky, few weeks ago I was very lucky and came out with 650£ which I was over the moon about. Withdrew the money nd it was in my bank 2 hours later which is fab. But tried to go back on and now my accounts been suspended I've been on this site 3 years and never had a win like this then as soon as you get a win they suspend the account how does that work? Clearly don't like you winning not happy at all.

Zero stars! THEY ARE FRAUDS!!! they promise 1st past post but dont! I got paid for a win. Then some time after they took the money off me. Horse was disqaulified some time AFTER the full results! Online chat was digusting to get help, they say i will be emailed with further info on the matter, not good enough! Then Hours and hours of back and fourth emailing of which then they admitted it was there mistake but then used the "we serve the right" bullcrap! Use other firms! These are fraudsters!

Promotional deals that ask you to play games that don't exist so that you can't possibly qualify for the deal & Customer Service Assistants that are useless and ask or access to private Accounts with other services because they don't have a clue what other sites they have offers on with.
Please save your money – I also played one game with a fiver and it lasted about a minute and I lost the fiver, it wasn't one bit of fun and I wish I'd bought a McDonalds instead!

I went to 2 ladbrokes near me with my 6 month old son and told me no kids are allowed on the premises amd they wanted me to leave him outside in the rain as my fiancee was at work and wanted me to get him a new card and to take the money out but they wont let me due to having my son with me what a disgrace i wont be going there again i am furiated.

The funniest thing, I saw today was in ladbrokes Bletchley.
I wished I recorded it on my mobile..
The rain outside was hard..
but the flat (flooded)above shop , where the water was coming through the tiles between 1-3 pm
You couldn’t make this up..
The tiles were missing the staff head by inches.
The amounts of buckets of thrown down the sink..
Go to Bletchley ladbrokes tomorrow am if you fancy a swim..
The wireing on show on water landing on it..
It was a danger hazard..
Both staff did there best.. blocking areas off(wet slippery floor)

These thieves decided to suspend my account suddenly without cause, and without ever informing me it had been suspended. Having tried recently to reactivate it was told that they have permanently suspended accounts which weren't able to log in a while ago after a certain date. I never recieved ANY communications of any kind telling me this or warning my account would be suspended permanently. I am certain I had about £50 in my account and the customer service rep (who was able to view my "permanently suspended" account with all details but apparently "can't reactivate it") claims I had zero balance. Utter thieving s****.

I warned people here against Ladbrokes 4 months ago, they will scam you just like they scammed me. Since I left Ladbrokes, I have been earning in a legit UK registered COMPANY that deals with DRONE TECHNOLOGIES and innovations (LUCHT.CO)! You can't lose your money here because they are insured with Aviva against loss..

Shop manager in my town didn’t like the bets I put on and ridiculed me in front of customers which was embarrassing.He said take bets elsewhere would make his and staff jobs easier.
I have emailed the CEO of ladbrokes over a week ago to complain but no reply.
No idea what the customer service email is hard to find.

Signed up to ladbrokes last Sunday had a email passed electronic verfacation next day account locked 24 hours further checks came back fine so Monday makes 10 deposit looses makes another 10 wins 1885 witdrawl led the 1885 to PayPal surprise surprise reversed withdrawal rejects it ,for days they claimed under tcs 5 claiming to be false person we have the right to conficstate and take those winnings back I asked them can yous wait for my passport be deliverd in couple days they refused ,now police were sent out twice 999 emergency police check on my welfare cos ammount pressure they put me under ,they have now agreed to pay out but still are messing me around saying gonna pay out with in 24 hours owe me 1845 now as I supplied passport and got fully verified now what there saying is I have to wait for relevant team as the pay out is under investigation
