When I first used this site I found it satisfactory but obviously far below the main sites like bet365. What I liked about it was it has a decent loyalty scheme where you earn points on every bet and these aquire over a short period of time to a decent free bet. However, this site dramatically changed when I started to do well and have a bit of luck. I managed to build my balance up to over 2500 with some very lucky football bets and after a lucky weekend I went to put on a Monday night accum only to find my max bet allowed was 1p, yes 1p. When I contacted them initially they said it was their traders and nothing to do with customer services and then after some gentle pushing they quoted some small print about basically they can do what they want. I asked for one reason why they were doing this and their response was that they were unlikely to revert any changes made. Bunch of amateurs and it was clear by my betting pattern that I simply got lucky and if they had have done the right thing they would been on the right side of me in a short space of time, STAY AWAY.

Again…. Just reading these reviews it makes my stomach curl..ive had an account for over a year, provided id to depsoit! not used it in a while, had a little bonus.. Managed to turn it into a substantial amount.. No surprise I withdraw then my account is restricted and I cant log in, ive sent all the documents they asked for… Id, utility bills, photo holding id, 2 phone verifications.. Easily the worst customer service imaginable. Takes days at a time to respond on their Livechat service, does not respond at all to email queries, has no option to actually close the account (they will force you to self exclude to close the account) and could be the worst Casino you will ever come across online.

Avoid at all costs. I accumulated over £1800 and cashed out £1000 on my first go with them on the slots. My bank was credited with £150! After finally getting a reply through email (no phone number to contact them) I was told I had breached my bonus rights, after a little digging I definitely haven't! They are still refusing to pay out and I'm going through all the right paths to have it resolved. If you want good customer service, which isn't backed by lies I'd avoid this company at all costs. This site is a joke!!

I’ve just signed up – very easy.

Provided my driving license and bank card as requested. Then deposited a large amount.

Was looking forward to playing and when I enter a room to play it tells me that I’m required to provide info. (I already have!)

Live chat expecting someone will answer my Q straight away and then realise that they reply in “a few hours”.

You guys having a laugh?

Tried to find a telephone to resolve the issue and there’s nothing available.

Can someone look into it ASAP.

This gambling site is an absolute disgrace. Surely with all these lousy reviews the gambling commission should step in, what are they there for.
I had the usual problems, the app is appalling, try they're live chat, ha, it says they are answering, in about a few hours. My latest request for my money back, has gone unanswered, now for 14 hours! I've emailed them, had no answer in 5 days.
Once you have signed up, and deposited cash, which seems dead easy, it suddenly appears that to withdraw cash, if your lucky to win any, is the most difficult process in the world.
They seem to constantly making new excuses, as to why they can't give you any money back.

All of the one star reviews made me skeptical about my withdrawal, however, yesterday I withdrew £630 from a £25 deposit and today (less than 12 hours later) the money is in my bank. I provided a picture of the debit card and a picture of my passport and that was it. No issues at all.

Pathetic, I joined Genting online Casino years ago, I haven’t played slots for a long time but got an email from Genting, offering a ridiculous amount of free spins for a £10 deposit so deposited. By return, I had a message telling me that I was no longer eligible for bonuses, went to withdraw my £10 to find £20 minimum withdrawal limit. Don't play this site. Its easily one of the worst,If not the worst. I play a lot of online sites and have a very successful track record. I play one or two games a certain way which limits loss and can produce high returns. On this site however zilch. I have spent over £1500 and never have had any win. I am lucky its not a problem as the last £300 was lost deliberately checking out the gaming to be sure. Its a total con. They claim to be protecting you when the losses mount up. I sign up to genting casino for a bonus offer. I deposited £20 and should have got another £20 money added to my account which didn't happen. I Messaged them and they said it was a management decision that I won't get the bonus. I asked for the reason behind why I can't get the bonus and they won't give an answer.

Don't waste your time or money on them – you're not meant to take any money from them and their Customer Service Team is unable to provide a customer service. Like everyone else, I was forced to close the old Genting website, which I'm sure had unused Reward points, but any unused Reward points didn't transfer over to the new website (same login details and a Welcome Back message) and bizarrely, I was denied access to the new site welcome bonuses. Why? All I get from Genting 'Customer Service' is that it was 'a management decision', but none of the managers are willing or capable of providing a simple explanation, despite numerous emails. Are the welcome bonuses only available to new customers? Did I win too much on the old site? (Ha!) I don't think Genting care a jot about their customers (who contribute to their wages) and I'd bet my last 10p they won't respond to this glowing review with anything other than 'it was a management decision'. On the plus side, I discovered S*y V*g*s offer a great welcome bonus to everyone, and no wagering requirements. Still needed to provide photo and address ID, but they all do. Genting is now removed from my website Favourites, and is unlikely to be reinstated any time soon.

If you want to lose lots of money, very quickly then choose this site.
The only way to genuinely win big with an online casino, is to literally play for several hours at a time. You need to start off with very small bets and gradually increase the bet size. Casino's say that machines are not rigged. Well this is debatable. As soon as you hit the spin button, the outcome has been decided by the server. There is no big reels that actually spin round, what we see are just graphics.
Genting will take a few thousand off you, then restrict your account to a small amount for each month. This is a very clever move by genting, as they pretending to show that they care about the customer, but what they are actually doing is, making it virtually impossible for you to win any money. By genting restricting accounts, it's just basically a license to take money each month. It would be easier to set up a standing order with your bank and just pay genting a fixed fee each month. This would save a lot of time.
If it was possible to give genting a minus zero, star rating then I would have chose that option.
